Additionally, a thorough one-hour evaluation is done before therapy begins, and the office staff is a delight to work with. Most recently, I worked with Barb at the Ahwatukee location for pelvic floor and leg muscle strengthening after undergoing cancer treatment. I told her I had very good insurance and I don't need to be charged and then she insisted that is there policy. I could come in and be treated but they would bill me later I have never had this type of ridiculous interaction with any company that was in my Blue Cross Blue Shield Network I would not recommend this company to anyone I will be looking elsewhere I cannot comment on the physical therapist because I never saw one but the girl who greeted me at the front desk told me all I need to know about this business

I've had two major injuries and some minor problems in the past few years…read more I've been to three different physical therapy offices and this is the one that has solved all of them! Every single person who works here has treated me with respect and has demonstrated a commitment to figuring out what to do to return me to fully functioning. At one point I hadn't been able to walk unassisted for over two years due to lower leg and ankle injuries and a surgery, and now I'm fully able to do that. I also have had a number of back issues including a fractured vertebrae and age related disc deterioration. It's amazing the amount of pain relief and return to normal functioning I've achieved due to the treatment here. The approach here each session includes personalized manual therapy and manipulation (so much more in terms of time and effectiveness than other offices) and a personalized exercise program, with attention paid to comfort level, correct implementation, and increased improvement. They provide take home illustrations to support continuing at home progress. They are skilled in Graston and needling therapies and I've seen patients ranging from teens to their 90s, with a wide range of challenges in their office, and everyone has been receiving personalized attention. EVERYONE in this office is so wonderful; I have not had a bad or even mediocre experience here. They have tried numerous options to find pain relief for me and always do their best. Every time I see them, I know they have my best interest at heart and actually care about me and my well being. I haven't had that kind of care and concern from a doctor's office prior to this office. They work well with my insurance company and if I owe them any money, they work with me and are understanding when it comes to payment options. I love how they tried physical therapy as a means of relief for my pain instead of just prescribing meds for me; and I have even more respect for the fact that they DON'T prescribe habit forming narcotic pain meds either (that is not a good fix for this kind of chronic pain - my personal kind of pain). At any rate, after trying less invasive options for pain relief, they were not effective for me and to date I have had a Cervical Epidural Injection, Facet Injections and Radio Frequency Ablations completed with Dr. Kreiner, and he is always fantastic! These are not fun procedures but he (and his staff) really do their best to make it as painless as possible! I cannot conceive of going anywhere else!! Additional phenomenal staff members are Shannon, Vanessa, Becky, Nikki & a few others who I can't remember their names off the top of my head. Staff is ALWAYS pleasant and professional (even on their most stressful days). I also have heard so many compliments that staff members pay to Dr Kreiner & Kozak; that really says a lot about the atmosphere of the office and the kind of doctor's these guys are. She listens and is genuinely interested in finding the best path forward. She doesn't just rely on labs but how I feel as well. She's helped with Hashimoto's, GI issues, as well as other issues in a Holistic manner. Before seeing Heather I was extremely frustrated with my healthcare plan. I've received injections of Traumeel for torn meniscus and bursitis which has made an incredible difference to my healing experience! Ryan has provided hands on therapy for a couple of years as well. His approach provides the best pain relief with the least painful techniques. I definitely have a lot of knots due to Hashimoto's, so it is painful but the relief is amazing. I like how Dr Murray focuses on the area needing Chiropractic manipulation while leaving the other areas alone. He's able to hone in on the areas to dry needle as well.
