Faffy is a very shy kitty who will typically hide from strangers so I was a bit worried about how difficult it might be to administer his oral medication. However, Blanca is experienced and was able to give us tips to better ensure this would be a smooth process. Faffy was able to successfully receive his meds and even posed for Blanca (RARE, see picture below). Blanca was a great communicator and sent updates and pictures of Faffy and my other kitties (who were also very comfortable with her). After every visit, you'll get a report which you can read on their website portal or, even better, via their app which includes a summary of the visit, pictures and info about their food/water/litter. I've read in other reviews they are good with medications too if you ever needed that, although I have not personally needed that service. Most importantly, it gives me peace of mind to know I am hiring a professional group to look after my kitties especially as I tend to go out of town with limited cell reception. Love Tabby Manor!!! Excited to have found a cat focused pet sitting service as a lot are dog focused (I love dogs too cut currently only have 2 cats). I had Rene and Jocelyn who were both AMAZING, you could tell they loved your cats like their own and they put me more at ease and allowed me to really relax on my 2 week vacation. The house was nice and clean when I came home. One of the days my building had fire alarm testing which scared one of my cats a LOT & Rene was amazing and sat with my cat and put her hands over my cats ears to help muffle the sound so my cat wouldn't cry as much. It was heartwarming to know my cat received that kind of comfort at a stressful time like that. They also took care and gave my senior kitty her daily Miralax to help with her constipation, so if your cats have some small medical needs, they are more than reliable!! My other girl Mouse is normally super shy and hides when strangers come but loved Jocelyn and Rene and seemed to be super comfy with them, which was great. Honestly I don't know where to begin with these people. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have gone through so many cat sitters... Some pretty good and some just awful. And there's nothing worse than worrying about your beautiful pets when you're away. One of my cats recently had congestive heart failure and needs very specific medicine. Pills need to be chopped... We were anxious about leaving our diabetic cat and our other high-maintenance cat because of the complexities of insulin administration and other meds--but we found Natasha and she completely put our minds at ease. She was professional, thorough, and sent updates confirming the amount of medication administered and the amount of food the cats ate, as well as details about litter box contents which helps track their health. The updates also included many photos of the cats getting some love! She also went above and beyond by opening and closing the blinds everything morning & evening, turning on the porch light, just the little things you worry about when you leave your house for a period of time. She even offered to water the plants and take the trash out to the street when we take a longer trip. While we were on our drive home we were stopped at a standstill on the interstate due to a 16-car accident, and it became clear we wouldn't make it home in time to feed the kitties and administer their meds--so I reached out to Natasha (suuuuper last-minute) to see whether she might be able to run by one last time while we sat panicking on the highway. She was responsive and did indeed make it over to take care of them after she finished up with another visit. We were super grateful for her willingness to swing by with basically no notice (although this was a special circumstance--please note that you have to actually book her services online in advance)!
