    Tuna Tartare Taco*
    Corrina Q.

Happy hour review incoming!! I absolutely love their happy hour deal. $9 craft cocktails is a great price for disney springs! My fav drinks were the espresso martini, strawberry cobbler, STK mule, and cucumber stiletto. The crab and corn fritters for $3 is an absolute steal!! The short rib quesadilla was also one of my favorite food items on the happy hour menu. I wish the tuna tartare tacos were bigger, but they are delicious high quality little bites. Our server was very nice and quick with our drink orders. I'm actually surprised there weren't more people here for happy hour. I'm coming back for happy hour for sure!

We were at Disney Springs looking for a bite to eat and decided to give STK Orlando a try. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. We arrived around 3:00 p.m., so I'm not sure if it was because it was happy hour or if they were simply short-staffed, but the service left a lot to be desired. It took quite a while before anyone even brought us water. At one point, my husband ended up going to the bar himself to get me a straw after I had asked our server twice and eventually gave up waiting. We ordered a mojito, which was very good, the tuna tacos (two small tacos that were tasty), and two cheeseburgers with chips. The food itself was decent, so no complaints there. The biggest disappointment was the service. It felt like we were constantly trying to get someone's attention. Ironically, we were warmly greeted when we arrived, but when we left, no one acknowledged us or even said, "Have a nice day." It's a small gesture, but it makes a difference. Overall, the food was fine, but the lack of attentive service kept this from being the experience we were hoping for. I hope that someone actually cares enough to read this because they didn't seem to care when we were in the restaurant.

For a quick stop to refresh in the afternoon heat, STK was the right move. The appetizers were filling and the drinks were great. It's a nice, cute spot where you can still sit and experience being in Disney Springs. Will definitely return.

STK Orlando at Disney Springs is one of those places that's all over social media, so I had pretty high expectations going in. Honestly, I wasn't all that impressed. It's a beautiful restaurant with a fun, upscale atmosphere, but I think it's another place that's a little overhyped. The highlight of the meal was definitely the 6 oz filet. It was incredibly tender, melted in my mouth, and the garlic butter they poured over it tableside took it to another level. The real star of the night, though, was the Wagyu fried rice..I would go back just for that. The cocktails were also strong, which I definitely appreciated. On the flip side, the calamari wasn't for me (I only had one bite), and the lobster tail just didn't live up to the expectations. Overall, I'm glad I experienced it once, but it's not somewhere I'd feel the need to visit again. Cute spot, great ambiance, but I think there are better places to spend your money at Disney Springs.

Walking in it looked like a very high class restaurant, but there's a DJ PLAYING PARTY MUSIC. It was like a party but with extremely over priced food!! Now don't get me wrong the food was all amazing and delicious but some dishes are more than Michelin star restaurants I've been to. The service was OK. We often had to wait a while before we saw our server and asked for what we needed. He wasn't constantly checking on us, but he was nice knowledgeable and friendly.

Last night was a fun night with Yelp Elite Squad! We had some small bites, my favorite was the quesadillas. Then some drinks they offer during happy hour. Yum! Service was friendly, and felt like the servers were all over, but they were doing their best with everyone moving all over the place. I like the vibe on the roof, and now they made it better with a cover and misters to keep it a little bit cooler. It'll be nice in the Fall! Ha!

Visited this location after a round of mini golf at Fantasia Gardens. The perfect place to people watch! While I understand the pricing is to reflect the tourism, the value itself wasn't all the way there. Our meal was good, but not world renowned. The best part was the bleu cheese bread. The cheesesteak egg rolls were tasty, I had the miso glazed sea bass which was also delicious. My date enjoyed a 12 oz ribeye that he says was "so so" and we shared asparagus (that neither of us ate) and Mac & cheese which was decent. I had a Don Julio & club soda to wash it down. The don was off - but because I've been experiencing it at every establishment in the area, I think it was a bad batch and I'd caution them to check their beverage guns as well because the club soda was flat. Service was great, very knowledgeable and friendly and stayed on top of cleaning the table after each course. If you've ever attended STK in other locations, you know what to expect. But here specifically, account for the tourism price for the same quality of food

Alexa took amazing care of us. We enjoyed great drinks, and calamari and potstickers for appetizers. Both were amazing. Then we shared the cowboy steak and it was so well cooked and seasoned. So good!!

We decided to check out STK before a concert and saw they had a great happy hour on weekends. Note: you have to be at the bar for the deals. There weren't any spots at the bar downstairs so the hostess told me to go upstairs and I waited a half hour before going back downstairs and getting a seat with my friends. Staff at the downstairs bar didn't seem to want to serve us which made the whole experience super disappointing. Some of the bites were tasty - mushroom arancini and crab corn fritters- and the cocktails were good. I've never had a bartender act so uninterested in serving us which is the main reason for the lower rating. I would like to come back and try a dinner to give them another shot as the food was pretty good. We hopped over to Enzo's bar after this which illuminated just how poor the service was as they treated us amazingly. Their staff reported many guests come over to their bar after bad service at STK sadly. Hopefully they can fix this for future patrons.

Another location I popped into this evening to check out their Happy Hour. Oysters, Wagyu tacos, jalapeno pickled shrimp cocktail, stk+frites and a watermelon cocktail? I call that a pretty decent HH evening! The only dish that didn't land all that high on my list was the STK*+frites. The jalapeno pickled shrimp cocktail may have been my favorite, but the tacos were nice and flavorful as well.

Great spot for a happy hour hop while at Disney springs! Signature cocktails are $10 and this spicy watermelon tequila based drink is the perfect way to cool off this summer. The lil'brg & truffle fries ($6) is the perfect bite for a happy hour base. Be prepared for a loud experience- music was quite loud and at times made it difficult to have a conversation with my guests.

While in Disney Springs this is a nice upscale option compared to other food nearby. Made a reservation weeks in advanced but they also take walk ups. Pros- good food, good quality, excellent service Cons- price point is high but it's expected for good food. I had the Lobster pasta and it was delicious

Best Happy Hour you're going to find at Disney Springs. I can't tell you how many times I think about going to try another restaurant around Disney Springs and then remember, oh wait it's between 2:30-6:30pm I should just go to STK since they have the best happy hour. I've been here early, late, by myself, with dates, with my family. However, I've still never had a steak here lol and I am a total steak guy. I prefer sitting upstairs. Many times though they won't open upstairs if it isn't that busy. Even better if you can sit up there secluded and have your own VIP experience where 1 bartender waits on you and there are actually TV's up top. If you have to sit at the bar downstairs it's ok, but not TV's. You kind of want a corner seat to people watch. Oh, and up top has an outdoor patio rooftop. One night many months ago, I had a hotel room at the Holiday Inn nearby and decided to try all of the cocktails on the menu. Yep, sometimes ya just gotta do it. However, the first drink of the day is always the $9 Spiced Watermelon which consists of: patrón silver tequila - st~germain - watermelon purée - fresh lime - jalapeño Holy smokes do I love that thing. Additionally, espresso martinis, old fashioned, or any of the cocktails here are always fabulous. Don't be afraid to get outside your comfort zone. I also really like the cucumber stiletto. I've basically had every item on their happy hour food menu as well. Been here on many occasions and just said bring 1 of everything. You can never go wrong with the burger or meatballs though.

STK Steakhouse Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - STK Steakhouse

Do they serve chicken tenders and fries for the kids?

No, they don't sell a "kids" menu. We ordered smaller portions of food for my son, or he just ate from our plate. Although, the Orlando location was horrible. It wasn't worth the amount of money wasted here.

What's the dress code? Can I wear jeans, hat, and tshirt?

If you are going for breakfast or lunch, then I don't see a problem with it. However, I would not wear the hat. If you are going for dinner, a pair of khaki pants and a short sleeve polo shirt would be more appropriate. Hope this helps.

Can you bring an infant (1 year old)?

    Yes you can !

Can 17-19-year-olds dine here, and do they serve non-alcoholic beverages?

Yes . They can dine in and yes to non-alcoholic beverages

    Does the rooftop have music?

Yes! The speakers can be quite loud, so ask to be seated away from them if that's not your preference.

Has anyone had their brunch? Any thoughts? Good/bad/ok?

It's great!! Quick service and tasty options. When we went, they had a DJ there as well.

How much is their Easter Sunday brunch?

    $22.00 for children 12 and under $84.00 for adults…

Do you take reservations for the lounge?

    Yes

Can you still order off the regular dinner menu at brunch time?

You can order via the lunch menu which is almost exactly like the dinner menu. Check out on their specials too.

    Is this good for kids?

It depends on the kids. I personally would not take my 13 year old. I think she would rather a nice burger and fries and she would not appreciate the setting and music.

What are the hours for Happy hour?

Hi Catherine, We offer Happy Hour in the Bar & Lounge Mon-Fri from 4pm-6pm.…

It was just good top to bottom. The menu was diverse enough for all tastes. There was a good variety of steaks, italian, etc. I ended going with the Alfredo, which was absolutely delicious, but I knew I should have went for a dish with more red sauce. The Alfredo sauce was incredible, albeit a little watery. The picture may not show it well, but there was a scoop of it right on top of the chicken, and it was really good. Beautiful dining room and first class service…read more I don't like calamari but this appetizer had an asian twist and it was delicious. I had a bite of someone's ribeye which was alright. My sea bass was pretty good.

I visited Del Frisco's with some colleagues, some of which were extremely enthusiastic about this…read morerestaurant. It's clear the staff takes their work very seriously - hearing about the specials almost felt like a sales pitch - and the atmosphere is meant to be upscale and well executed. I recognize that as a vegetarian, I am nowhere near the target market for this menu. That being said, I found my entree and the bar's available ingredients lackluster, but the sides and dessert were delicious. The bread, glossed with butter and very fluffy, was divine. The waiter took my drink order, I asked for some options for a cocktail that were off menu that he'd have to check on, then the rest of my table got their drinks 15 minutes later, and I was told what I ordered wasn't possible. Not sure why drinks took so long or why I wasn't notified sooner, as this made our pacing a little odd. I ordered a blood orange heavy cocktail off the surprisingly short menu, and it was just ok - not a mix of flavors I'd normally go for, and very punchy. The greenery sprig was a visually appealing touch though, although it was a bit heavy handed on my neighbor's drink. My salad was yummy, with an interesting addition of potato chip like curls. The red wine that was ordered for the table was one of the best red wines I've ever had, very enjoyable, and I never normally like reds. The wine selection seems vast here - the menu is a true binder - and some options go over $2k for a bottle, so even the most extravagant tastes will find something they like here. My waiter gave me the tiniest bit of attitude upon finding out I was a vegetarian. Listen, sir, I didn't pick the restaurant, I know I don't belong here - yeesh. He did inform me that a cauliflower steak option was available, which I took him up on, but it was not listed on the menu anywhere. They should really add it to be more inclusive of all types of diets - it's 2026, you need to offer an entree that isn't meat, even if you're a steak and seafood restaurant. I'm never really that impressed with a cauliflower steak from anywhere, but this was one of the most bland I've ever had. It wasn't filling and the sauce had barely any salt or flavor to it - very lackluster. The desserts were amazing - I forget what we ordered other than the Creme Brulee topped with macarons and Butter Cake (OMG! WOW!), but everything I tried was yummy. It was a pretty busy spring Thursday night when I visited, but everything seemed to take quite a while to come out. A friend was dining separately at another table, and when we bumped into each other in the bathroom while waiting for apps, we both remarked on how long it was taking for food and drinks to come out. The atmosphere was also a bit chaotic - we had to wait in a cramped, awkward entry hallway for 10 minutes past our reservation time, which was a weird way to start the dining experience- they need a better waiting area. It was also very loud in here, which is not what I'd expect for such an upscale place - I could barely hear people across the table from me. It cheapened the overall feel. The price points are certainly impressive if you're wanting to come here to impress a date or business partner. Some bits were excellent, but the entree fell short for me. If you're getting what they specialize in, you'll probably have a better experience, but you'll also be waiting quite a while. I feel like the only person I know that isn't raving about this place, and although it puts on quite the show, there's some room for improvement. I WILL be dreaming about that bread and the salad's potato curls, though....
