Wr came at 4pm on a Friday . This place has a great niche with the ice cream , but their add ins (…read moreCarmel sauce , cookies , waffle cone etc ) is the same cheap stuff you get from Kroger . I don't understand why they don't elevate the entire experience.. they did give us a service and we got our ice cream in a timely fashion . The female. That worked there was complaining the entire time. I did manage to hear her over The horrendous funeral parlor style music they were playing. If your manager reading this here are her complaints 1. You haven't had brownie mix in over two weeks. 2 you can't expect anyone to make a brownie sundae with no brownie mixture that was NOT sent from the corporate office 3. You ran out of spoons and the kid that played the bad music how to use money out of his own wallet to go buy spoons. 4. Also, you need a bigger container for the chocolate syrup because it's the most used syrup and it always needs to be refilled..

There was one couple in front of us in line and at least 3 people working, the couple in front of us ordered two items and my daughter and I ordered two items. I appreciate that the ice cream is made in house to order, but the amount of time it took was truly astonishing. Not to mention it was so hot and steamy inside that the gentleman making the ice cream placed our first ice cream in the freezer so that it wouldn't melt during the next 15/20 minutes it took to make the second. They were out of several ingredients so the flavors were more limited. Overall, the final ice creams that we received tasted pretty good, but it wasn't worth the extensive wait.

Let me just list a few things for…read moreyou: First off, Tanae who works there is a HORRIBLE human being and should be fired immediately. Clearly an unhappy person in life that takes it out on everyone else, including children! - RUDEST and most immature employees in existence - Would not allow me to try more than one flavor before I chose what I wanted. - Spoke meanly to a little boy in front of us about his order. - Stopped serving milkshakes at 7 pm. - Didn't change spades between ice cream flavors so they were all getting mixed together (cotton candy, mint, pink lemonade sorbet, etc. all getting mixed together). - Made a mistake in my order (put Reeses cups when I had asked for peanut butter) and angrily flicked them off the top of my ice cream. - Talked crap about me right in front of my face to the employee next to her the entire time she mixed my ice cream. - Gave me half a scoop of ice cream for a medium sized order. - Lied about adding more ice cream after I told her my mix ins. - My order barely filled the cup it was in. - Touched the register with gloves on that she used to grab my food items. Touched food items without gloves on as well. - Left a mess all over my cup. - Threw away receipt so that I could not have it and would not reprint another one or grab the other for me (probably scared of the bad review). - Slammed register shut angrily after checking my order out. - Did not clean off counter after last order so it was mixed into mine as well. - Did not tap water off of spades so dirty ice cream water was mixed into mine which made it soup practically. - The person in front of me ordered a smaller size than me and she gave them double the ice cream than what she gave me. Literally insane that this place is running this way. And she even claimed to be a shift lead!!! DO NOT GO HERE

When I tell you that walking into the building was a mesmerizing treat. I'm talking WHEW! As soon as I opened the door, all I could smell was Butter, Sugar, Vanilla, Fresh Crust and Goodness!!!! I could just stand inside all day. LoL!!! As this wasn't my first time, I tried my HARDEST to pick only one flavor, and I failed. As I am fine with this failure, I decided to get a flight. My flavors of choice were; Sweet Potato Cobbler - Ripe, buttery sweet potato chunks sit below a tender flaky pie crust, topped with sweet pecan pralines, giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. Cinnamon Praline Cobbler - Ripe, sweet peaches, warm cinnamon and pralines sit below a tender, flaky pie crust giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. Warmed to perfection then topped with homemade pralines. Blackberry Cobbler - Plump, ripe blackberries sit below a tender, flaky pie crust, giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. And of course, the Queen... Peach Cobbler - Ripe, sweet peaches sit below a tender, flaky pie crust giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. I'll be honest, even after eating all 4 (don't judge me), I still can't choose just one. The Sweet Potato was sweet but not too sweet and made me think of family holidays. The Cinnamon Praline attacked my taste buds and made me melt with every single bite. I tried my hardest to savor it to no avail. I devoured it. The Blackberry Cobbler is vibrant and has the robust fruity flavor of traditional cobbler, and sits well on the tongue. Lastly, the Queen Peach still reigns supreme with her traditional capture of sweet goodness and buttery warmth.... Yeah... They all go there!!!! On a Scale of 1 to 10, PCF gets a 34. I want moreeeeeeeeeeee... I need a carb-free, calorie-free option. LoL!!!!!! I'll be back REAL SOON!

Decided to finally stop in here cause people talk about it being so delicious so I wanted to see…read morewhat it was all about. Went in ordered a burger with cheese meal with fries extra crispy. I asked for it to be made fresh which is kind of the whole thing so it really wasn't even a request since that's pretty standard. The lady was agreeable to everything that I said as if none of it would be a problem. I see him put the burger in the past, which sits there for over five minutes before they bag it up. I get the fries and they're pale and soggy as if they roll a partially cooked. I went back to the counter, explained to the lady that I asked for extra crispy fries, and the fries that I received were nowhere near that. I also explained that the burger had already been sitting for about five minutes so I would prefer that the entire meal be made over. She got a nasty attitude about it as if I was in the wrong, but went ahead and remade the meal. When I got the food, the fries were now extra crispy, but the burger by no means was fresh and the patties were almost room temperature so much so that the cheese wouldn't even melt over top of the meat. At that point, I just left and figured I would deal with it later. Reached out to corporate a couple times sent a couple emails. Trying to expressed my experience with them with no return phone calls or emails. After a couple calls at the store I finally spoke with the store manager Justin, who didn't really seem too concerned about the experience, but mentioned he would send out a couple value certificates. About two weeks ago, but I didn't receive anything and I happen to be in the area so I decided to just stop by. When I stopped in, I specifically spoke with the store. Manager reminded him of our conversation, and he went ahead and took my order. Once again, I expressed my desire for fresh food and extra crispy fries. So I stand there while they make the food he gives me the bag and once again there's pale almost room temperature fries. So of course once again, I asked them to remake the food because I don't want to wait four or five minutes for fresh fries while the burger sits there and it's cold. I would assume with him knowing the situation that he would be more attentive to making sure the meal was made correctly since it was a remake to a pass poor experience. As I received the remade food, the gentleman in the back starts talking about there's no way the fries cannot be extra crispy now and there's no way that they can be wrong and kind of just had a negative attitude about him that made me feel unwelcome and just a really unprofessional situation. When the reality is, there is a way that they could be not crispy by you not cooking them long enough. At that point I just took the food and left because it just wasn't even worth going back up, saying anything or mentioning the issue again. All in all, I really don't understand what people see in Culver's and maybe it's just this location in general. But the standards are very low, quite frankly the customer service is horrible, and the attention to detail and quality of food is very low. It seemed like a very simple request to ask for fresh food and extra crispy fries when at the end of the day, your marketing campaign is food made fresh to order so it really shouldn't have been an issue where the food was not fresh and it certainly shouldn't have been an issue the second time around. Update. As you can see somebody responded to my review but missed the whole part. I just said I reached out to corporate multiple times and no response so their reply is to reach out to corporate again. It's like the minor details. They just completely ignore and they're oblivious to any kind of customer request or feedback or anything. If I said, I reached out multiple times with no response why would I reach out again just to get the same outcome
