Great healthy option in the area! Service is good but peak times is a bit of a wait for your order. Small with a counter & a few tables. Smoothie & bowl was delicious!

Alright, I am off to a great start this week! I am having a filling and deliciously refreshing and good for you breakfast. For that matter I would actually eat their smoothie bowls any time of day. It's that good! Its a small little place, so I normally like to take my smoothie bowls and smoothie to go. There are a few tables in there, so you can can sit there and enjoy as well. I love that they keep your items in a small glass fridge on the counter til you come to claim your items. That way nothing melts down and becomes gloppy. They are on the ball in there and all your menu items are made to order. They have other offerings such as salads, and grain bowls, gluten free waffles and more. But I am a creature of habit and just crave either one of their smoothies or smoothie bowls haha. Today I happened to order a build your own bowl along with an açaí overload. This literally is the most balanced breakfast that I enjoy having on a hot summer morning. It's super addicting!!

I stopped by several times while visiting and everything I tried was great. My favorites were the mini waffles and the smoothie bowl

Great little smoothie stop in a small shopping center on the south side of Saratoga Springs. They also have salads and mixed fruit bowls of healthy, tasty ingredients. I had the "Cocoa Chanel" smoothie- almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cacao nibs and banana. Really good...and held me for the day. The Mediterranean blend salad was excellent; customized without tofu (so it was soy free). If it's busy, prepare to wait about 20 minutes or so. Seems that it's a local chain or franchise....there's one in Colorado and a few in the Capital Region area (Saratoga, Clifton Park, Glenmont, Albany and Latham). Clean facility, friendly service, fresh foodstuffs.

We also tried several items from the cold bar...it is a help yourself by weight situation. We tried the cole slaw, the sesame noodles, the sesame green beans, the spicy and sweet thai cucumbers, the turkey salad with walnuts and cranberries, the mini meatballs, the curry chicken salad, and the Mediterranean couscous. I know that sounds like a huge of food, but I only took a small portion of each, about 3-4 bites of each item..so it only came to about $12 by weight. The meatballs and the couscous were disappointing...both lacked flavor and were a bit dry. Everything else was excellent... very flavorful, fresh, and a nice selection of options to choose from. The market and bakery have a great selection of gourmet items including a wide variety of chips, many jarred items (sauces, jelly, spreads), a nice selection of pre-packages charcuterie, and an entire cheese room (think temperature and humidity controlled). They have a nice selection of cheeses to choose from. The bakery is full of amazing looking beautiful desserts which didn't try. There are a few tables inside the coffee shop area of the market if you want to eat there. We took our lunch to go and headed to the park in the center of town where there are picnic tables with umbrellas. We sat outside at a picnic table in a beautiful (and surprisingly clean) park and had a fantastic lunch!

We had 7:30 PM reservations on a Thursday and were seated immediately. The atmosphere wasn't quite my style. The tile flooring felt a bit busy, and the seating is very simple with hard-back chairs. I think the space could benefit from a few cozier touches to match the quality of the food. That said, it was bustling and vibrant. The beverage program was great. We enjoyed a bottle of Pinot Noir, and I was impressed by the beer selection, which featured a lot of local breweries rather than the typical mainstream options. For starters, the French onion dip was phenomenal and is an absolute must-order. The Parker rolls were also highly recommended by our server and lived up to the hype. The bread is incredibly fluffy with just a hint of sweetness. For dinner, I had the crab spaghetti with squid ink, which was delicious and loaded with lump crab. It does have a briny, seafood-forward flavor, so it's best suited for those who enjoy that profile. The burger was a hit with the men at the table, although my fiancé wasn't a huge fan of the wood-fired ketchup, which has a distinct smoky flavor. We also tried the mushroom lasagna. Despite the name, it's not traditional lasagna noodles layered with mushrooms. Instead, mushrooms act as the layers. It wasn't what we expected, but it was still excellent. Overall, the food and service were outstanding, and I'd highly recommend Seneca. A few tweaks to the atmosphere could make it even better, but the quality coming out of that kitchen makes it a standout dining spot in Saratoga.

Upon walking in the host and servers were super nice and we were seated promptly. The space itself is super nice! I'd come back just for the rolls, they were so soft, fluffy, and light with the perfect flaky salt on top to balance with the whipped honey butter. Delicious! Everything else was also great, the hanger steak is also tender and loved the hash that came with it and the crab spaghetti had ample crab meat in it. Presentation was gorgeous. Love the seasonal menus and you really can't go wrong with anything here. We skipped out on dessert but I'm sure there's great options too. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Seriously, there is someone here to blame. What is their name? I want to know. Sure, it's not a civil or criminal offense. But it's a crime against food. It's a crime against the people of Saratoga Springs. And it's just plane offensive. I regret if anyone was driven to try Mrs. London's based on my previous glowing reviews. I am so sorry. I had no idea. But I was just there this morning. I gazed into the pastry case at the croissants, and my heart sank. I felt sick. The croissants looked like something you would see in an airport. I think the croissants at Costco might be better. These were flat, flabby, and pale things. Far from the perfect, golden, flaky, structured, glistening beauties of the past. And this isn't about fond recollections. I have receipts. Photos from the past and pictures of the present. It's night and day. If the new owners aren't going to preserve Mrs. London's food, they should have the decency to put someone else's name on the joint. I too asked about the breads, and was told "their baker retired". Fortunately, Michael London taught other people to bake amazing artisan bread, and his legacy lives on elsewhere. Unfortunately, nobody at the shop bearing his name bothered to pick up the torch. What a shame. It is so sad. I am literally heart broken. This was one of my favorite bakeries in the country. I went out of my way to make a special stop in my limited time passing through the region. But I suppose nothing lasts forever, and this is a valuable reminder of that unfortunate fact. My days visiting Mrs. London's are over. I can no longer recommend it in good conscience. Perhaps the hot chocolate is still good, and the decor is still lovely. However, if you look closely at the glowing reviews, they all point back to a time that has now sadly passed.
