Now am being told that they did something not covered under my insurance. Never mentioned a word to me while I was there. :( Trust my car mechanic more at this point.

The crown procedure I had there today was the quickest and least painful I've ever had. I was completely done in an hour and a half (no build up was necessary)--they are able to construct the final crown right there in the office so no temporary crown or second visit for the fitting. The office itself is clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. A very good experience overall!

Victoria runs the whole place with a direct approach, but she is also a very deeply caring and kind person.
