We came in for brunch and had a mixed experience. The restaurant is gorgeous and has a great vibe. The menu is really cool and all of their options were appealing. The staff were nice, but it felt like they could use another server on the floor. Our waitress did her best, but the wait for our food was so long. That's really why I can't give more stars. The food was good though! I got the breakfast skillet and it was really tasty. I also enjoyed the bottled green juice I had. I would give this place another try, but I hope they can do something about the wait time. They were not that busy, and it was excessive.

Went for girls brunch. It is a nice restaurant at the lobby on the canopy hotel. Has a lot of wood decorations making it look rustic. Service was good overall and our server was very kind. The mimosas were really good. I wish they had bottomless though. We shared the biscuit with bacon and both were delicious. Definitely the star of our meal. For main I had the avocado toast and it was very filling and flavorful. This is definitely a place to come if you want chill vibes and a nice casual date brunch or with your close friends.

I first off would like to give a shoutout to our amazing team waitress, Hillary. She was so friendly and did such an amazing job attending to gluten allergies. Having said that, be careful because the menu isn't updated so if it says gluten free be sure to double check with your server first. The food was delicious and so was the service and there is street parking available. It's a very nice ambiance and it's located in a Hilton hotel on the main floor. I recommend this spot.

Came here for brunch and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We ordered several brunch appetizers and also Entrees and they were all very savory and the presentation was beautiful. I had a mimosa and a friend also had coffee and everyone loved their drinks. I like that after brunch you can go to the top treehouse bar and enjoy a nice rooftop view and their delicious cocktails. I'd come back! Food was great! The place is pretty and roomy. Our server was a bit slow with the food. The only thing I didn't like was the French toast, it was a bit dry.

Beautiful decor and could be a fun place for a date. I came for happy hour and bingo after and was greeted by who I assume was the manager- I believe his name was Jose. He was incredibly kind and professional. He seated us for happy hour as the bar was full. Service was average as my water glass was rarely refilled and we had trouble ordering a second drink after our meal as we were staying after happy hour to play bingo. I want sure who our server was as this place appeared short staff on a night they knew they were hosting an event and a large reservation. The wait staff could've had better hospitality. This hotel does a lot of events and I want to check out more, but Good As Gold hosted Bingo and they do some of the best events around South Florida. It also took forever for someone to take our dirty plates from the table as the tables are small and we ordered four items from the happy hour menu to share. The mushroom truffle flatbread is more like a regular pizza but is so good. There's a sweet honey taste with the truffle and cheese that really goes well together. I may come back for happy hour again although the dynamic for customers is way older than I and I enjoy being in a mix.

food was cool. very loud live music which kind of soured our experience because we practically had to shout to make conversation. the scenery in the restaurant is cute nonetheless. the omelet was a little underseasoned

We love Banter for it's ambiance, with the lovely atrium, open air feeling, and good food, made to order. We were not guests of the Hilton this time, but were treated like royalty at this hotel restaurant. We wanted a full breakfast, and got it. I enjoyed a choose your own omelet of veggies and bacon, served with toast and a huge bowl of fresh fruit, with an option of potatoes. Hubby had his "tell-them-how-to-make-it Hobo skillet," of over-easy eggs, cheese, bacon, and potatoes, which was not on the menu. They happily accommodated. Coffee was served in a pot for refills, and also a bottle of purified water. Michelle, our server, could not have been sweeter or more competent. We shared some Italy stories, and generally felt very welcomed. All in all a very enjoyable breakfast.

This place is amazing we stayed for a trip and ate here everyday. Absolutely blown away at the quality and flavor of the food. The prices are not bad for the actual food you get. I will definitely be back!

No vegan options. Waited over 90 minutes for food. Our waiter came to apologize for the wait and brought us fresh drinks... which we were charged for. Our table was wobbly and our drinks spilled immediately. I asked our waiter for help and he handed me napkins. After cleaning up our table myself and mopping up at least $5 of my $15 drink, our waiter crawled under our table and attempted to stuff napkins under the table leg. The drink was decent and my arugula with mushrooms (not on the menu) was good but my boyfriend wasn't impressed with the 4 mushroom ravioli he recieved as a main course . Honestly, avoid this spot. Cute atmosphere but everything else here is just awful.

Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were delicious too; strong, creative, and exactly what I wanted for a chill night out. I was having a great time, enjoying my meal and drinks, when disaster struck right at the end. I had literally just finished eating when a huge roach crawled right by my feet on the couch area. It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I didn't scream (which is a miracle because I definitely would have at home), but it was such a gross turn-off. I get that this is Lake Worth and Florida has its bugs, but come on, a roach that big in a dining establishment? That's not okay. You really need to step up the pest control. Also, the bathrooms could use some serious help. They're outdated and feel neglected, definitely in need of an update or renovation to match the rest of the cool vibe. Overall, the sushi shines, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is fun... but that roach ruined the ending for me, and the bathrooms don't help. Fix those things, and this place could be amazing. Hoping it was just a one-off bad night!

I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.
