My fiancé and I noticed this new "speakeasy" bar pop up locally so naturally, we had to check it out. It's a small, cozy space, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I could see this being an awesome spot to watch the game as all of the TV screens are on one wall. Our bartender Sky was incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back!

They make an amazing sangria. Bartenders were nice. I like the vibes here. Just a small little hidden bar.

The restaurant is beautifully designed with warm, inviting lighting that makes the entire space feel elevated yet cozy at the same time. Super clean, stylish interior, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay for "just one more thing." Our first visit was spontaneous. We stopped in for a quick birthday lunch and sat at the bar, and after that first bite, we already knew we'd be back. We started with the meatballs, fried mozzarella, and bruschetta, and every single dish was a 10/10. The meatballs were tender and packed with flavor, but the sauce deserves its own moment. Savory, rich, and deeply comforting without being too heavy. The fried mozzarella was lightly crisped to perfection, not overly breaded or greasy, and paired with a marinara sauce that tasted fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. But the bruschetta? That absolutely stole the show. Fresh, vibrant, perfectly seasoned, and layered on crisp bread that held everything together beautifully. Easily one of the best bruschettas we've had. By the second visit, we came hungry and ready for pasta. The warm bread arrived first and immediately set the tone. Soft, flavorful, fresh, and impossible not to keep reaching for. We ordered the Penne Al Gorgonzola and the Penne Vodka al Fungi. If you're a cheese lover, the Penne Al Gorgonzola is your dream dish. Bold, creamy, unapologetically cheese-forward, with pine nuts adding the perfect subtle texture and balance to round everything out. But the Penne Vodka al Fungi? Absolutely unforgettable. That sauce was silky, rich, flavorful, and honestly one of those dishes that makes you pause mid-bite because it's that good. Easily our favorite of the night. We also shared the chopped antipasto salad, which paired perfectly with the bread and pastas. The Italian dressing was light, fresh, and complemented the ingredients without overpowering them. The service both visits was amazing. We sat at the bar each time and were taken care of by attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff who made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. Madri's absolutely delivers on ambiance, service, and authentic Italian comfort food. We're already looking forward to our next visit because there are still so many dishes we want to try.

The mushroom appetizer is seasoned perfectly, with just a hint of spice on the backend. It is perfectly paired with focaccia bread to soak up the sauce. I had the month's special Lobster ravioli. The sauce was a great balance of tomato and creamy flavors, but a nitpick is that within the ravioli the cheese slightly overpowered the lobster. The staff were quick, friendly, and attentive. The ambiance is quite nice with soft, warm lighting and an interesting and fun mix of textures and colors. The wall of TVs above the bar unfortunately do break the ambiance to some extent, but they're easy to ignore. I have now added Madri to my short list of downtown Redlands go-to restaurants!

I was there with my family and all the TVs were on different sports everything from hockey to Bull Riding and some MMA fights. My family and I are all practicing martial artists. I've been training 25+ years so naturally the sport we were interested in were the fights. One by one each TV that had the fights was changed to hockey. I asked my server about it and could he change one of the smaller TVs that I could see back to the fight. He left, came back and was told by his manager this was a family establishment. I'm not one to make a scene so I finished my meal, tipped my sever well as I do when they deserve it and I left a review stating my grievance on the tablet at the table as I paid my bill. The idea of it's a family establishment is bogus. I'm literally there with my family and every one of us trains BJJ and I myself train BJJ and judo and have had multiple professional fights in my younger years. My kids know this, and sometimes pull me up on YouTube to watch "Daddy fight" there's nothing virtuous about excluding one family because the unrealistic idea that another family might be offended. I was very disappointed and will not be back because I am a man of principle. I guess me and my family are just barbarians how dare we enjoy pugilistic contest. I spent a significant portion of my hard earned money to take my family there. Gas is $6 a gallon and everything is expensive, finneys needs to appreciate every customer that spends their hard earned money in their establishment. I will not be back. There are plenty of other places in town.

He was attentive, friendly, and clearly works very hard to make sure everyone is having a great time. We actually asked for his schedule because from now on we only want to come in when he's working! While Patrick was hustling and taking care of guests, another bartender with a beard seemed more interested in his phone, which really made us appreciate Patrick even more. He never stopped moving and made sure our drinks were perfect every time. The food was fantastic too. I ordered the steak and it was cooked absolutely perfectly. Drinks were on point and the beers were great as always. The owner clearly knows what he's doing because hiring Patrick was a great decision. We love this place and will definitely keep coming back -- especially when Patrick is behind the bar!

There are plenty of TVs to watch which is a plus if you love sports, etc. I opted for some fish tacos that came with a side of rice and beans. My husband ordered a sandwich. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer as well as another couple of items. I can't remember off the top of my head this go around. I just opted for water while others ordered some beer as well as sodas prices are pretty fair and portions were good size. My tacos were great, but the beans were quite dry and I honestly didn't try the rice cause I was pretty full off of the tacos. Service was good. I don't have any complaints and parking was easy. Plenty of street parking nearby. Vibe is definitely sports bar and OK for family
