I called and got an appointment for the same day, the place was very clean, the people were friendly and experienced. Laundermutt are honestly the best pet groomers I've encountered in my life. I took in my medium size Maltese poodle who is never been groomed in years. LOL he honestly looks like a big O rag. I thought my little king Rascal Maltese wasn't gonna let this groomers touch him at all. He was even afraid to go in, like walking into a doctors office for the first time. The kind gentleman in the front knew exactly how to make wonders work. As soon as he saw my dog my pet Maltese Rascal kind of growled at him but then changed instantly as he was petted by the man who greeted us. So I have a super mean pitbull about 6 years old and needed a fresh cut. I was kind of hesitant to take him to a groomer just because I didn't want him to bite the groomer but the groomer here was able to keep my pitbull calm from the start. These guys did an outstanding job grooming my 15 lbs long-haired mutt. My wife hates it when his hair is short, so when I dropped the pup off I let them know to keep it long. He was really tangled up so I wasn't expecting much; however, what I REALLY wasn't expecting was a call from the shop to say that they wouldn't be able to keep it long. I thought THAT was great customer service, but then they called AGAIN to let me know that they were actually able to get the knots out without hurting the little guy! This place goes above and beyond to get your furry friend the cut that you want, they do an exceptional job at delivering, and the customer communication is second to none. Recently got my dog groomed by this pet shop in my local area and they had the most affordable price and fast and quick service. Then the pet groomer was very friendly and was even more friendlier to my pet dog Tommy. Then was very organized and his pet shop and well kept clean. There was even a waiting area for me and my pet dog. I highly recommend this pet shop to anyone in the local area. Make sure to ask for Ben and ask for that discount he offers for coming in as a regular customer. I have always had Fantastic Experience coming in with My two Labradors , Yes they are both a hand full always excited to get groomed . Prices are very reasonable they got a flea bath because it's flea season I prefer to be safe than sorry I always say shave them all you can. My dogs love swimming in the pool either if it's in fall winter spring summer you name it they go in either way . They have too much hair and it's a constant thing and when they are shaved it's better on me and them they feel way better I care way to much for my pups ! (Hector and Kimberly) always help me bringing them in the shop &out the shop.. Both do a great job with them great ppl also great hearts . The remodulation in the shop is great I love it. I Love bringing my dog,Harrison, here! I usually like calling ahead of time to make sure they have time to wash him, but they usually always take him that same day. The groomers are also really fast, thorough and have reasonable pricing. Harrison is about 25 pounds and a whoodle and usually needs at least a trip to the groomers once a month. I took my Shiba Inu for a grooming and came home with a smelly and semi wet dog. Is that even possible ? I was told the manager would give me a call but I never received a call. I the brought my dog in the next day to try and have him re-groomed and the groomer called me after I dropped my dog off to tell me this. I really did not like The way my dog was treated and the lack of professionalism. I was better off giving him a bath myself ! read more

I took my dog in today get her groomed, she had a lot of tangles that was driving me crazy to brush her. I decided to shave her since it's getting hot too. Couple other place I went messed up her grooming but since the ownership at the laundomutt I figured I'll give them a try. The staff was very welcoming took my dog in with such care. My dog is not the best behaved dog when it comes to grooming so I was kind of worried cause she throws a tantrum and makes anyone's job difficult but I decided to not give that info to see how they will treat her. I came back to pick her up and I was told she behaved very nice and playful with the staff. I know they weren't lying because my lil baby is all love but sometimes with strangers she acts up. Average. Not impressed what so ever. Took my dog there to get a bath with the basic, teeth clean, and brush out. When I picked him up he looked as though he hadnt been brushed. I asked the receptionist if he was brushed and he said yes without asking the groomer. When I picked him up he had no bandanna which I was really disappointed. That's the best part. I can get better quality and service for the same price elsewhere. I also noticed his teeth does not look very well brushed. I don't trust this place to do good quality work. read more

I was able to get in the same day without any problems, they were very nice very professional! the place is really nice smells good not the typical pet grooming places besides the fact that it was a great experience they did an amazing job with our dogs. my dogs were so happy when I pick them up, they are usually pretty traumatized as they are toy Maltese delicate dogs but I could tell that they enjoyed it they looked happy the owners are so lovely you can tell they love dogs just overall a really great experience I'll definitely be going back from now on I'm so happy I found this place finally! read more

Amazing people! I've been taking my golden retriever here for almost two years and he's always excited to go and our family won't trust any other pet groomers but this one. Worse place ever! New owners are terrible. They ignore their business hours. They open at 9 I have waited numerous times until 9:20 or later!! I started noticing my dog was very resistant to going and would pull back when I gave the leash to the person behind the desk. That SHOULD have been my first clue. Worse yet, they didn't properly comb out my long hair dog each time and little did I now but knots were forming next to her skin. The matting way deep in the hair and not visible. She had to be shaved. Mind you, I had been a loyal customer of the previous owner for 9 years. I would t trust them with my dog. Moving on. read more
