How did I discover this so late in life?! After a hot afternoon beach day, some friends mentioned they were going to get this banana based vegan froyo. The stall is down some unassuming alley with loads of surfboards locked up. My friends (who mostly all have been what seems like a gajillion times) all picked a build-your-own and configured their fav dessert creation. I (complete noob) just ordered off the menu. They have 4ish recommended combos to choose from - all with a unique froyo flavor and different paired toppings. As soon as theirs came out and we all tried each others, I knew I made a mistake. They had mac nut butter, mac nut chocolate (kind of like Nutella but macadamias), and all of these other toppings that were not part of any of the pre-made combos. Mine was pretty lame in comparison once it came out, but was still good. I could have definitely passed on the chocolate chips etc. in exchange for the more uniquely HI ones. I'm still not sure how anyone would know what the available toppings are, since there is no menu or signs at all for it, but take my advice and make sure to ask! read more
