Worst chicken EVER. We took 1 bite and threw it away. RMTastedbrubbery and old. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

I got the Cod sandwich after seeing it advertised on their instagram. I was super excited because their page makes their food look amazing but it was sadly very average. It just really lacked flavor to me and i didn't even finish the sandwich. I would maybe be willing to try something else from this restaurant because the customer service was good and the other food looks good. maybe it was just an off day for them. Hands down the best chicken ever! Sorry Chicken shack, you lose! Best part is that it's Halal, which means you know the stuff is good. The fried corn is amazing. The spicy chicken sandwich is its name. The original is my favorite! No complaints on the food at all. Very flavorful food not bland. Great quality. Service was a little slow, but that's cuz they were swamped with orders so I get it. It's worth the wait. Inside and outside are simple just as it should be. Parking lot needs some work. read more

First time buyer since they opened. We live right down the road! Regretting we didn't try it sooner but fried chicken and scrumptious potatoes aren't a frequent flyer in our home. The potatoes are similar to chicken shack which is just too far away for our liking. Glad to have found DELICIOUS food right at our door. The young man at the register even gave us a Large potato on the house after a miscommunication in ordering. We were running around town craving something new. After seeing all the hype lately about fresh chicken breast sandwich's, fried to perfection and juicy, plus the recent competition between Popeyes, KFC, and some others, I had to find the best rated one I was closest to! I decided on the one with the highest rating and most reviews... Basha's! I'll admit, I was very skeptical at first. It reminded me of a small pizza joint that I thought couldn't possibly make great chicken. And hot and fresh too? The ratings have to be wrong. I've drove past this corner FOREVER. My brother lives 2 blocks away for a decade. My sister did hair for years in the tiny plaza next door. I NEVER SAW IT. So I ran in and asked for whatever is most popular and however it usually comes. We got the combo chicken sandwich with pickles and lettuce and fries. Sauce on the side was a great suggestion because I'm not a sauce person. (It was good though!) Let me tell you how HUGE and fresh and JUICY this big a$$ piece of chicken was!! So DELICIOUS!! The fries had a beautiful coating and weren't greasy but lightly crisp on the outside and soft potato on the inside. The sauce has a great flavor and I did try it on the sandwich. It's not spicy just a flavorful mix of what seems to be ketchup, mayo, maybe a DROP of siratcha if I'm guessing I'm not sure but it's good! Let me tell you, I never finish any food we buy. I eat 25%, take the rest home and nibble, then end up throwing alot away. I ate it all after nibbling like 6 times! (It's BIG YALL!) Go get one... I'm addicted. I've had this place so often in the last few weeks. The shrimp is great, tasty, large and crispy battered. The chicken, both on the bone and tenders have been great. Always hot, juicy, tender, with crisp skin or breading. The spicy breading has a kick, but it was nice with a cool coleslaw. The Basha's potatoes are very good. I am very impressed with the food quality. So much better than any other chicken place. You should go. read more

Although the chicken was tasty, we order as a group and the order was incomplete. The kind person who takes her personal lunch time from work tried to get a refund for the food that wasn't provided, she was given the run around. As for customer service, you need to do a whole lot better because mocking and mimicking a customer right in front of them and other customers, is totally unacceptable. As for management, you should be bending over backwards to accomodate your customers, expecially those who were wronged. We unfortunately won't be ordering from Bashas again, ever. read more

We got the chicken dinner and the tender dinner. The chicken was fantastic chicken reminiscent of Chicken Shack back when they were great but better. The broasted potatoes are solid but need lots of butter. I enjoyed the cornbread it has a hint of sweetness. The two real superstars of the show for me were the spicy tenders and the coleslaw. I got ranch to go with them which was a bit thicker than I care for not the amazing thinner type homemade ranch but not super thick. It paired very nicely with the spicy tenders which were very juicy and crunchy and full of flavor. Now the coleslaw to me was like a hybrid between kfcs coleslaw and chicken shacks and it was just PERFECT no other way to put it. The service we got was top notch the gentleman was super friendly and fast even though he was working on multiple orders and very busy. The interior of the place looks great as well super clean and modern. Overall this place is top notch and I look forward to visiting them again soon the next time I want some great chicken. read more

The mac and cheese was good. The potatoes good but needed more moping of butter sauce and seasoning. Coleslaw was ok, better then the typical GFS one. The chicken was ok, we did not think it was as good as chicken shack but it did seem like their breast were bigger.
