My fav drinks were the espresso martini, strawberry cobbler, STK mule, and cucumber stiletto. The crab and corn fritters for $3 is an absolute steal!! The short rib quesadilla was also one of my favorite food items on the happy hour menu. I wish the tuna tartare tacos were bigger, but they are delicious high quality little bites. I hate to leave this review, because I didn't even get the full chance/experience the restaurant had to offer. But, when we visited, we had just placed our orders when the power went out, leaving us unable to proceed with our meal. The staff originally told us we could stay, came back 5 minutes later to tell us they could not make our food, and then 5 minutes later came back and kicked us out. I realize it wasn't entirely their fault, but it was disappointing after making a reservation and having to wait for a table nonetheless. The appetizer bread was delicious, though, and the staff was friendly otherwise. We were at Disney Springs looking for a bite to eat and decided to give STK Orlando a try. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. We arrived around 3:00 p.m., so I'm not sure if it was because it was happy hour or if they were simply short-staffed, but the service left a lot to be desired. It took quite a while before anyone even brought us water. At one point, my husband ended up going to the bar himself to get me a straw after I had asked our server twice and eventually gave up waiting. We ordered a mojito, which was very good, the tuna tacos (two small tacos that were tasty), and two cheeseburgers with chips. The food itself was decent, so no complaints there. The biggest disappointment was the service. It felt like we were constantly trying to get someone's attention. Ironically, we were warmly greeted when we arrived, but when we left, no one acknowledged us or even said, "Have a nice day." It's a small gesture, but it makes a difference. Overall, the food was fine, but the lack of attentive service kept this from being the experience we were hoping for. STK Orlando at Disney Springs is one of those places that's all over social media, so I had pretty high expectations going in. Honestly, I wasn't all that impressed. It's a beautiful restaurant with a fun, upscale atmosphere, but I think it's another place that's a little overhyped. The highlight of the meal was definitely the 6 oz filet. It was incredibly tender, melted in my mouth, and the garlic butter they poured over it tableside took it to another level. The real star of the night, though, was the Wagyu fried rice..I would go back just for that. The cocktails were also strong, which I definitely appreciated. On the flip side, the calamari wasn't for me (I only had one bite), and the lobster tail just didn't live up to the expectations. Overall, I'm glad I experienced it once, but it's not somewhere I'd feel the need to visit again. Visited this location after a round of mini golf at Fantasia Gardens. The perfect place to people watch! While I understand the pricing is to reflect the tourism, the value itself wasn't all the way there. Our meal was good, but not world renowned. The best part was the bleu cheese bread. My date enjoyed a 12 oz ribeye that he says was "so so" and we shared asparagus (that neither of us ate) and Mac & cheese which was decent. I had a Don Julio & club soda to wash it down. We decided to check out STK before a concert and saw they had a great happy hour on weekends. Note: you have to be at the bar for the deals. There weren't any spots at the bar downstairs so the hostess told me to go upstairs and I waited a half hour before going back downstairs and getting a seat with my friends. Staff at the downstairs bar didn't seem to want to serve us which made the whole experience super disappointing. Some of the bites were tasty - mushroom arancini and crab corn fritters- and the cocktails were good. I've never had a bartender act so uninterested in serving us which is the main reason for the lower rating. I would like to come back and try a dinner to give them another shot as the food was pretty good. We hopped over to Enzo's bar after this which illuminated just how poor the service was as they treated us amazingly. Best Happy Hour you're going to find at Disney Springs. I can't tell you how many times I think about going to try another restaurant around Disney Springs and then remember, oh wait it's between 2:30-6:30pm I should just go to STK since they have the best happy hour. I've been here early, late, by myself, with dates, with my family. However, I've still never had a steak here lol and I am a total steak guy. I prefer sitting upstairs. Many times though they won't open upstairs if it isn't that busy. Even better if you can sit up there secluded and have your own VIP experience where 1 bartender waits on you and there are actually TV's up top. If you have to sit at the bar downstairs it's ok, but not TV's. You kind of want a corner seat to people watch. Oh, and up top has an outdoor patio rooftop. One night many months ago, I had a hotel room at the Holiday Inn nearby and decided to try all of the cocktails on the menu. Yep, sometimes ya just gotta do it. However, the first drink of the day is always the $9 Spiced Watermelon which consists of: patrón silver tequila - st~germain - watermelon purée - fresh lime - jalapeño Holy smokes do I love that thing. Additionally, espresso martinis, old fashioned, or any of the cocktails here are always fabulous. Don't be afraid to get outside your comfort zone. I also really like the cucumber stiletto. I came in for a birthday dinner recently and was able to enjoy some happy hour cocktails as well. We tried the calamari and sliders as well as the steak and frites and salmon dinner. The salmon and steak was a bit overcooked but still flavorful. The cocktails were perfectly balanced. We weren't in a rush but the service was noticeably slow. Oscar was our server and he was helpful, friendly and so nice. Our food was from their Happy Hour menu which starts at 2:30 pm. We came here for a friend's pre-celebration for her birthday and we were really let down. We made this reservation two weeks in advance and we really want to go during happy hour to start us off on her birthday weekend upon entrance the hostess let us know that they were no longer doing happy hour and we can stay if we want to or we can cancel and come back another day. This baffles me because it was terrible communication on their part and I expected highly of them to let people know if they made a reservation. We all live over an hour away. But my friend wanted to give them a shot so we stayed and what made it better was that our waitress was very sweet and fun! The bread service was good. I love the pesto dip that they had for it. I had a braised short rib, and I felt like it was not worth the price. Someone else at the table with us had the steak and they kept getting it wrong. It had to go back to the kitchen two times and she ended up not wanting to eat. Management tried to make it better and close it out on a good note but I think by then we are just kept the spirits high so we don't let the beginning of the birthday trip put a bad taste in our mouth. I just left and worst meal ever. We sat at the bar and the young female wanted nothing to do with us ( two women). We asked for the steak night menu and they had "to get it". They do NOT offer it. Please be sure to ask Sunday to Thursday. I ordered a filet and tried to stay under the radar. I ordered medium well and it was very pink in the middle (as you can see). I tried to eat it to avoid a confrontation and got very sick. I actually ended up throwing up in my friends cup. I was told it was MY fault. They rinsed my friends cup (that I got sick in) and gave it back to her and then asked what my issue was. Poor service and under cooked food. I do not need to explain my dietary needs to any restaurant. I wanted a good dinner and it was far from it. I was then gaslit and accused of being drunk. Who waits 30+ minutes to be faulted. Disgusting. Then... our party was overcharged and apparently the issues were our fault. We had to aggressively ask for things to be removed from the bill. No accountability. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Edit: I was polite the first time around and want nothing. How about not violating basic CDC codes when your servers wash out throw up and refill same glasses. Started with the Caesar salad, crisp and perfectly dressed, then moved on to the 16oz ribeye with truffle butter, which was the star of the night. Rich, juicy, and cooked exactly the way a ribeye should be. Even the bread service stood out. warm, soft, and dangerously easy to finish. Short Rib quesadilla gets a 10/10, amazing flavors and the dipping sauce is amazing. STK burger gets a 7/10, it's good but also not a burger you go to bed thinking about (hehe). I didn't take a lot of photos because I wasn't blown away but I understand the environment hype. The entrance is beautiful with a beautiful photo op. The first place they sat us in the front inside the restaurant was kind of weird it didn't have AC and we were alot of people crammed. We asked to get changed to the back where it was nicer and more AC. the food was basic to me. Seasoned well the truffle fries and asparagus were disappointing. I would say the steak was cooked well and well seasoned but that's all regarding food. The drinks were the highlight for me. I ordered a cosmopolitan and they made it very generously. I had a HORRIBLE experience dinning at STK Orlando. Let's be clear I usually don't leave reviews like this, but people deserve to know. From the moment my husband and I walked in, we felt unwelcome. We were initially seated beside another couple who appeared uncomfortable with us sitting there, so the manager asked to move. That wasn't the issue we actually preferred the new table. What stayed with us was the way we felt we were treated afterward. Our server ANA!!!! came across as cold and dismissive when she first approached us. She even gave me that jealous look. Ladies you know the look I'm talking about....It wasn't until my husband began placing our orders that her attitude noticeably changed. I guess she didn't think we were gonna run up a tab. To us, it felt like we had been judged before anyone got to know us. Hold on!!! I'm not done!! The worst part happened after dinner. My husband left her a generous cash tip. Later, when he checked his AMEX account, we discovered an additional $100 had been added to our bill. We would not have known had he not reviewed the charge. Like what!! The audacity!! As Black guests, the overall experience left us feeling profiled, we were definitely treated differently. Even by the manager that checked on the other colored guests next to us, but skipped over our table. I can't speak to anyone else's intentions, but I can speak to how we experienced the service, and it was disappointing and hurtful. We came expecting an upscale dining experience. Instead, we left feeling disrespected, questioning how we were treated, and having to deal with an unexpected charge. So we went here twice on our Orlando trip. The first time was so amazing that we had to come back. We came for happy hour and had a couple drinks, crab fritters, truffle fries with a small slider, burger, quesadilla, and the free bread and Olive oil. Our server was super nice and checked on us often. The food were great deals for what the normal price was compared to happy hour. The burger was delicious and I really liked the quesadilla. The $3 menu is definitely worth it. We came back a second time before we left, and sat inside. I understand it was super busy, but our server was a bit less intensive this time around. The fun vibe just wasn't there, and it seemed like he didn't really like us much. The food and everything was still good, but I didn't feel quite as welcomed. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Came here for a private work event so we got our own room. Outside our room, the place smelled like a wet rag that couldnt dry. This would've been a 1 star if we were seated in that area for sure. We had heard strong reviews about STK in Orlando, so we were looking forward to the experience but it fell short. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this one stood out. The atmosphere felt more like a loud nightclub than an upscale steakhouse. It was very noisy and uncomfortably warm, with the doors open and the AC not keeping up. We ordered the burrata appetizer to start, and at over $32 the portion and presentation were extremely underwhelming...very little on the plate and nothing substantial to accompany it. Between the pricing, the atmosphere, and the overall first impression, we decided not to stay for dinner. We've been to many high-end steakhouses and are happy to pay premium prices when the experience matches. Unfortunately, this isn't a place we would return to or recommend. read more

I came here to celebrate my 35th birthday and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. I would give it zero stars if possible. One of our dishes came out with a tomato that still had the produce sticker on it. When we pointed it out, the chef responded by saying the tomatoes were "so fresh" that's why the sticker was still on--which felt dismissive rather than addressing the issue. The plate was taken back and we were told a replacement would be brought out. However, the replacement never came. We then waited about 50 minutes with no update, no food, and no sign of our entrees. At that point, we had no choice but to leave without eating. For a restaurant like STK at Disney Springs, this level of service, lack of attention to detail, and poor follow-through is unacceptable. STK steaks are amazing!! The taste is perfect. I love that they include a sauce with your steak. This time I got the filet with a side of chimichurri. My husband got his steak with wagyu umami which they flame at the table. The cost for STK has significantly increased in price. Our most recent visit the end of December, they ran out of their small steaks and only offered us medium and large steaks. Not sure how true this was or maybe it was a holiday week that they were pushing everyone to the more expensive meals. They have an amazing happy hour menu--honestly one of the best I've tried in the Orlando area. It's pretty extensive and offers great value. My favorite part of happy hour was the watermelon cocktail, which is similar to a watermelon margarita. It was so good and an absolute steal at $9 on the happy hour menu.
