Explanation is that they got a new system and made a mistake. Finally, my son had a cavity and also needed some topical put on his teeth. I knew the topical wasn't covered. They quoted $324. LOL the bill was over $800 and now they're saying they gave me that quote. But their online portal STILL shows they quoted me $324 for that specific visit. Amy reported it's a glitch and in her system it says I was quoted $800. Not to mention I called about this on 12/19 and 12/30 and just got a call back today, 1/3. I'd highly advise not going here based on this review and the other recent ones.

The decor and cleanness of the office is super. Let's talk about Dr Ursitti! She listens, and cares. Her eyes and ears are open to inputs from parents and even her special needs clients. Our first encounter was very interesting. The Dr took all the time to listen to me, and quickly changed to use people first language. I was impressed. My son has gotten use to the team and the cleaning. Just a few weeks ago my son needed to remove some crowns under anestesia. They worked with us and found a great anesthesiologist, with the best side manner. Amanda helped us finding ways and an organization to help pay for the procedure. They went above and beyond. He know is pain free and asking to be taken to the dentist! A child who was so afraid said "awww she is so sweet", referring to Dr Ursitti. As I sat with it I grew concerned because the treatment plan included sedation. Expensive and risky. I asked for the X-rays which they sent, but I also requested the plan be written up with a rationale and any other possible options. I'm not a medical professional and do not understand everything thrown at me in the office. There was a follow up phone call where the staff proceeded to tell me verbally the plan. I explained it was intensive and costly and I don't understand so I would like it written up and may seek a second option to make sure this was the right path. I was told they welcomed a second option but that my $1000 deposit was non refundable. I found this really disconcerting. I understand the need of a deposit but when there is genuine concern and you have to make decisions on the spot, I also think making it no refundable with prior notice is poor customer service which I expressed to them. They then sent me an email telling me "our professional bond had been broken". Very concerning for a parent looking to be more informed in making medical decisions for their child. First I felt pressured to agree, then I felt vilified for asking questions.

First and foremost as new patients they were able to get us in right away. The lady who scheduled my appointment was very nice and very understanding from the get go. We arrived with a very unhappy little boy and they told us to just take all of the time we needed to get him acclimated and they weren't kidding. My son was loving their set up with the treehouse/playhouse and the touchscreen games, but when it came time for his visit he had another meltdown. They did everything they could to try to settle him but nothing was working so we had planned a different location of theirs thinking it might do the trick. But after another 30 minutes my kid was calmed enough to try again. And they were so kind to squeeze us in (mind you this was a full hour and a half after our appointment and they were so accepting and kind!!) They went really slow with him and walked him through the whole thing. He's already scheduled for his second appointment and he says he's willing to return!! That's huge.
