I have a very sensitive skin so I tend to get more reaction,I got scabs on my face from other electrologists and one even burned my skin (all in San Diego)... it was nightmare to heal.. So I will preface this review by saying, electrolysis is painful. But it works! I've had 18 laser hair treatments done on my chin area, and while I was getting the laser it thinned them out, but once I was done with laser they came back full force. I decided to give electrolysis a try because it was recommended by a friend. The actual appointment was so painful, I literally left the office like a dog with my tail between my legs calling my mom like, I'm never going back there. I'm not kidding when I say I lost 70% of the hair on my first appointment with Dominika. Still 5 months later 70% is permanently gone. Yelp I am so thankful I found Dominika!!! She saved my face from impending doom! I was thinking about getting laser hair removal on some fine hairs on the side of my face.
