TLDR: Awful food & service. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. That's how awful it is. Decided to go to dinner at Sourbon with my mom. The place was empty when we walked in. You could chalk it up to the fact that it was early (5:30pm) and they open at 430pm but the surrounding restaurants had a decent amount of people. That was red flag #1. The waitress was nice but inattentive. Numerous times we had to waive her down to place an order, follow up on our order, or get more drinks. The place is empty and she's not assisting us, that's red flag #2. The food was absolutely the worst part of this place. I ordered a rigatoni bolognese and my mother asked for the risotto scallops. I get handed a plate of spaghetti and no ricotta (menu states there's herb ricotta on top). The waitress processed to tell me they didn't have the rigatoni ready and ricotta doesn't come with the meal (IG has a picture of the ricotta on top & it's also on the menu). She sees I'm dissatisfied with her response and takes my plate and says they'll remake it. So while I'm waiting 20 minutes for my meal to be done correctly, my mother is eating her risotto with scallops. She says the risotto is tough but proceeds to eat & enjoy her meal while I wait for mine. When my meal finally arrives, my mother is done eating her food, & the waitress not only has my rigatoni but also has another plate of risotto with scallops and says the chef says it's on the house due to the inconvenience. So my mother has been eating this entire time (I'm the one starving/waiting for my food) but she gets a complimentary meal but she's inconvenienced for what exactly? Red flag # 3 I eat my food and it's bland. The sauce has no taste and the pasta was tough. I took two bites and decided it was TRASH. I see the waitress and immediately waive her down and ask for the check. She clearly sees I didn't eat my food and says she will talk to the manger to get a discount. I get the check and the discount is $14. What? My meal was $30. I barely touched it. It should've been comped. My mother who has enjoyed her meal gets two plates and I don't get anything? So for this atrocious meal & terrible service, I still paid over $100. Also, in the midst of the whole pasta debacle we ordered a side of bread. It takes forever to come and when it does- it tastes like frozen bread. The bread was warm but it had an odd after taste that I've only experienced with food in my freezer. DISGUSTING. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It looks like it's going down hill anyway. I am praying for this restaurants closure. I wouldn't come back to this joke of a restaurant if they offered me free for food a year. Waste of my time and money.

Service; Amazing. We were sitting at the bar at first, got a little background story on the name that was nice. Then our waitress was Daria and she was so sweet, so attentive. Made the birthday girl feel so special. Would definitely recommend her. Food; I didn't really order much because i wasnt hungry. But i had a burrata and it was good! I also tried the tuna tartare and the meatballs and they were delicious. Would come back to try more stuff for sure. They have a little speakeasy upstairs, very cute but the music was not my taste of music. Price; I think the price is a little high which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars. My lychee martini was $20, idk that seems a little high to me. 3 of us picked appetizers and the birthday girl had a main meal and our total was $140 not including 3 of our drinks because we paid that at the bar. Coming back or nah? Yes, i have to come with my husband and try more things.

Had incredible night here for the first time. We had the thyme margarita, lychee sangria and an espresso martini. All the drinks are made from scratch and tasted delicious. We had the calamari as an appetizer that is flavorful and had a lot of calamari. I had the Duck Confit as an entree and it was one of the best ducks I've had in a long time. Dessert was tiramisu which was also extremely delicious. Will be returning for sure!

Terrible service. Bland food. Pretty ambience. Just going in to take a picture of the ceiling and then leave. I wouldn't have a drink there. I saw the bartender picking his nose. I literally left my full drink on the table Eww

Quiet summer evening. We had a reservation for our group but had to wait 15 mins for the food tour to clear. Good service. Menu is small. Food was fine. Decor was great.

We made reservations at Sourbon for 12 people on a Sunday for brunch. I noticed their brunch menu was limited but the aesthetic and the drinks made me overlook that. We got there right at 11:30am when they opened and got seated towards the back of the restaurant since we were a large party. The restaurant wasn't crowded as there were maybe two other tables there. We placed our food and drink orders at about 11:45am and I kid you not, as of 1:30pm, most of our table had not received their meal. I couldn't fathom what was taking so long and why the wait staff would only bring one plate, versus getting tray and putting several dishes on it, out at a time. It lacks efficiency. I got the eggs Benedict with a crab cake and a celery Collins (minus the celery) and a lavender martini (with gin not vodka). My food was delicious, as were the drinks but the wait was awful. Again, they weren't busy so not sure what the hold up was. The menu was already limited so they should have been prepped a bit more, knowing a party of 12 was coming. It got so bad that the bride to be, who we were there to celebrate, canceled her food order because it never came out. Major sigh! Overall, it was a decent experience and worth trying out but they need to do better with how swiftly the kitchen pushes out the meals. These aren't gourmet meals so it should be quicker. Our waitress was really sweet though. She even waived the cake cutting fee for us.

Service 2 Ambiance 5 Food 4 So this is what it was like for me.... I went for a pleasant view The music is wonderful The food is fresh and flavorful The waitress and the hostess had did not want to serve my table or assist us, it really let me know people are going to judge a book by its cover and try the content next time like the other waitress!

**Sourbon Restaurant - Happy Hour Review** I recently visited Sourbon specifically for their happy hour, and while there were some high points, the experience was in between. We ordered a variety of food and drinks from the happy hour menu, though a couple of items were unfortunately unavailable. The drinks, while advertised as happy hour specials, were priced like what I would expect to pay normally--nothing extraordinary in terms of savings. The bartender was attentive, which I appreciated, and I decided to try the Moscow mule after reading some rave reviews. While it was good, it didn't stand out as anything special compared to others I've had. On the food side, the salmon belly tartare was a highlight--definitely a dish I would recommend. The oysters and bruschetta were also delicious. However, the truffle parm fries were a letdown; I've had much better elsewhere. I enjoyed the ambiance of the main dining area, but walking towards the back, the vibe completely changed. The bartender mentioned a speakeasy that opens later, but with the drink prices being on the higher side, I'd probably only go there for one drink, if at all. Overall, Sourbon has its strengths, especially with certain dishes, but I think the entree and drink menu might be a little over priced.

Went for dinner for dinner with friends, we had the carpaccio appetizer which as okay... but the bread was impressive good, best bread I had in my life, I ordered the risotto with scallops, just amazing perfectly Al dente creamy, delicious! The waitress was friendly and fast, it was Saturday night, they have a night club upstairs, since I'm Old (lol) I didn't find it fun (lots of people passing by our table), but the music wasn't loud, despite the people passing by all the time it was fun! Overall, the restaurant has beautiful decoration lots of plants great lighting, we took amazing pictures! We will definitely come back!

Great dinner! My steak was cooked perfectly! The ambiance was amazing & the service was great. We made a reservation for our party of 8 & were seated immediately. This restaurant is very cute & highly recommend.

The original plan was to go to Kabuki, however it was Super Bowl Sunday so they had the whole block shut down. We walked another block down and there was Sourbon, I've never been but I've always heard mixed reviews. The aesthetics of this establishment was like a nice garden library. I'm sure it would be popping any other day but it was not busy. The noise level that day was pretty quiet. We ordered the Meatballs and the Rigatoni Bolognese. The meatballs were not bad but they crumbled easily, I like when a meatball keeps its shape. The taste was not bad though. Now for the Bolognese, the rigatoni was al dente, it was a bit more gamier in flavor because of the veal. I don't really like veal so it was a bit hard to enjoy it. The prices for the meals that we ordered were not worth it. As well as the service, the waitress barely checked on us. I love when they are attentive but they were very slow and still did not check on us. I don't know if I would come back to this establishment.

If you're looking for brunch spot, then this is it! The menu was different but everything was delicious. The drinks were pretty strong as well. The decor of this place is absolutely stunning, like esthetically pleasing for sure! Everyone knows Clematis has a strip of restaurants, clubs, or bars. So you can definitely enjoy brunch some more by bar hopping. Customer service was pretty moderate, and around 1pm it started to get crowded/loud. I will return to try their happy hour out!

Beautiful interior. Great date night ambiance. The grilled octopus was great. The pasta sauce was heated too much, so the sauce separated and was oily. The drinks were really good! Great symphony of flavors combined with alcohol that wasn't overpowering. The service when I dined in was great. My problem with them was prior to the meal. I called weeks earlier asking for a special message to be written on a plate with the dessert. Whoever I talked to agreed and scheduled the reservation. Weeks later, when I am already in Florida, I get a last minute text from them saying that it's not a service they offer. Then why was I promised this when I made the reservation? After some back and forth, I learned that their objection to my request (it's not a service they offer) was misleading. They shared that their pastry chef was out of office, which was why they couldn't do it. I ended up figuring it out, but I had a terrible experience trying to coordinate a special night with them.

It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.

Came here with my bf while we were visiting the area. It was a Sunday afternoon and they were BUSY…read more The hostess was no where to be found for a while but finally we were able to put our names down for a table. The wait was pretty long but the bar was first come first serve so we hoped to snag a spot there instead. The restaurant itself is tight. It's long but thin and the waiting area is like nonexistent so you're basically all huddling around people's tables. Luckily we were able to get drinks while we waited and the drinks were delicious. I ordered "The Crush" which had green grapes in it. It was so refreshing and delicious!! It's been a couple of weeks since we went and I'm still thinking about how good that drink was. I forgot what my bf got to drink but he enjoyed it as well. Finally some seats opened up at the bar and we were able to sit there and I'm so glad we did. Our bartender, I believe his name was Sam, was on point. Just exceptional service from him. He was great at his job and we also really enjoyed our conversation with him. To eat we ordered the deviled eggs, the tuna tartare and the Emerald Kale Salad with Rotisserie Chicken. The salad was just so incredible we ordered one to go as well. The food is absolutely worth coming back here for, the tuna tartare was also fantastic. The deviled eggs were okay, but I'm not a good judge for them as I'm not a huge deviled eggs person. Next time we're in the area I need to come back here. So good!!!

Small, limited menu, but all items are properly executed and taste delicious!!…read more Our table ordered a bunch of things and shared them all- the dip duo (jalapeño queso and guacamole with chips), chicken meatballs, crispy chicken sandwich (homemade torta, Swiss, tomato, spicy slaw), the burger (with a side of spicy mayo), deviled eggs, shoestring fries with seasoning, and the prime rib sandwich (with Jack cheese and horseradish). My favorite items were the chicken meatballs (perfect texture, with the right amount of spicy mustard) and the prime rib sandwich (the bread was soft, steak was juicy and tender, horseradish was creamy). ALL of our dishes, however, were soooo good, and I'd order any of them a second time! Small seating area inside (just a few tables and bar seats), and they don't accept reservations, so expect to wait a little bit. The inside is dark, with warm lighting and big leather booths; you don't feel like you're in south Florida anymore, it's a northern cozy vibe. Service was nice, but didn't check in often enough (often times having to flag someone down for utensils, plates, etc). I would definitely return here for dinner!!

We loved every appetizer we tried- shrimp, burrata, bread and butter! The favorite entrees were tenderloin pasta, snapper, and Beef Rydberg! It was definitely not packed for a Thursday night on clematis but it's also off season and we were promptly seated when we got there. I made a reservation but you definitely don't need one. Our waitress immediately brought us water and was able to take all of our orders all the food and drinks came out super fast. I did ask for my salad dressing on the side which wasn't done which is why I'm taking off one star but that's ok. It did end up getting a bit loud once we were about to head out around 9PM so we couldn't hear each other but definitely more people started to come in. All in all we all paid about $30 each for this special which is not bad at all since it included a drink and very good portion sizes. That blackened chicken was divine and so flavorful!
