We recently purchased a tree in memoriam for a family member who passed and they were so incredible in helping us pick out a tree, and even worked with us on delivery costs/timing. I could not recommend them more. Also, they're the only place I'll go to for propane. They don't swap out your tank, only fill the ones that you bring, which I love considering I purchased new tanks when I moved into the neighborhood.

First of all ELD refuses to commit to a specific time for appointments, so be prepared to wait over a 2 hour window every time for THEIR convenience. We only live a few miles away from their Wantagh office but nope, they still rigidly adhered to that 2 hour waiting period. A synopsis of our horrible experience follows: The owner, Larry, arrived at our home WITHOUT A MASK to discuss our landscaping job and did not social distance either. Larry took a large deposit, refused to sign his own contract afterward (claimed that "wasn't necessary"), never answered our messages and emails about desired plantings/start date over the next several weeks. When we politely tried to firm things up numerous times, rude nasty secretary Susan always said "I can't help you I can only leave messages for Larry and he's very busy"; of course Larry NEVER deigned to reply. Since Larry was nonresponsive we tried contacting his son Matt (also an owner/manager) but he didn't reply either. After weeks of being given the runaround and with fall planting season coming to an end, we finally asked for our deposit back since they didn't do anything. No refund as of now. Huge Ripoff! Stay Far Away!
