It would have been easy to take my money and then come out to diagnosis the issue, but instead he elected to solve my problem quickly over the phone. This speaks to me about the honesty of the service. If he's willing to figure out a problem and "fix" it for FREE over the phone, he is not going tell people to do unnecessary repairs when he actually comes out to someone's home. He may not be able to diagnosis your issue over the phone, but know that if offers a repair, he's not doing it simply to squeeze money out of you. If I ever have a malfunctioning appliance again, Reliable Appliance will be my first and only call and I will trust him to accurately find and fix the problem.
