Before I came in I checked in online, went inside and was seated and attended.Halfway to the process while my hair was being trim I suddenly heard the hairdresser farted,not loud but audible. I just kept quiet so as not to embarass her. 2 more minutes pass and haircut is done.The thing I did not like was when she did not even combed out the cut hairs,I paid and still gives a $10 tip and left the shop to go home. This is the first time I really felt dissatisfied with this particular visit. To the management please retrain your staff on the proper service to the patrons and client. I've visited Great Clips in Monterey and San Francisco in Diamond Heights both of which has excellent service.I believe Millbrae branch needs improvement.
