When the guy answered, we started to tell him the issue and then he said "what's the make and model?" We started to tell him when he said "you've got to tell me, I'm not a mind reader!" WOW! We just hung up because if he couldn't even answer a question over the phone, I doubt he'd be very pleasant when we were in for repairs. We will take our business elsewhere. The plastic cover under his car came loose with time and when my son called back to schedule an appointment the owner Steve was very rude and told him that he doesn't have time (for something that small). He hung up on my son twice. I am very very shocked. I guess some people only are nice when the repair is over a certain dollar amount. My son is 18 yrs old and works hard for his money. He was very hurt by this. Do better by our youth and your customers!
