Kev makes you feel welcome from the get once you enter his shop. He is good with scheduling and gets me on board at the time I specifically request. He communicates at a high standard and is upfront which I respect. His equipment is well organized, and his blades, clippers, comb, etc. is always sanitized before getting to the next client.
