Knowledgeable, friendly staff will listen to you, ask questions, and then make a recommendation. Pellets aren't for everyone. Coal has pros and cons, and so does wood. They will help you figure it out. Or, if you know what you want, they'll help you get it and wont tell you lies about atmospheric pressure in RI making a certain solid fuel "impossible" to burn (ahem, Frederickson Stove Shop.) I purchased my coal stove elsewhere (a chubby coal stove-hand made in Pembroke MA) but I buy my coal from Fuel & Flame. Excellent prices, and a few times when I almost ran out, they stayed open a few extra minutes so I could get there to get a few bags so my family wouldn't freeze. Now that's service! I didn't know there was sample sizes before but I got a couple to try. This place is good to check out if you like grilling or Dizzy Pig seasoning.
