Be extremely weary before you buy an AC unit from Barons. They sold us two used AC units in the winter, we went to use them in the summer, they didn't work. They did absolutely NOTHING to help us with either unit. We paid $1,500 for two brand new ACs. They sent us to GE to get them repaired, it was an absolute nightmare. GE in the end couldn't repair and they too refuse to pick them up, they told me i'd be refunded and it's been 3 weeks and still no refund and a different story every time i call the service line. They too said Barons should refund me and give me new units. We have called literally 50 times, we've spoken to managers, repair managers and have asked to speak with regional managers at Barons, NOT ONE RESPONSE, "oh we'll call you back". It's absolutely disgusting. We even recently spent over $60,000 on appliances from them for apartments, you would think they'd have the audacity and customer service mindset to replace the two brand new ac units that they sold to us broken. Disgusted is an understatement. And especially do not do business with the sales rep Hunter - he comes off so nice but in reality is a crook - but who could blame him when his manager and managers manager don't care either. This is fraud and theft. I have reported them to local authorities, fraud lines, channel 7 news and the attorney generals office. They'll get what they deserve soon enough. *That is 100% not what happened. Hunter continuously told me to call GE! He wanted nothing to do with the entire situation. I got the same answer over and over again, call GE we can't do anything about it. No one at Barons cared, We'll call you back" with NO phone call back. I have been in communication with GE and GE only about a return and they too have been a nightmare. This has been going on SINCE MAY, THREE MONTHS OF THE SAME BS over BRAND NEW ACS. The only reason GE approved a return was because of the GE technician who came out THREE times, NOT YOU GUYS. If you guys cared at all you would have replaced both broken AC units that you sold to us. GE had on file that the units were bought in February of 2019, but I didn't buy them until September if 2019! you sold them to us either used or broken! read more

We did a complete renovation of our house, including our kitchen in late 2015/early 2016 and I am so happy we chose Bosch and Baron's for all of our appliances. Our salesman Tim Arvay from Baron's Plaistow store was fantastic. Working with him, we designed our kitchen layout and chose everything from our dishwasher to our fridge, microwave, double oven and cooktop. Tim helped us find items within our budget that we loved. It was such a positive experience. Tim was knowledgeable, patient, willing to do all necessary research and get answers to some tough questions. Best of all, I never felt pressured. We were so pleased with the result. Our appliances are beautiful and so efficient. Tim has also been there for us when we had a small We did have a problem with one of our appliances about 6 months ago and I called Tim. He put me in touch with the Service department and the Bosch service rep came out to the house within a day or two and took care of everything. More recently, I had a minor issue with my double ovens and I called Tim again. Even though he is in the sales department, not service, he once again stepped up and got Baron's most senior technician out to me the next day. The technician, John Trick was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was timely, polite, and took care of everything. The salesman Tim was great He explained the hole process and when I found out fridge would not fit he quickly change the size and it was all delivered on time. Thanks Tim. Yesterday Mike and his partner delivered and installed the gas stove not a ding or scratch on it and fits like a glove. Mike took to time to explain the operation and they cleaned up after they are true professionals, later John Perkins and his son showed up , John Jr installed the microcwave and again fit like a glove and cleaned up after he then explained operation, His Father placed frezzer in basement and turned on and explained operation not a ding or scratch on it, Finnally the fridge was installed the Perkins worked together and installed fridge hooked up water and went through every compartment and showed me the water filter and air filter and produce filters and explain when and how to change , then cycled water through the dispenser and explain all operations . The fridge is level and perfect not a scratch or a ding . They then cleaned up everything true professional . Form purchase to install every one at Barons was excellent I would highly recommend this store and all of these individuals from sales to install. We recently decided to renovate our kitchen. I decided to take a trip to Barons as I had heard great reviews of your company. Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted by a man named Tim. He was extremely professional! Tim was currently involved with another customer,but kindly told me that Mike was almost available and would be able to assist me in finding what I needed. Tim led me to the area of the store so that I could browse while I waited for Mike. I only waited a few minutes and Mike found me to help me with my questions. Mike showed us around the store and pointed out all the many features of the different appliances I was looking at. I must say this was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! He was so informative, kind and patient as I had my 2 children with me that day! Its hard to find great salesmen these days, but salesmen like Mike deliver incredible service and made our experience stress free and pleasant. I had the BEST experience working with Tim Arvay on my appliance order for my kitchen renovation. From my first interaction with Tim I was totally impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the products and non-salesy approach. I started with a phone call where Tim took the time to ask me lots of questions about my project and my preferences in order to begin pulling together the best options for me to look at. This review concerns the delivery and not Barons per se. I have no issue with Barons. Their delivery service, on the other hand, could not be worse. I recently had a refrigerator delivered and my existing refrigerator removed. To start, the delivery truck took down the phone/cable wires over my driveway. The foreman of the crew was rude and told me to call the utilities for repair. I advised hil that they would not repair the trim board ripped off my house. He said that was my problem because the wire height was the issue and not his fault. The two men that did the actual moving were like bulls. They knocked the doorbell cover off the wall and scraped the old frig down the hallway. They told me not to worry as it was the old frig. They moved the new one in without incident. They did not remove all plastic protection or styrofoam and left without even telling me. Very unprofessional. read more

As soon as I walked into the Barons's Appliance store I was greeted by Romuelo. Ask if he could be of assistance to me and I said that I was interested in washing machines. There were many on display and when I mentioned about the machine I was interested in and showed him the stock number Romuelo printed out the information for me. I thanked him and left. I returned to Baron's after checking prices in another store, where there was no one to ask any questions of. Returned to Baron's and Romuelo again greeted me with a warm smile and handshake. I knew I would be buying the washer I had the information on and we took care of all the business in a very short time and it will arrive on Saturday, Romuelo is a very nice young man, with an every ready smile and very helpful. I came into Barons appliances in Plaistow New Hampshire about a year-and-a-half ago to buy appliances for my new home. I ment Mike Loiselle. In my opinion, he is the most outstanding salesman I have ever met, To make a long story short, I lost the house I was building and he was kind enough to give me my money back, no problem at all. We were so pleased with and grateful for Mike's help. We had a nightmare of an oven situation, where the first two we ordered arrived with defects and the manufacturer was unwilling to remedy or replace them. Mike REALLY went to bat for us, getting us first a replacement, and then when that had the same defect, a totally different make and model from another manufacturer. Mike's service was truly above and beyond -- I cannot imagine where we'd be had we ordered our range online or through another appliance dealer (well, probably sitting here with an oven that doesn't turn on). Excellent sales and service. We were replacing our appliances and had been shopping the usual big box stores. Tough to compare products because sometimes the manufacturers make lines just for that store. However, we knew what we wanted and Baron's (Mike L) was able to price match and got below the other prices PLUS we had free delivery and take away of the old appliances. The other stores did offer free delivery but there was a charge for take away. In addition, Mike L found us a rebate specifically for Barons so we even saved more more money. Had one small issue with the freezer (manufacturing) which was addressed immediately. Couldn't be happier. My Husband and I are so happy we chose Baron's in Plaistow NH for our appliances! Our salesman Alex was awesome.. he helped us find the correct Microwave to replace the one that was there. That was no easy task because of our glass backsplash. The installer Shawn, arrived right on time with a smile and handshake. We recently contacted the Plaistow store to buy a dryer to match our existing washer that we had previously bought from them a year earlier. Mike from Barons looked up the washer we had bought and tried to match it as close as possible and searched the existing inventory. The dryer was delivered and was placed on the base. The color was a good match but the dryer had a few different items like the selector knob which was chrome with a black edge. We called Mike and he researched to see if the knob could be replaced to match our washer but unfortunately it couldn't. Mike apologized but still followed up with us and sent us an optional item at no charge to accommodate. They treated us fairly and we would go back again for sure. C & G read more

We were greeted by Rob Madonna who was exceptional in assisting us to create a package that would compliment the design of our new kitchen which was no small order. I would like to rescind my original post dated 9/12/2017. Rob Madonna immediately contacted me and we agreed that it was a miscommunication problem. Rob contacted Mike Saucier from New England Appliance Install to see how we could resolve this issue. Mike contacted me and on 9/22, Dylan and Derek came over to remove range outlet and cut in flush to allow the range to be pushed back further which allowed the dishwasher door to fully open. I had a great experience working with Tim Arvay at Baron's when shopping for a refrigerator. He was very helpful when comparing the various models and informative in which appliances are better quality. The refrigerator I bought I absolutely love and I appreciate Tim took the time to answer any questions I had both in the store and by email. He answered by questions promptly and wasn't pushy at all with a purchase. He matched the lowest sale price and gave me information on rebates and warranty. The warranty is less than other sellers and I'm confident I'll get the personal attention if I should run into any issue.
