I bought a Mazda CX5 and even though I know a bit about cars I decided to get a pre purchase inspection at a local shop to make sure everything on the car was working. It wasn't cheap ($237) but it was worth it considering the investment I was about to make. When I brought this up to Robert, he even offered to take it to the shop and pick it up. Some of the negative comments here are just crazy in my opinion. First off, people need to understand that when you buy a used vehicle anything can happen. Even new cars have problems. Second, if you want peace of mind, take it to a professional so they can check the car before purchasing it since it is your right. Third, all used car lots have a "sold as is" policy. If you want to play it safe, do your homework and research the make, year and model to make sure that particular generation wasn't bad. I personally did a week of research and then decided to get take a look. I couldn't be more happy about how everything played out. Hopefully I'll be back next time I need another vehicle. The Tiquan was more recent but have not had major problems with either car. Do your homework, ask for the CarFax or look it up yourself. Do the pre-purchase inspection. Each purchase I saved over a $1000 on the out the door price so I keep that in reserve for repairs. I worked with Tyler both times. Good guy. I will write again if the Tiguan has issues. There is a small oil leak probably a gasket.

Painful process…read more The car I was interested in still needed some work but they allowed me to come in and test drive and were very pushy that I should buy the car. When I asked if I could put down a payment to reserve the car with the hopes they would fix it that week I was told they would just sell it to someone else. Ended up taking 5 days to get the car back during repairs. Was never offered a rental car or any alternative local mechanics. Asked my sales person if there was anything they could do and was told to talk to the mechanic and that the boss would call me. Never got a call. Had to drive 2 hours with a friend to pick the car up since I'm not local which was frustrating. Overall not a great buying experience would not recommend buying anything here that's not fully ready to drive off the lot. That being said they did do the repairs and the car seems to be running well. Will come and update this review in 8 months or so with how the car is doing.
