We met some family here on our way out of town and we really enjoyed it. We were greeted and seated right away, which was a plus, and since there was quite a few of us, they put us in a more secluded back area where we could chat and hang out and my nieces toddler could get some running around without bother bothering anyone. About a month apart from last time. Since the burgers were so good we thought that was the preferred pick. My husband got the chimi spicy burger and I got the darbinator, our pick from last time. Idk if their product distributor changed, or hasn't arrived and they went to their mystery meat and bread because we were sooooo surprised and NOT in a good way. Bread on BOTH burgers was stale and dry. It literally crumbled and we took a bite. The square meat patties weren't even seasoned. They felt like they had been frozen and microwaved. Let's just say my medium rare was fully cooked, and not on the stove. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the regular nachos we got this time were good, and service keeps being great. On my last visit here the security guard asked my age almost apologetically before allowing me entrance, saying he had to ask. He did not seek any written proof of age afterward, probably because my white hair was ample confirmation of adult status. Went here yesterday Sunday 6/7/2026 afternoon. Horrible experience waitress was rude and never checked in us not once never refilled our water asked how our food was nothing. I ordered what she called beef stew but was the soup of the day which was extremely salty so I pushed it away while the rest of the table ate. Again no apology just stared at me then smirked at me I then stopped another waitress and asked for a manager she came back and said there is no manager here right now and asked what happened. Not sure if she was a lead waitress but I explained the situation she apologized and said she would let the manager know and would also talk to the waitress which I appreciated. After she spoke with a waitress another waitress comes and gives me the dirtiest look I was floored. Then the waitress trying to help us cane out let us know she took the soup off the check and gave us an additional discount which was nice of her however she then tells us she spoke to the waitress and said she didn't check on us because she was so busy I said I saw her by the bar chit chatting she was not that busy plus isn't part of her job to at least check in her customers at least once. So trying to justify her not checking on us was off. We will never come back here again and will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Our experience at Darby's was extremely disappointing. We came in with a large group and waited nearly 30 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us or offering service. When someone finally came over--a Caucasian female server--she approached us with a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude. Things only got worse when we asked to speak with a manager. We were told, bafflingly, that no one knew who the manager was because they were there as a "third party." That kind of response just shows how disorganized and unprofessional the staff was. We ended up getting our own drinks directly from the bar (which was the only place we received quick service), but ultimately decided to leave due to the unacceptable treatment. Definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend Darby's to anyone expecting even basic hospitality. read more

My husband and I went to Darby's this past Saturday night and had such an amazing experience. Patrick was our bartender and he took incredible care of us the entire night. He was attentive, friendly, and clearly works very hard to make sure everyone is having a great time. We actually asked for his schedule because from now on we only want to come in when he's working! While Patrick was hustling and taking care of guests, another bartender with a beard seemed more interested in his phone, which really made us appreciate Patrick even more. I had lunch at Darby's with a friend recently and was very impressed. We both ordered a salad. I had a chicken Cobb salad and she had a chicken Caesar salad. Our waitress Jordan was one of the most pleasant parts of our lunch. She went out of her way to be accommodating with what we both wanted or didn't want on our salad. The coconut margarita was good, not overwhelming coconut. The caramel apple was sweet and strong, likewise the pomegranate margarita, yummy. The food, however was just meh. My shrimp salad may have been good if it hadn't been drowning in dressing. The patty melt was ok, nothing special.
