My friend had the tofu spring rolls and highly enjoyed them! I had the chicken and veggies egg noodles and it was flavorful and a hefty portion. Leftovers were taken home and heated up later -still delicious flavor. I had a bite of my friend's caramelized catfish and it was very well prepared. I also enjoyed a lemonade and it was tasty and sweet! It's not overly glamorous inside but clean with a lot of seating. We arrived around 5:30 on a Saturday and by the time we left st 6:45 it was a packed house.

Can't say the interior is that much better either, though it does remind me of Vietnam and family gatherings. Service is slow, and some things take longer to come out than others. If you care about starting your meal at the same time, I would recommend ordering things to share since it can take 15 minutes between the first dish and last to come out. The food here is good! I don't typically get Vietnamese because I eat enough of it at home, but there's a good variety here where it's worth coming for. What my family, and my cousin in particular, really like from here is the bò lúc lắc or shaking beef. The spring rolls that you make yourself is also quite nice.

I ordered the Pho Dae Biet #5, which comes with eye round steak, well-done flank, marble brisket, soft tendon, and tripe. We got the large bowl, and it was very filling, so much so that we couldn't finish it and had to take the rest to go. The broth was comforting and flavorful, and all the meats were cooked well. They also served hot tea, which was perfect to sip on while we waited for our food. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the service was smooth. Overall, this is a great spot for pho with satisfying portions, and good service.

Lettuce was a little wilted, but the sprouts had been snipped and were decently fresh in terms of crispness and taste. I will give it to them, none of the noodles stuck together. I was able to pull and pick up each section individually. Side note, they have cups of pre-poured water sitting around where people and employees walk by them constantly. BUT, this should not dismay you from trying their food since it was pretty good! We ordered the grilled pork fresh spring rolls - the grilled pork was super flavorful and the peanut sauce it was served with complemented each bite.. I got a medium bowl of pho with well done brisket and flank (#9). I felt like the broth could've used a bit more flavor as it tasted a bit watered down for me, but I did love that it had tons of meat and right amount of noodles! The waiter doesn't bring you your check either. You just walk to the counter, tell them your table number and you pay there and then.

By no means was it bad, but first thing the pho broth was inexplicity hot, it's always hot yes, but so hot I had to wait almost 20 minutes to eat it and by the time it hit my table the meat was all the way brown. The meat and noodles were good, but the broth was lacking flavor. Fried rice was good. The place is currently very odd inside? It has an empty fish tank and new marble signs and odd parts of the restaraunt blocked off, with 2 names of "i luv pho" and "master pho". Overall, I'd go back, but this wouldn't be my first pick.

It was our first time here so we assumed it would be like the other I luv pho located in Duluth. It wasn't. Being so late/early there was only one other table occupied. The host was ready for us as soon as we walked in. Told us to sit anywhere. We chose a booth. (Y'all those tables are too low/seats too high. I was hunched over the whole time trying to eat my pho..) We ordered phos, roast pork banh mi, and chicken nuggets off the kids meals. The pho broth was okay. The noodles used were not my favorite. They're the thicker noodles, different from what is usually used at other restaurants and they were almost slimy. Starchy. We had to ask for chili oil since the only condiments on the table was Sriracha and hoisen. Some fish sauce would have been good to add as well. There's also only one size for pho. The banh mi was also okay. Wouldn't get it again, especially for $8.. My son actually really enjoyed the nuggets and fries. They looked good! Service was very good though there were only a few of us there. Some officers came in shortly after we did so we felt extra safe knowing they were in the area. Wish Duluth was still 24hrs because that would've been more convenient for us BUT this was convenient enough.
