I would be cautious if booking a party…read more It's very hard to rate because the facility is a 5 star, I don't know about the gymnastics aspect, but for having a party, it's a 0! They are new, (open about 2 months) so they are still learning, and there is quite a bit that they need to learn. My first issue, pricing. $450 for a party of 10 kids. That does not include the adults. I was planning on feeding my adults. They wanted $60 extra for the additional seating/aka bigger room (which was fine) on top of that they wanted $9 per adult, AND then the cost of the additional food for the parents!!! So that's an extra $200 for only 10 parents. Once they found out, I was not paying for the adults. They refunded my $60 back threw me in a small room and had all my adult standing along the wall. Don't ask me why they just didn't keep the $60 and provide a bigger room with seating for my parents. It didn't make any sense. If you have adults in your party, they have to stand?! Secondly, they control the entire party, which is great if that's what you're looking for. 1:You're not allowed to bring a cake, they offer cupcakes and when they sang happy birthday, they didn't even put a candle in it. SMH 2: decoration, they have two options, sports or princess, if you don't pick one of their options, then they charge you additionally 3: I ordered a popcorn machine as an add-on. The popcorn is popped while the kids are playing and they place it in bags on the table which I felt it was just there, no one cared. It would be exciting for the kids if they said popcorn time and every kid stood in line with a bag and they scoop some in their bag. 4: they give you two hosts and you have to tip both of them which a party with 10 kids does not need two hosts. In my opinion, they need to step back and let the parents feel like they have control over their child's party. All of the parents that attended my daughter's party had the same views & opinions. I thought it was gonna be a great venue and everyone would wanna have their child's party there. All of my party guests said it was a waste and they were not impressed. On a sidenote, the manager in charge (I think her name was Lauren) chased down a mother in my party because I did not pay for her for open gym. She was watching some of the girls not participating, but she had her mom sign a waiver, (which is understandable)and then proceeded to charge her $20 for watching less than 40 minutes of open gym. With how much I paid and how bad it looks on your facility. A better approach would have been to tell the girl, she didn't have a waiver signed, and they don't allow anyone to watch so have her come out of the gym. Positive experiences hardly get recognized, unfortunately negative experiences stick.

Great facility with a lots of actitivites and events for all ages from kids to seniors. They have…read morebingo, dance classes, bid whist, water aerobics for adults, day camp for kids, basketball court, swimming sessions and swimming lessons for all ages. The pool and workout room are very nice and they have steam and sauna rooms. The facility also offers an outdoor walking track and outdoor fitness equipment. In the winter, you can workout at the indoor gym which has all of the usual gym equipment. I have to give a special shoutout to Linda at the front desk who was so helpful and informative when getting me and my mom registered. Also Sharon who works in the locker rooms went above and beyond in giving my mom and I a tour of the facilities. We weren't expecting a tour and just asked Sharon for directions and she was so kind in showing us all that the facility has to offer. I am really looking forward to enjoying many activities here!

My daughters looked forward to going to school each day and were super prepared for kindergarten. In addition to their curriculum they offer daily enrichments such as yoga, gymnastics, art, science, Spanish, and tennis. They are affiliated with Franklin Athletic Club and therefore get some of the perks of using their instructors or facilities for enrichments.

They are always working on something fun and active with the children and you can feel how much they care about their students from the second you drop them off, throughout the day receiving fun photos, to their little smiling, proud faces when you pick them up. Miss Lori, the director couldn't be a better person for this role and has made our experience so much more enjoyable than we could have imagined. They also picked up on our daughter being a bit advanced and bored in her classroom and moved her up to make sure she was receiving what she needed. I have had an excellent experience working with Kelli on improving my swim strokes. As someone who…read morestarted more seriously swimming as an adult, there were a lot of gaps in my technique. She has helped me to understand how to have more efficient and effective freestyle and strokes. In each coaching session, you get advice, then try to apply it while being taped, then look at the tape and adjust. It really helps you to see what you are doing versus what you thought you were doing. For me one of the biggest benefits is that Kelli is helping me to swim freestyle in a way that puts significantly less strain on my shoulders. I went from having some pain in my rotator cuff after any swim longer than an hour to having no pain at all. This will allow me to swim for decades to come without injury or pain. Very grateful! Coaching is way more comfortable and cost effective than setting myself up for shoulder surgery. Also, one final piece of advice is that I recommend you buy a package versus just one off coaching sessions. It takes time to really internalize changes and modify your strokes bit by bit.

The other women in the group don't mind changing with the men but I prefer not to, so I requested a separate room (women's changing room, referee room, etc). The woman at the counter, who was less than pleasant, said she "couldn't let" me use a ref room or any other locker room in any of their FOUR rinks. She offered me a place to change with no skate mats, in the furthest rink (1) from the one we were playing on (4). This is totally unacceptable in 2025! I play in many different arenas around Detroit and Toledo, several in much less affluent cities than Troy, and they all provide me with some place to change that can accommodate my skates and is not a public restroom.

The pro-shop is a separate business, but they have all of your equipment needs and can do a good job on your skate sharpening and repairs. This rink has the full compliment of learn-to-skate, open-skate, youth hockey at all levels and mens' league. I didn't rate this 5 stars because the building is outdated and is missing a few of the modern touches of a true multi-plex. It's still a great place to play, practice or watch hockey.

She was also yelled at very aggressively by a grown man, the teacher assistant Mr.Joey on her second day, mind you she was 3 going on 4 at the time and it was her first time being away from her parents, HE needs to be fired and investigated because he's a very aggressive person, i witnessed him yelling at kids and I also saw him on the cameras pulling kids by the arm he should NOT be around kids, I let this incident go and try to give the school a second change, but things got worst, they change teachers about 3 times or more, there's no structure, the kids are out of control, there's VERY poor sanitation, expect your kid to be sick on the daily basis, because THEY DO NOT CARE TO KEEP A CLEAN SANITIZE AREA for the kids. NOW, the school director Amber Wussow DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, she's very under qualify, all of our incidents were reported to her (which I hope she still have them on file) And she was no help, the most we got from her was a "Sorry". I truly hope someone higher up reads this and does something about the school and the school staff. It's very sad that parents are leaving their kids in the hand of people that's not qualified enough to be around children. They have very friendly staff and inclusive play and activities for the kids. I like having the updates from home and seeing them participating.
