The model we wanted not in stock, so Sales Rep suggested their floor model, which was discounted but told never used. Going weeks without a washer, we agreed to purchased and schedule earliest delivery date. Had to stay home from work to accommodate their 5-hour delivery window. Once installed the Washer FAILED to work....my time wasted! The options given was to reject delivery or have them send appliance tech to fix. Okay, option 2...Unfortunately, they DO NOT have people to come to fix it, but was instructed to call the Manufacture to schedule for warranty repair of my supposedly new floor model Washer on the very first day delivered...WTF?!? Spoke with Store Manager, who did not care if customer' had huge inconvenience or would have to takeoff work a second day for repair because a product they sold did not work properly on day one. He said cuz we purchased the floor model, they wouldn't know if it works or not until installed. He was so proud offering to call the Manufacture for me to schedule a repair OR exchange for another appliance brand that I did not want OR apply credit to purchase a new SpeedQueen (with no discount)) regardless of customer experience, cuz he said it's not allowed. He explained customer's time taking off work for delivery and repair days is not his problem. He's there to run a business and giving a discount is not an option. Did not even consider refunding the $99 deliver fee to compensate for our troubles. So, we opted to have them pick-up the W/D and give us our money back. We then purchased at Pacific Sales on Morena Blvd. They had all the SpeedQueen models in stock at same price and FREE Delivery/Install. Go there for your high end appliances for true customer satisfaction.

The job took a bit of time to complete because the installer only works half days, but I easily overlooked that because I cared more that the job was done right. After completion I realized the cabinet face frames were not covered in any laminate material. They were left bare leaving the wood exposed and prone to damage. When I finally got in contact with Lynn (first I messaged Tom and I believe Glen(?) with no response) she stated that face frames are considered a part of the interior cabinet which is not included in their refacing process and that the refacing only includes exterior surfaces. My question is, If this was not included in the process, then why remove the old face frame material, only to leave the wood bare. If refacing the frame was not included, then don't remove what is currently there, especially if the cabinets are being refaced the same color. Furthermore, the old face frames on those particular cabinets were still in good condition. This makes no sense to me and I simply cannot recommend this company with such lack of morality and care.

Lars appliance salesperson was extremely helpful and quick to respond and the installation of my new Miele dishwasher was smooth. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that, although they are an authorized Miele dealer, nobody knew that the dishwasher cannot be hardwired (it voids the warranty). This resulted in being offered a very small list of available dishwashers due to the depth of my cabinets. I would have opted for another dishwasher with better racks had they known the machine had to be connected to the outlet. I also emailed the salesperson after I placed the order and was again told the dishwasher can be hardwired. The installer had to install the outlet during installation. I wasn't charged for it as I had it in writing that the sales team made an error.

The replacement part had to come from China, which took about two weeks, but during that time he kept me updated regularly. Once the part arrived, he tested the machine multiple times to make sure it was working properly before giving me the final estimate. Considering the amount of time and effort he spent, the price was very reasonable. Artur isn't just skilled with donut machines, he also works on refrigerators, dishwashers, ice machines, laptops, and more. You can tell he's been in this field for a long time and really knows what he's doing. I'm very satisfied with the service and will definitely call them again if I need help with any equipment in the future.
