C salad with kale and chicken

Bomb! Inside is so cute with lots of adorable gifts, books and knickknacks for purchase. Good music playing, good vibes all around. Got the Caesar salad, add chicken, all was delicious. Really want to go for an actual meal sometime, the downstairs is kinda speakeasy bar style with more extensive menu. Staff is great, service was pretty quick for how busy they were and overall have done an awesome job working with the unique space! Will be back and definitely recommend to others.

Quick service for coffee. Had some bakery items available when I arrived around noon. Was crowded inside the bookstore and gift shop. They are able to pack a lot into the space. They have local books, and Roslyn branded items to purchase. I purchased a very soft Tshirt with their branding. They have few tables and chairs if you want to order a meal. You may have to park a block or more away as there isn't a designated parking lot. Would recommend to stop when you are in the area.

Excellent food and service! We had a Cubano, burger, and salad. I was very happy with the elk sausage add-on option. The food arrived quickly and was presented beautifully. I can confirm my salad was delicious. The downstairs lounge/bar area was spacious, comfortable, and stylish. I'd love to come back to try their NA cocktails. We browsed the bookstore after lunch. It's well curated with good recommendations and special finds. A great stop if you're making a trip to the Cascades.

Went here for a morning coffee and ended up really liking it! The inside is super cute and part bookstore / trinkets/ and coffee shop and I think they have more seated eating area too but I didn't check that out. The staff was nice and friendly. I got the breakfast sandwhich to go and I ended up really liking it!

The food was delicious and the service was great. We have been into the bookstore before but this was our first time downstairs in the restaurant. They do not have French fries or your usual restaurant foods so just heads up. But the food they did have was delicious.

What a beautiful place! Oh yeah, the coffee and food are really good too. There's a nice sitting area upstairs by the front windows as well as a restaurant and bar area downstairs. Also, they host Saturday night movies in their adjoining yard in the summer. This is a really nice addition to the Roslyn downtown. I'll be back!

Came in for a coffee and found a charming bookstore where you can also order some food. There is an outdoor seating area where you can also order food and drinks. There is a "Speakeasy" downstairs where you can sit comfortably and have your food and drinks. The latte I ordered was delicious. This was definitely a popular spot as the line was quite long, but they were able to help everyone very quickly. Super friendly service and a nice atmosphere.

I had the Turkey sandwich, toasted! It was great, the stone ground mustard was very tasty! My friend had the club with gluten free bread! She said it was very good! In all it was a very nice lunch!

Hip! You're not supposed to do this on Yelp: post old photos. But we occasioned the place recently, I didn't take any pictures, and then realized I wanted to write a review of the serene atmosphere and what I recently discovered here. So you know how hard it is to find several years old photos using the Yelp app? Hard. (The kid is my son and the non-pink woman looking at books is Terri.) We recently found ourselves there. My dad, wife, son, and I, looking at books. I can't say what kinds of books they had back when the photo was taken, but the pictures are a testament to the peaceful repose possible at any successful bookstore really (with a backdrop of steaming espresso sounds). What I discovered was that they now sell, along with the old standards of snowshoe routes and tree identification (just making those up) and games (or at least they had many three years ago), was the wide selection (for such a small store) of fantasy, a genre I have been diving into lately. I was delighted! I won't go into an escapist versus (perhaps) social commentary rant here. Read what you want for whatever reason! I first noticed the V. E. Schwab title, one in the series I started but am not sure I will continue. Then I saw some titles I wanted to try but didn't buy because I have so many unread books right now. (Getting ready for winter?). I saw they have Tolkien and Frank Herbert, classics of the genre. On the opposite end of the spectrum was The Fourth Wing, an enjoyable enough YA with lots of sex from a young woman's perspective. Weird for me in that regard but if you like dragon riding and narrowly avoiding death in a school for gifted athletic/magic types, could be titillating. Anyway, I didn't memorize all the titles, but the next time I'm in Roslyn I'll be buying a book, unless it's five years down the road fantasy as a hip genre has been replaced. Then maybe I'll do that new thing!

Stopped in for a sandwich. Nice store, good sandwich, fresh and large enough for sharing. Nice place to stop for a break in a long drive.

Atmosphere was good but food was very underwhelming. Got their carnitas bowl and a sandwich. Meat was dry, not worth the price.

Super cool bookstore. But food is over priced and the customer service leaves a ton to be desired. I'd go here for coffee but nothing else.

I just couldn't leave town without stopping in! I'm a huge reader, so this was actually my first visit in a bookstore since sheltering-in-place, which made the experience all the more special to me. I walked in and was the only one in the store, other than the owner. This is a used bookstore with many prized possessions here. I could've really spent the entire day here, but was given a deadline of 20 minutes by bae because we had a wine tasting appointment we needed to get to. So I quickly found the fiction area and browsed as fast as I could, in search of my next read. They also had a deal where if you buy two books, you get one for free, which was tempting. But sadly, I was only able to find one book in such a short time spent here. However, I scored a first edition of a John Updike novel, so it's really a win-win. Bailey's Bibliomania is located off the main street of businesses in town. Parking is easy to find right out front of the store. The owner was very nice and just as you'd expect from these kind of small bookstores, it's a place where you can talk about books with the owner because he actually reads the material. In my brief chat with him, I learned that Bailey's Bibliomania was named after his beagle that sadly passed away. Yet, you see the image of a beagle in the store's logo throughout the place. I just love that this kind of bookstore makes for such a needed presence today, in a world of screens. Kittitas is lucky to have this here; support this business!
