The Owner's are very genuine people. I brought my chrysler 200 here and their service was excellent.

Because the shop was closed when I got off work, I paid over the phone and asked him to leave my receipt in the car. When I picked up my vehicle, there was no receipt. About two weeks later, the same lights came on and my transmission would not reverse. I returned to the shop, and he claimed he reset the transmission somehow and charged me $150 (why)! A few weeks later, the same lights came back on. When I returned, he said you may need a new battery. I said you just put a new one in and he said, "I only charged the existing battery instead of installing a new one. He told me the alternator was new, so I requested my receipt again and took my car to Walmart to purchase a new battery. Several weeks later my car started ticking and yesterday, the alternator failed. When I called him, he changed his story and stated that both the battery and alternator were used. Since he worked on my vehicle, I have experienced one problem after another. I also referred a friend to him around the same time, and she is now experiencing similar issues with repairs performed by his shop. I am filing complaints with the BBB, State of Michigan and the City of Warren. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend going somewhere else!!!!

Every single time he claimed that he fixed the oil leak and it continued to leak. Ended up taking it to a different auto shop and they discovered the entire motor was ruined from the work this shop did on the car. The motor was pumped full of silicone and ultimately this blocked all the oil flow, burning up the motor. That shop told us they have never seen that much silicone in a motor before. So every time we were taking the car into the shop and they were acting like they were losing money trying to fix this oil leak for us that they said they fixed on the car, they were just filling the car with silicone. Never again!!!! Do not recommend!!!! We put thousands of $$ into this vehicle for no resolution and to spend more money on things they ruined elsewhere.
