January 3, 2025 in Salem one of your drivers needs to work on his customer service instead of yelling at people to slow down when he was in the wrong. He was pulled into a parking lot the wrong way and exited the wrong way endangering traffic and then yelling at traffic to slow down when he was in the wrong. These guys are awesome. I called in early, around 8 AM to get a big SUV out of a steep ditch. I honestly thought it was going to take hours and cost thousands of dollars. The two guys already had the car half way up & out of the ditch when I arrived to the location at the agreed time of 10 AM.
