It has all sorts of kitchen gadgets and linens, gourmet foods/condiments, patio furniture and gardening accessories, home furnishings and household accessories. Nothing is cheap here, literally or figuratively. Everything is super well-made, but very pricey. My kid saw a pizza platter here for $20 that she purchased the day before at HomeGoods for $4.99. The exact same item. That said, this place carries a lot of brands and items that you cannot find elsewhere, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about their product lines. I liked their selection of retro wall clocks in a rainbow of colors, each for about $50 (I thought that was reasonable). Also, note that their sale prices on items are excellent deals. And they also carry smaller scale, cute gift things, on carousels by the front counter. I got my friend a cute pair of socks here.

Lenny was very helpful, and the only one able to get me an appt for a diagnostic the next day. Michael came out and was awesome! I explained that I turned on a burner, heard a pop and stove died. I had turned off the outlet at the breaker and when Michael flipped it back on the stove came to life. So embarrassing.. still he checked all connections and wiring plus the temperature regulator to make sure everything was in working order. It all checked out and assured me that nothing was going to blow up on me which made me happy since I host Christmas and had Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas day meals to make. No more issues so far. Cost for tech to come out was $130 , if repairs needed,that is used toward repair cost. Definitely will use them again if needed and refer them to friends. Regarding buying appliances: don't just look for the store with the cheapest prices (they're basically all about the same anyway). You should think about: how will the store respond when you have a problem. I'm a self-confessed pain in the neck type of customer because I'm very indecisive and picky. I also had some snafus (all my fault--like ordering the wrong size hood and changing my mind about the custom oven I bought). Throughout all of this, Smiley was unfailingly kind and professional. He provided honest advice on the products and when things went sideways for me, he went out of his way to fix the problem and make sure I was happy and satisfied. I can't say enough great things about Eastbank Appliances and especially Smiley. Smiley is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, helpful and really understands what customer service means. The price structure might be offputting to some (travel fee + additional diagnosis fee + labor cost) but having fast and pro service for your busted freezer a phone call away is a pretty damn nice convenience that I didn't mind paying for. Logan troubleshooted our 10 year old fridge and got it back to status quo in an hour; a previous tech had come out last year to correct our 20 year old GE washer (yea I know, it's time) without breaking a sweat. These guys know their stuff, show up on time, are polite and have all the dang tools needed. Recommended.
