STK, of course I stopped in. I love their happy hour. Whenever I am in a state that has one, I stop in. We got there at 2:32, there was already a line forming for happy hour. After being seated, it filled up quickly so it took a while to be served. It was okay because it was a needed break from the heat. I ordered the tater tots, the full burger and chips, and Crab and corn fritters, which is still a steal for $3. Everything was good but for a steakhouse, the burger left more to be desired. We both agreed we would pass on the scallops, as they are base scallops and it was bland. No taste. The shrimp cocktails were amazing. Because it seemed like they used colossal shrimp. So those were huge. Complimentary bread that had blue cheese butter on it. Went for the experience but I would ask for it w/o and have it in the side maybe. Came in while visiting Disney Springs to enjoy happy hour. Jorge was our waiter. He was attentive and polite. This place seems pretty popular for happy hour. I tried the short rib quesadilla and had half a burger and some chips. The quesadilla is an amazing price, was served warm and had just the right amount of filling. Very delicious. Stopped by for Happy Hour while waiting for House of Blues to open and bam say - this will now be my go to pre show activity. It was a little busy downstairs and the greeter directed me that the bar upstairs had plenty of seating. What a different experience! Our first time visiting there and it was quite pleasant. It gets very busy during the nights and you can reserve on either OpenTable or on the Disney app. The food was tasty, their steaks melted in our mouths. We arrived a little early and planned on a drink at the bar prior, but it was full, so they seated us right away. Elliot was our waiter and he could not have been more friendly, attentive and accommodating He libated us while we looked over their regular, Special 3 course and the Magical Dining menus. The bread service is delicious, made fresh and warm with butter and oils. We went with the STK 3 course menu choosing wagu sliders, ceasar salad, filet mignon, sirloin, mac & cheese, tater tots and apple pie for dessert. Elliot even took the time to toast us with champagne (nice touch). Everything was delicious and plentiful, leaving us a hearty lunch for tomorrow. We look forward to returning again soon. I ordered medium and more than half of my steak was well - chewy and flavorless. I didn't make a stink and send it back because it was my girlfriend's birthday and she wanted steak. Took a chewy unappetizing one for the team. The frites were okay. Staff were nice but we had long periods of waiting for them to check on us, clear plates, etc. we were all done and they cleared one person's. Then they waited before clearing one and a half more. My fav drinks were the espresso martini, strawberry cobbler, STK mule, and cucumber stiletto. The crab and corn fritters for $3 is an absolute steal!! STK Orlando at Disney Springs is one of those places that's all over social media, so I had pretty high expectations going in. Honestly, I wasn't all that impressed. It's a beautiful restaurant with a fun, upscale atmosphere, but I think it's another place that's a little overhyped. The highlight of the meal was definitely the 6 oz filet. It was incredibly tender, melted in my mouth, and the garlic butter they poured over it tableside took it to another level. The real star of the night, though, was the Wagyu fried rice..I would go back just for that. The cocktails were also strong, which I definitely appreciated. On the flip side, the calamari wasn't for me (I only had one bite), and the lobster tail just didn't live up to the expectations. Overall, I'm glad I experienced it once, but it's not somewhere I'd feel the need to visit again. Visited this location after a round of mini golf at Fantasia Gardens. The perfect place to people watch! While I understand the pricing is to reflect the tourism, the value itself wasn't all the way there. Our meal was good, but not world renowned. The best part was the bleu cheese bread. My date enjoyed a 12 oz ribeye that he says was "so so" and we shared asparagus (that neither of us ate) and Mac & cheese which was decent. I had a Don Julio & club soda to wash it down. We decided to check out STK before a concert and saw they had a great happy hour on weekends. Note: you have to be at the bar for the deals. There weren't any spots at the bar downstairs so the hostess told me to go upstairs and I waited a half hour before going back downstairs and getting a seat with my friends. Staff at the downstairs bar didn't seem to want to serve us which made the whole experience super disappointing. Some of the bites were tasty - mushroom arancini and crab corn fritters- and the cocktails were good. I've never had a bartender act so uninterested in serving us which is the main reason for the lower rating. I would like to come back and try a dinner to give them another shot as the food was pretty good. We hopped over to Enzo's bar after this which illuminated just how poor the service was as they treated us amazingly. We were at Disney Springs looking for a bite to eat and decided to give STK Orlando a try. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. We arrived around 3:00 p.m., so I'm not sure if it was because it was happy hour or if they were simply short-staffed, but the service left a lot to be desired. It took quite a while before anyone even brought us water. At one point, my husband ended up going to the bar himself to get me a straw after I had asked our server twice and eventually gave up waiting. We ordered a mojito, which was very good, the tuna tacos (two small tacos that were tasty), and two cheeseburgers with chips. The food itself was decent, so no complaints there. The biggest disappointment was the service. It felt like we were constantly trying to get someone's attention. Ironically, we were warmly greeted when we arrived, but when we left, no one acknowledged us or even said, "Have a nice day." It's a small gesture, but it makes a difference. Overall, the food was fine, but the lack of attentive service kept this from being the experience we were hoping for. Best Happy Hour you're going to find at Disney Springs. I can't tell you how many times I think about going to try another restaurant around Disney Springs and then remember, oh wait it's between 2:30-6:30pm I should just go to STK since they have the best happy hour. I've been here early, late, by myself, with dates, with my family. However, I've still never had a steak here lol and I am a total steak guy. I prefer sitting upstairs. Many times though they won't open upstairs if it isn't that busy. Even better if you can sit up there secluded and have your own VIP experience where 1 bartender waits on you and there are actually TV's up top. If you have to sit at the bar downstairs it's ok, but not TV's. You kind of want a corner seat to people watch. Oh, and up top has an outdoor patio rooftop. One night many months ago, I had a hotel room at the Holiday Inn nearby and decided to try all of the cocktails on the menu. Yep, sometimes ya just gotta do it. However, the first drink of the day is always the $9 Spiced Watermelon which consists of: patrón silver tequila - st~germain - watermelon purée - fresh lime - jalapeño Holy smokes do I love that thing. Additionally, espresso martinis, old fashioned, or any of the cocktails here are always fabulous. Don't be afraid to get outside your comfort zone. I also really like the cucumber stiletto. I've basically had every item on their happy hour food menu as well. Been here on many occasions and just said bring 1 of everything. Oscar was our server and he was helpful, friendly and so nice. Our food was from their Happy Hour menu which starts at 2:30 pm. We absolutely loved all our selections: Steak Frittes, Wagyu Meatballs, Mushroom Arancini, Short Rib Quesadillas, and Tuna Tartare Tacos, they have Coke products but no Coke Zero. We came here for a friend's pre-celebration for her birthday and we were really let down. We made this reservation two weeks in advance and we really want to go during happy hour to start us off on her birthday weekend upon entrance the hostess let us know that they were no longer doing happy hour and we can stay if we want to or we can cancel and come back another day. This baffles me because it was terrible communication on their part and I expected highly of them to let people know if they made a reservation. We all live over an hour away. But my friend wanted to give them a shot so we stayed and what made it better was that our waitress was very sweet and fun! The bread service was good. I love the pesto dip that they had for it. I had a braised short rib, and I felt like it was not worth the price. Someone else at the table with us had the steak and they kept getting it wrong. Started with the Caesar salad, crisp and perfectly dressed, then moved on to the 16oz ribeye with truffle butter, which was the star of the night. I just left and worst meal ever. We sat at the bar and the young female wanted nothing to do with us ( two women). We asked for the steak night menu and they had "to get it". They do NOT offer it. Please be sure to ask Sunday to Thursday. I ordered a filet and tried to stay under the radar. I ordered medium well and it was very pink in the middle (as you can see). I tried to eat it to avoid a confrontation and got very sick. I actually ended up throwing up in my friends cup. I was told it was MY fault. They rinsed my friends cup (that I got sick in) and gave it back to her and then asked what my issue was. Poor service and under cooked food. I do not need to explain my dietary needs to any restaurant. I wanted a good dinner and it was far from it. I was then gaslit and accused of being drunk. Who waits 30+ minutes to be faulted. Disgusting. Then... our party was overcharged and apparently the issues were our fault. We had to aggressively ask for things to be removed from the bill. No accountability. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Edit: I was polite the first time around and want nothing. How about not violating basic CDC codes when your servers wash out throw up and refill same glasses. We came for happy hour and had a couple drinks, crab fritters, truffle fries with a small slider, burger, quesadilla, and the free bread and Olive oil. Our server was super nice and checked on us often. The food were great deals for what the normal price was compared to happy hour. The burger was delicious and I really liked the quesadilla. The $3 menu is definitely worth it. We came back a second time before we left, and sat inside. I understand it was super busy, but our server was a bit less intensive this time around. I love the peppercorn crust for the steaks and this time there were hardly and on it. The fish platter was not enough fish for the price point. The tables were so wobbly that the server broke a glass next to us and then almost did it a second time. They keep it dark so you don't see the imperfections. The first place they sat us in the front inside the restaurant was kind of weird it didn't have AC and we were alot of people crammed. We asked to get changed to the back where it was nicer and more AC. the food was basic to me. Seasoned well the truffle fries and asparagus were disappointing. I would say the steak was cooked well and well seasoned but that's all regarding food. The drinks were the highlight for me. I ordered a cosmopolitan and they made it very generously.
