So it's impossible to get a custom sandwich where you pick and choose what's on it. But they were extremely nice answering all my questions about the food. I could maybe get some focaccia and a side of broccoli if I was desperate and nothing else was open. But I was in no rush and just went home and made something for myself. But my partner really enjoyed it so I'm glad we stopped by to check it out. It's definitely unique and convenient if you don't have so many food allergies like I do. Incredible balance of flavors. The crisp finely shredded hash blanketed in quick scrambled eggs and dressed to perfection with chili crisp and slaw made me exclaim aloud with pleasure from the first bite. The cookie has a beautiful variety of textures- crunchy edges with a perfectly restrained sprinkling of coarse sugar on top, a soft center and a lightly browned bottom. Just the right amount of sweetness to bring out but not overpower the corn and berry flavors. The person waiting on me was warm and patient and helped me analyze the hot sauces, which I ended up not needing because my dish was so perfectly executed. This place is a work of art. Please come here. It is so clear that a huge amount of work, vision and love have gone into making this place possible. They truly deserve your business.
