The first 2 visits we had great service. Today was the worst. We bring our own shampoo. My mom asked if the stylist can dry her hair thoroughly after washing. They only dry the bottom half and the hair on her scalp was still damp and wet. A Filipino man provided the service. He refused to dry her hair completely. We are not asking for a blow-out. Simply that her hair is thoroughly dried.An Indian woman chimed in and said they do not provide drying service with Shampoo. My mom had her arm in a splint. These people have NO empathy or compassion. They only care about money. There was nobody waiting in line for service. The waiting area was empty.
