There's plenty of parking available, and the location is convenient, right next to MOD Pizza near Hamilton High School. I was also surprised by how many different cobbler flavors they offer. What if I miss the call or lose the receipt? That just makes a simple mistake way more complicated than it needs to be. I don't blame the employees--they're just following instructions--but management really needs to improve how situations like this are handled.
