I was able to pull and pick up each section individually. Side note, they have cups of pre-poured water sitting around where people and employees walk by them constantly. I've been coming to this location for years now. I can say with confidence that this never disappoints! Every time I visit this spot the customer service is always top tier. From them coming by to fill water or asking you would you like anything additional. From the feasible prices to the quality food they produce. I decided to come here on a Saturday while wrapping up doing my errands. One of the things I do like about this place is how great the pho noodle soup broth tastes. Not a bad spot for Vietnamese food! Large casual restaurant with kind staff. Got seated immediately for Sunday lunch. Got the the fresh spring rolls with grilled pork and it was pretty good but wished there was more than just meat, noodles, and lettuce. Some additional veggies like cucumber, mint, and carrot would have been nice. For mains, we ordered the special vermicelli - bun dac biet and a special pho - pho dac biet. I enjoyed all the toppings on my vermicelli - large portion and flavorful. The fish sauce could have been a little stronger though. My husband didn't love his pho but I thought it was fine! Vietnamese place in Chamblee off of Buford Hwy near the PDK airport. Service is always fast and friendly here, so nothing to really complain about. I feel the pho here is good and we do enjoy coming here as often as we do. The broth, in my opinion, isn't quite as good as Nam Phuong, but we like the boba/slush here better. A friend and I had dinner here on our way home from the airport. It has a large brightly lit dining room. We were immediately shown to a booth and given glasses of water and the very extensive menus. Besides many versions of pho, there were sections for noodle dishes, bahn mi, and other items, plus beverages. I enjoyed it, although peanut sauce could've been a bit spicier. For my meal, I did the Pho Ga with white meat. Made another visit. This time we had bowls of pho. Maybe this is what I should've ordered during my meals here because the pho broth, one of the most flavorful coming directly out of the kitchen (without me adding any other toppings) has become one of my favorites out of all the other pho houses we've gone to recently. I was also amazed at the generous amount of meat and anything else that you order that they put in the pho. I guess that kind of justifies the higher prices found at Pho Bac. The service kind of confuses me because employees are attentive to customers up until they serve the food. They acknowledge customers quickly, seat them quickly, take their orders quickly, and serve their food within a decent time frame. After that, however, customers have to flag them down for anything and everything else because they don't check on you unless they're prompted. So if you need drink refills, have any questions, or want your check, you have to flag your suddenly inattentive server down. Although they'll bring your check to you at the end of your meal, the servers won't take your payment. Customers have to walk to the register to pay. read more

Other places have given several branches of herbs. That's why I couldn't give it the 4th star. Protein- tofu was great; tofu wasn't over fried and there was a good amount of cubed tofu. This is one of the original locations for this chain in Atlanta. We visited on a weekday and were served right away. The atmosphere is pretty standard old school pho shop vibes. Purely food based review: XL Combination Pho - For $18 you are paying high price, but you do get a good amount of meat and noodles. However the broth leaves much to be desired, not too much flavor packing. It'll do the job if you're just craving it though.
