She hated going to the vet for nail trims so I had to sedate her and she would whine and cry on the drive there. She has fast growing extremely long black nails that need to be trimmed every 3 weeks and squirminess so she often got cut at the vet. I started to take her to Martha 2 years ago and I honestly think she loves her more than she loves me. I no longer need to sedate her and no more cuts! She also whines and cries on the short drive to Doggie Grooming Styles and though she is strapped in, will try to jump out of the car but now it is because she can't wait to get to Martha for her mani-pedi. We run from the car and she causes such an uproar when she gets in and all 22 pounds of her tries to tear down the gate to get to her true love. They have their own routine and route where after her nail trim she parades around the shop with Martha greeting each groomer to get her pats. I also want to give a shout out to Rhea who works the front of the shop. She is so sweet and friendly and my girl loves her too.

DOOM had a bath, as well as the teeth, brushing and mouth spray, and we had specifications on what parts of his fur should be trimmed, which would just actually be around his feet, and Gustavo executed perfectly. We actually had doubts for this groomer, as a previous one, returned to our dog with red eyes, which was alarming since it wasn't communicated prior to the session ending, which for us was a really big deal. We gave them another shot, and Gustavo did really well. We had a slight language barrier issue, and Gustavo whipped out the Google translate, which I think was very proactive, and answered any questions that would help put us at ease. On top of that, he also sent a few pictures during the session of DOOM to put us more at ease, which I really appreciated. Safe to say, I will happily be rebooking for the next grooming session. We went and walked our puppy as frequently as we could and the staff was marvelous with him and us. They were very accommodating and helpful. They also put him on the their walking program besides our visits a few times weekly. Our puppy gets so excited and happy to stay in day care and even kennel with them for weekend since then. They are sensitive to his needs and emotions and his diet. I am forever grateful to their kindness and dedication. You can trust them with your pups.

We've been going to this Quality Pet Spot for years and it's one the best pet stores in the South Bay, in my opinion. Staff smile and warmly greet you the moment you step inside. He always smiles every time he comes out from his session with them, which speaks a lot about the quality of care here. I totally entrust my puppy with them!
