    Bacon wrapped date
    Carrisa G.

Been wanting to check out this place!! Will need to go for coffee/breakfast. Came here with for a girls dinner, and it was just that! Enjoyed the drinks and food very much and their little market, love! The dates were my favorite. Service was great , ambiance was nice as well. Only thing that didn't give me the 5 stars was the lack of flavor for the mac and cheese and too much salt for the fries. But other than that, I will return!

First time here, came in for dinner on Friday 8/7/26. And wow the entire restaurant was packed. Tip: you can make reservations on their website if you plan to go during busy dining hours. There's a little market on the side of the restaurant that you can shop for cute girly merchandise, and they have bakery, coffee and other drinks. So while I was waiting for my table, I walked around the little market and got the Triple Berry Matcha with lemon cold foam. Wow! This drink was delicious! It's not too sweet and the lemon is a great complement to the matcha and the berry sauce. The restaurant has plenty of space indoor and outdoor and even private room for large parties. As this is AZ's chef week: I did the $55 menu as followed: 1st course - PEACH & BURRATA SALAD : this dish was delicious! 10/10! Every ingredients in the dish were fresh. Please add this dish on your permanent menu! 2nd - CHORIZO BEER BRAISED MUSSELS: 4/10. The mussels tasted nice and fresh. The sausage was flavorful. However, the broth was so salty. Extremely salty. This type of mussel dish is my favorite dish, I get this dish in different restaurants. So I was disappointed that the broth was very salty that I couldn't use the mussels to scoop the broth and eat the mussel and broth together. I don't think my dish was meant to be this salty .... So maybe something went wrong. 3rd: SMOKED ALMOND & BOURBON PECAN PIE: wow this is probably one of the best pecan pies I've had! It's served with Coffee chantilly cream, which was delicious. 10/10 I also got the Carne Pizza, which is on the regular menu. The pizza was great. Thin slice, the bread of the crust tastes good, and the meat was flavorful. The service was great! I got sat on the outside patio. And the waiter came out to check on me pretty often. I would come back to try other dishes on the regular menu!

Came here for date night , kind of last minute. Our server was pretty good for the most part. I would say this place is a 3.5 but not quite a four. We got an appetizer and two entrees and we both agreed the appetizer actually outshined the two entrees , and it was just whipped goat cheese with toasted butter crostinis. The pizza we got was pretty decent but we both didn't like the fact that it was so soggy at the bottom and the crust wasn't crispy but yet it also wasn't packed with toppings so that doesn't really make sense. We also got the braised short rib and we both thought it was kind of underwhelming. The atmosphere was great though, love the great Gatsby vibe and the restrooms sugar scrubs were a great touch. The decor was beautifully done.

On a hunt for gluten free options and saw this on my TikTok page. Had to try it out. It was a bit hard to find parking can be limited on busy days. But we parked on the side of the street parkings. Not to far of a walk which is nice. Walked in felt welcome. They sat us down immediately my friend and I ordered coffee. I had tiramisu and he had almond latte. Both delicious. I had a sweet tooth that day and was craving crepes! So happy they had this on menu and gluten free! Was soooo delicious! Very nice waitress checking in on us. Overall happy we stop by here and try out.

Today I met up with a great friend at our favorite spot. The coffee is absolutely perfect. We both also had the Avocado toast that is SO full of flavor. The feta cheese, tomatoes, chili infused oil make it incredible!

This is one of my favorite places in the city and definitely my favorite place in Chandler. The decor is very nice. I love the farm fresh ingredients. I took a buddy of mine there and he is allergic to gluten. They had so many options for him which ended up being really nice. The service is top notch also.

We go here pretty often as we enjoy the food because it's flavorful but also healthier for you since they don't use seed oil and everything is made from scratch. We never feel bloated or gross after eating here, even if we over indulge a bit. Service is usually great. We had one time where the service was lacking, but they responded to my feedback quickly and even followed up on our next visit to make sure all was well the next time around. This most recent visit we had a good variety of items: Wings with all 4 sauces - these are always great. They are crispy and flavorful on it's own even without any of the sauce Bacon wrapped dates - my first time trying these. I enjoyed the bacon but wasn't a fan of the date texture inside. My brothers loved it though. I liked the sauce it pepper puree on it. Bianca pizza - it wasn't bad but not my first choice for their pizza. I like their carne pizza as I prefer my pizzas to have sauce. The ricotta was good. G&G double burger - this was really good and flavorful. The burger was cooked well and the bun was soft. The truffle fries were good as well. Braised short rib - I only tried a bite of this one. The short rib itself was very tender and I liked it, but I didn't care much for the puree. It was more of a whipped airy texture and pretty much dissolved in your mouth once you ate it, so I couldn't really taste anything. Truffle Mac and cheese - I didn't try this but my brothers liked it. One said the truffle was faint while the other said it was pretty noticeable lol The drinks were okay and can be a bit pricey. I liked the Crimson Garden because you can really taste the ginger which I love. Honey Apricot Cheesecake - this is a must try. I'm not a big cheesecake person but this one isn't dense like others are. The whipped cream is so good and it's not overly sweet. Lavender Matcha - I'm not a big lavender person but the lavender went well with the matcha. It wasn't too earthy either. If you're on the fence, definitely give this place a shot! We will definitely be back.

MY new fav spot.. went there for lunch spontaneously. Given it was a sunday, it was pretty packed around 2pm, but had a 15 min waiting and we got a really nice spot inside in the second room, was quieter than the main dining area. Our waitress was amazing. She recommended us with the best things to order as first timers. First the drinks - the Curious is just outstanding for a hot summer day! The truffle fries - do not skip it! The beet salad with the salmon is just YUM - fresh, light and leaves you satisfied that you haven't cheated on your diet but still had a good meal! The pizza, if you come here and do not have pizza, you're doing yourself injustice, lol.. we tried the Farmers Market and it was out of this world for sure..! Now here is where i messed up a bit, i ordered the chocolate dessert, coz am a chocolate lover, but, i should have gone for the cheesecake given its their speciality.. the chocolate cake is amazing, but its dense in a sort of way that you can't finish it there, ..its more of a "sitting on your fav couch and watching a movie with icecream and the chocolate cake. given its flourless, its reallly realllly dense, AMAZING no doubt, but DENSE!! So suit yourself on what dessert you'd want to actually have at the restaurant vs taking back home. Now here is also where I got confused with the menu, there are some items which are for lunch-dinner vs brunch, sides also vary. So if you're the kinds who wants a good burger or short rib, vs something you'd get at brunch - just got for dinner here, as the sides vary too, you wont get Mac and cheese for lunch or brunch as a side..so watch out for that before "walking in" like we did!

By George let's gather, the slogan by George & Gather located in Chandler, AZ. This is a gourmet restaurant with a made from scratch menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was told they use clean and organic ingredients which you can taste from the get go. They were inspired by The Great Gatsby, the Art Deco-style décor is brimming with rich walnut woods, striking stylized tilework and glimmering brass fixtures, all situated beneath a restored vintage ceiling. The service and food service were amazing. I'm not a goat cheese fan but whipped goat cheese spread was to die for. I also had the Carne Pizza which had a salty but honey kick they kept you coming back for more. If you on a business trip like me or just looking for a local cool spot to relax, get a drink, and wonderful food then don't pass George & Gather up.

If you're in the downtown Chandler area looking for a more elevated, but casual vibe, this is a great option. We sat at the bar and felt very welcomed. In terms of drinks, they had great cocktail options, but also a nice assortment of nonalcoholic crafted drinks at the bar. In our group, we ordered the Wagyu meatballs and the Pasta Pomodoro. I really enjoyed the mixture between the lemon ricotta and the sauce. Another factor that I enjoyed about this dish were the noodles used! You also have the option to add a protein to this dish, which I think would complement it very well.

I really like George and gather. I've been here for dinner before but this was the first time I've come for lunch. It was quite crowded at lunch, I'm parking was a bit of a challenge on the day I went. My friend was already there so they directed me to his table when I arrived. Our server promptly came to the table to take my drink order and tell me about the special that was not on the menu. I ordered the off menu chicken Caesar wrap with a side of fries. It was really delicious - - I love when they actually put their wrap on the grill to make it crispy on the outside. The fries were quite good - - the kind that you can keep eating as they get cold. My friend got a bowl, but I have no idea what kind. He seem to enjoy it. This place has a nice, modern atmosphere and a great dining patio outback. There is a little shop with very cool gift items and a little bakery. This place has been a great addition to the downtown Chandler dining scene. If you haven't gone, put it on your list!

Wow, so happy that we found this place. We have been looking for a unique scratch kitchen and George and Gather did not disappoint. Went in during the lunch hour and was greeted quickly and sat promptly, even without a reservation. Overall (5/5): between the food, service, and decor this restaurant will not disappoint. Food (5/5): We had the whipped goat cheese and chicken Caesar wrap. If nothing else, give the whipped goat cheese shareable a try. With notes of sweetness from the berry compote and raspberries to the savory notes of the cheese it is well balanced to create a flavorful experience. The chicken ceaser wrap was delicious. We finished with the citrus olive oil cake...AMAZING! Service (5/5): Service was impeccable, our server was attentive and was sure that we were enjoying our food and beverages. Restaurant Space (5/5): The indoor seating area was spacious and they also have outdoor seating available. The bar is a focal point of the restaurant. Price (5/5): The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes.

George and Gather has been high on my list to check out, since opening one year ago! I've heard nothing but positive things about this place and now I understand why! There is a parking lot and indoor/outdoor seating. I love the decor and ambiance of this place, especially the lighting in the dining room. They have a separate area with a small shop and cafe with desserts and some grab and go items. I will be back to try a coffee! My friend and I came here for the pre-set restaurant week menu. I made a reservation the night before, but it wasn't too busy while we were there on a Tuesday at 530pm. Our server Allison was great and very attentive. For appetizers we tried the whipped goat cheese spread and wagyu meatballs. I thought the goat cheese spread was delicious! For entrees we choose the pasta pomodoro and the farmers market pizza which were both very tasty. The pizza had so much flavor l, especially the crust, and the texture of the pasta was perfect!! For dessert we tried the affogato and apricot cheesecake. Oh My Gosh that cheesecake was the BEST dessert I've had in a while!!!! You have to try it and I can't recommend it enough!!!! I can't wait to come back!!

My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.

It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. One thing to note is that the nachos are potato chips and not tortilla chips so it might not be something you prefer. The toppings were plenty and tasty. The guys ate it so fast while we were chatting. We ordered multiple different style and flavor old fashions and the menu will indicate if the it comes with an add on like cookie or bacon with a little icon. The cookies were all fantastic! The bacon was tasty but a little bit soggy and not crispy for my taste. But the fat and savor of the bacon really works well with the sweet old fashioned choices. The sweet cookie works well with the less sweet and more tart options. It's pretty smart. Our server, Hanna was very attentive with food, drinks and waters and also very upbeat. Definitely not a dull place to get a drink at all. People seemed to be having a good time and enjoying the cozy feel of the bar. I would recommend this place if you're in downtown Chandler for cocktails and drinks and you don't want to stand all night and prefer to sit and chat.

Sitting inside would've have been nice but since the place is small and were quite a handful of people we decided to sit outside as the wether was at it's best! All drinks sounded delicious but I ended up getting their orange dreamsicle and my friend got the pink lady! More sweet, of course! But that's exactly how we enjoy out drinks

The staff was wonderful from beginning to end, and we especially want to recognize Katia. She was incredible throughout the planning process, helped relieve so much of our stress, and made sure everything came together flawlessly. She did an amazing job decorating, and everything was even more beautiful than we imagined. The food was absolutely delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing everything tasted, which is something people are still talking about. Staff even accommodated our son (who is 4) and made a small kids burger with fries. We are so grateful to the entire Hidden House team for making our wedding day so special and memorable. If you're looking for a gorgeous venue with an incredible staff, beautiful décor, and amazing food, we wholeheartedly recommend Hidden House. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams! We will be back every year to celebrate

We love this little gem! There are two wonderful outdoor patios, obviously not for summer seating but during our nice weather, beautiful! Wife had a Blue Hawaiian and said it was flavorful and perfect except a bit less ice would make it better. We decided to share a meal tonight so started with their Loaded House Salad, which they split for us. We loved this salad! Their tarragon ranch dressing was perfect with the mixed greens, the grape tomatoes, pepitas, and bacon crumbles...such a good salad! We shared their popular short ribs (they charged $2 for plate share) which were cooked to tender perfection and served over a creamy white bean puree. Delicious for sure! We finished with some of their Black Forest Cake which was the bomb! Tender, moist chocolate cake rounds with the best tasting whip that has vanilla bean in it and then some great cherry jam to set it all off. What a great meal!

We decided to sit at the bar. There were three male staffers. They seemed somewhat friendly, but didn't go out of their way to engage with the guest as much as they did each other. We started with a few drinks since happy hour was still going and had about 30 minute's till it ended. Also, we decided to get a few foods to share-that were a really good deal versus their regular menu prices. Got the Caesar Salad that was extremely salty! Did a side of fries which come with 3 dipping sauces and their valley wings which were both very good. My son got (as his main meal) the Aftermath Burger and tots which he seemed to enjoy. My husband had their burrata salad which was surprisingly delicious. Fresh & fantastic, cool, crisp and refreshing. I had the Rigatoni Alla Vodka spicy! Good, but could have had a bit more heat. That said, the serving size for the price was pretty fair. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Food was decent and the happy hour menu was actually excellent! Our server could have been a bit more attentive. However, will be a place we would definitely revisit especially during their super happy hour timeframe.

The French toast was a little burnt this time, but it was still delicious--soft on the inside and full of flavor. The breakfast sandwich was okay; I expected it to be more on the level of their burger, which I really enjoy. The huevos rancheros were flavorful and satisfying, making them a standout breakfast option. What always makes the experience worth it is the service. It's consistently quick, friendly, and attentive every visit. Even when one dish isn't perfect, Born & Bred still delivers a great overall experience. Definitely a spot I'd recommend for breakfast or brunch.

It had gin, blackberry, and lavender. It was a bit sweet, but tolerable. The "From the Top Make It Drop" martini was very sweet (vodka, passionfruit, vanilla, and cranberry). It tasted like juice, but was probably dangerous. I bought another one for the birthday girl, and she loved it. It also comes with a very short money gun moment. Music was mostly Gen X and Millennial music, which was great for my group. It was very busy on a Friday night around 8:30pm. A lot of guys were hitting on girls, including one girl in our group. This place is quite small and cramped, but it's the only bar with club vibes that I know of in Chandler. The servers were nice and friendly. Be careful with the martini glasses - it is very easy to spill or knock over on the small side tables.

I honestly feel conflicted about Lola's Liquors. I went on Halloween and tried their "back to…read moreblack" martini, which was delicious despite being on the pricier side at $22.00. I did not order any food, but noticed their offerings were limited mostly to snacks rather than proper entrees. The decor and ambiance felt like it was wanting to be a dance club, but with the stunning omission of a dance floor. Add in a selfie station, and it feels like a place to stop by after a few drinks to take some pics for the socials before moving on to another bar with food or room to dance. Overall I feel like they are one renovation away from being a decent dance club, but as they are now I can't really recommend them.

The 1912 Lounge can provide a cold beer, some handcrafted cocktails, or a variety of dishes, from appetizers and salads to burgers and other large entrees, and desserts. They have bold wines and plenty of domestic and imported beer options. The atmosphere comes across as friendly and cozy. The signature cocktail that was the biggest hit with our group was the Blueberry Gin Fizz with Empress gin, blueberry, citrus, and a soda float. The 1912 Lobby Bar and Lounge serves food until 10 PM on weekdays and until 11 PM on weekends. It is open until 11 PM from Sunday through Thursday and until Midnight on Friday and Saturday. On Mondays, they have Monday Night Football deals, including $4 draft beer and food specials from 5 PM to close. On Tuesdays, they have Fajitas and Margaritas Night with $4 Blue Margaritas from 5 PM to close. Fridays are Fish Fry Fridays for only $15 from 5 PM to close. You can follow @sanmarcosresort on Instagram for more specials and events. I'll be back in a few months for another stay and conference at this hotel, so I expect to be back at the 1912 Lounge then.
