However, recently I purchased an add-on collar for a 2nd dog on my PetSafe in-ground containment system. The product looked identical to what I needed, but was not compatible. The store refused to allow me to return it because the package was opened, even though I had a receipt and it was within one week of purchase. They won't accept returns on anything electronics, even if completely unused. They told me to call PetSafe, but the manufacturer won't accept it because I didn't purchase directly. I'm now out $160, unless I can recoup some funds via ebay. I've primarily been shopping there for the last couple years only to support a local business. I really can't believe they have left me hanging on this, rather than just accept the product and deal with the back office work of handling a return. When I conveyed that I just like supporting someone local, the clerk responded with, "you ARE supporting us [with this sale], we just can't take it back because the package is opened. Give PetSafe a call." What a joke. Feel free to be a patron, but you better know what you're purchasing because they ultimately don't care.

We decided she needed to be pampered after having a rough go a few weeks back after being spayed. Serenah was so sweet to us the minute we walked in the door! She provided a thorough consultation and made sure she was going to perform the specific services I desired. She quoted me a price before leaving and reminded me her business was cash or check only. She asked whether I preferred to be called or texted once the dog was available for pick up. When I went to collect her roughly an hour and twenty minutes later I could not believe how beautiful she looked. She was so shiny and manicured! We loved our experience and Serenah assured us the dog did perfectly fine while she was being groomed. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Kelly did an exceptional job grooming our Shih-Poo, especially cleaning around his eyes. Kelly sent pictures and video of our pup while we were away, and it was clear he was loved by her and her children. She clearly knows a lot about dogs and was extremely professional, getting our vet information and asking about any medical issues that she needed to tend to, which included giving him medicine at a certain time. I call first just to make sure they are not totally full. You put your dog in the bathtub, hook them up to the side and start washing. They have different shampoos that you can use, the suds come out of the hose, or you can use your own shampoo if you prefer. They provide brushes, curry combs, ear wipes, toothbrushes, towels, and aprons for your use. When you finish washing they have a great dryer that has different settings. In the front where you pay they have different items for sale, grooming supplies, collars, leashes, candles, etc. They also do grooming themselves. Personally, I wash my pup and they work on his nails. They do great with him. If you plan on going regularly they have a wash bundle savings card. Call or check before you go the first time because they do require some records the first time to keep all the dogs safe. Love them!
