We went and walked our puppy as frequently as we could and the staff was marvelous with him and us. They were very accommodating and helpful. They also put him on the their walking program besides our visits a few times weekly. Our puppy gets so excited and happy to stay in day care and even kennel with them for weekend since then. Although she has turned into a little faker, making a big deal about being abandoned, and then as soon as we leave she's kissing everyone and enjoying her spa time. They have a nice clean place, and clearly love their work. Also: OMG this time they gave her a little sunflower for her collar and I LOVE IT! one more thing I want to mention is that my dog is a service dog for medical alerts, she alerts on me when my blood sugar tanks. So she tends to get a little worried when she cannot smell me. But the ladies here take such good care of her, and they are mindful about using low scent and no scent options and leaving the perfume off so as not to interfere with her work. And I just want them to know I really appreciate that because they help her save my life by taking care with this. Thank you so much.
