She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. I'll try it out when winter's over and it's time to dry clean sweaters and coats but I think I'll go elsewhere for heavy laundry loads. There is no free dryer use here, like others I've been to.
