There are other Toyota dealers in the area, but I have received consistent service from Toyota of Smithfield (from Sales to Service). I have purchased/leased three vehicles here and serviced them all here as well. Even when I have had issues a couple of years ago, the GM responded to my complaints and worked to resolve them.
