At one point in time, this store might have been good, but the recent string of 1 star review should be a warning sign. There's a possibility that the store is currently going out of business, but I'm not privy to their current state of financials. As of May 2025, they have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau, a 2.2/5 stars on Yelp, and a string of some pretty terrible 1 star reviews over the last year on their Google Maps profile.

I talked to Sean and he answered all of the questions that I had before I decided to go to their showroom to look at it in person. I stopped by the Holliston store after work in April and I was impressed by every employee in the store practicing social distancing, wearing masks, etc. during the peak of COVID-19. I looked at the hot tub in person and it was everything that I was told it was before I got there. The salesperson was very friendly and answered all of my questions that I had about the Caldera Spas. The salesperson was not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the same display model a few days later. Josh came to my house to perform a pre-delivery site survey and drop off the electrical service panel a few days after that. A couple of weeks later, the Hearthside Service team came to delivery my new hot tub and install all of the accessories on it. They were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. I have had a very positive experience with the purchase and delivery of my new Caldera Spa and highly recommend Hearthside Fireplace & Patio! I can also highly recommend the Service Team over at Hearthside as well. I have had a couple of issues with the my new spa, but that was to be expected as it was a display model and a couple of years old. The technician that comes here is very friendly and always leaves everything exactly as he found it and cleans up prior to leaving. I recently had an issue with the Topside Control Panel on my hot tub which was causing the hot tub to shutdown and the temperature has been below freezing. The heater was unable to operate due to the faulty control panel and I was worried that the water inside of the hot tub and plumbing would freeze leading to more problems. Hearthside was able to get a technician in within the same week to figure out what was causing the issue and what they needed to order. Hearthside then ordered the part and was back here to replace it only a couple of business days later. The hot tub is now good as new. I am very impressed with their service and response. Hearthside was able to expedite the shipping on the new part that I needed even during the COVID-19 pandemic and they were also able to get the technician back here to replace it as soon as it came in. When you are purchasing a new hot tub/spa you want to make sure that the dealer is going to service it after you purchase it as they are the ones that honor the manufacturer's warranty. I can safely say that Hearthside will service your hot tub and honor the manufacturer's warranty if needed. If you're looking for a new hot tub, I would not hesitate to checkout a Caldera Spa at any of Hearthside's locations!

I purchased my coal stove elsewhere (a chubby coal stove-hand made in Pembroke MA) but I buy my coal from Fuel & Flame. Excellent prices, and a few times when I almost ran out, they stayed open a few extra minutes so I could get there to get a few bags so my family wouldn't freeze. Now that's service! I didn't know there was sample sizes before but I got a couple to try. This place is good to check out if you like grilling or Dizzy Pig seasoning. I would recommend Edgeworth Appliance to anyone who needs their appliances repaired or replaced. Detergent fell all over the front of my 2021 LG 3400 washing machine, which had otherwise been working fine. I found Edgewood through the LG service website, and Cameron at Edgewood was able to send Ned to me the same day to evaluate my machine. Initially Ned thought it could be repaired and he ordered the parts. A few days later when the parts came in and Ned installed them, It turned out that the detergent had done more damage than he thought and that it would be more cost-effective for me to go with a new machine. He didn't charge me for the parts, and instead priced out a replacement machine (I ended up going with the LG4000 since they had it in stock and it has a sanitize function and wasn't that much more expensive than the 3400) and told me that he would be able to install it for me the next day if I wanted. Ended up being the day after, but Ned kept in touch to make sure I was ok with the delay. Cameron also stopped by to help Ned carry the machines around since the staircase in my house is tricky. I like the new machine, and I am happy.
