Dr Luscavage's office charges $50 and waves that if you buy contacts there. Much more fair pricing structure working with what insurances pay. For my children I was not charged anything over what the insurance paid.

The two ladies running the office and fitting the glasses were both very nice and professional. Everything was super quick and convenient. Plus they had a nice selection of glasses. I am glad that I switched to this office from one of the bigger ones where I had to wait eons and deal with some rude ladies to just get a pair of reading glasses.
