Tonight I asked for two kids scoops in cups with a cone on top & I was told I'd be charged extra. So I said no to the cone instead. My husband and I visited your store tonight. It has been a while since either of us have visited. I now know why we don't buy ice cream from your location. I would like to inform the person in charge, the manager and owner of the horrible experience we had. Our first impression walking into your location on Grand Avenue in Covina was SHOCK! The music playing was very inappropriate for a family establishment. The content of the music playing was explicit, inappropriate and the volume so loud that I couldn't hear my husband who was standing right next to me speak. It was so bad that we almost walked out. If my kids would have been with us I would not have thought about walking out I WOULD have walked out!! We walked in and it was pretty busy a family of 3 whom were being waited on by a younger gentleman, along with 3 others plus myself and husband waiting. There seemed to be only one employee working with a store full of customers. After waiting a while, we noticed there was another employee towards the back area. Not sure what she was doing or if she even noticed there were multiple customers in the store, the music was that loud. The gentleman that helped us was doing the best he could with the situation at hand. He was very friendly and professional. I ordered two scoops of ice cream and my husband ordered a mint chip shake. My order was good not too hard to mess up regular scoops of ice cream, the mint shake was a different story. Shakes are supposed to be thick and not watery. This shake tasted like it was left over from a previous customer. Tasted like it was the leftovers that sat in the blender and just poured into a cup. Very disappointing and did not taste good at all!!! I can say I will not be returning to your location to purchase any ice cream or any cakes for my get together. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RUDE MANAGER, STAY AWAY. First off, the manager was rude with a RBF and didn't even greet me. She was training a new employee which I get and was pretty patient. The new employee was actually friendly and greeted me with a smile. While I was waiting for the manager, the new employee even asked if I wanted to try a sample while I was waiting. He even asked my order and apologized he wasn't trained to do that yet. Then when the manager was making my order she asked 3x what size I wanted. While my drink was sitting in the blender waiting, she yelled at the new employee. Yikes not a great communication for someone who's a supervisor. Overall, it took 30 min. for my drink to be ready. She was not apologetic nor bothered to upgrade me while I was waiting...never coming to this location. read more

Best customer service ever. All staff members are polite and welcoming. Great place to hang out with family, even during covid; they have a small bench park off to the side. The inside is very clean and organized. Not to mention they have all 31 flavors in-stock at all times. I work near by as a security officer and will assure that the park area is safe. It is relaxing to just sit and enjoy the ice cream during my break. read more

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS STORE I worked here for a good 10 months before I was fired for doing something I never did. I had no chance to defend myself and was the only person questioned for the incident. I was an excellent worker to the point where even as I was getting fired the mentioned how big of a help I was. Very disappointed in this business and their management. I don't recommend anyone to work here especially if you want unfair given hours or an abundance of duties all to be finished in an hour. read more

Don't usually come here but the girl with the freckles needs a raise ASAP! I went to this location a couple months ago maybe mid June and she Helped me decide between vanilla or chocolate . She convinced me to stop being so cheap and I Ended up going with a polar pizza ! She told me it was the best thing on the menu! As I was checking out, we were making small talk. I asked her how her Father's Day was and she tells me her dad wasn't around. I was so devastated knowing that such a pretty young girl had no father. I called up my husband and and after a long , hard call we decided to adopt her. She now lives with us and we have been a happy family for the longest time . Welcome to the family , Shyann Henderson! Its a long overdue review, we always go here, my daughter love it here, everybody is always nice and we never have any problems with any of them. Hello I am a original baskin Robbins customer for the Monrovia location. Yesterday when I went to baskin Robbins location in Covina on grand ave idk if the employee was upset because I got there maybe 2 minutes before he was closing but I ordered a banana split didn't pay much attention to it when I got it at first. But on my way home the scoops were so small that I could literally pick up each scoop with my spoon. It was so upsetting that I didn't enjoy it i tasted more banana then I could taste ice cream. That's how small the scoops were. I know for a fact that they weren't even kids scoop size that he gave me. This is not correct and every Customer should receive the same amount of customer care from beginning to end. I'm paying for my banana split not the employee. It was so upsetting to the max. Do not order their order their milkshakes. It is the worst... they need to train their staff to make better milkshakes. I basically got a medium size glass of milk. In and Out shakes are way better and cheaper. You'd think that if you charge $7.06 for a milkshake they put more shake "ice cream" in there instead of the milk. You expect something thick and rich, instead you have a water down shake that basically tasted like milk. Pretty sure they can't go wrong with just scooping ice cream for you so that's why for the 2 stars. But be warned, do not under any circumstance order the milkshake at this place. read more

I came in late on January 15 and there was a girl helping someone, so as I was waiting a man came out of the back and started helping me. He had no uniform on or anything and as he was scooping I noticed he had a big bandage on his finger and was not wearing gloves which was kind of gross. As I was paying he asked if I wanted a lid and I told him no and he then replied to me "oh so you like it messy huh" which made me feel extremely uncomfortable!! Yet another bad experience! Walk in I'm the only customer. The boy waits on me simple order two scoops chocolate chip with hot fudge Sundae. Next customer arrives with a large order and the girl waits on him. Finally I can place my next order. Caramel Turtle and chocolate fudge sundae with hot fudge. He's barely scooping the caramel and girl finished with the large order and two or three more customers walk in. The boy looks at my first sundae and says oops you wanted hot fudge I think he has added hot fudge. Now I need to pay the other customers are being waited on. I get home there's no hot fudge he has drizzled three tiny lines of hot fudge over the whip cream. It cost me $5 for nothing! Plus the second sundae! YUM!! Their flavor of the month of June is Carmel macchiato which is amazing especially for a coffee lover like myself! It was perfect! I paired it with a chocolate chip cookie dough which I don't tend to go for.. EVER... but to my surprise it was delicious! This location has very nice outdoor seating area that reminds me a lot of a rustic beach vibe from the outside of the building as it is a rustic wood pink look, they also have a few benches with grass and a nice shady area! Cant forget about the friendly staff, reading previous reviews I payed attention to the customer service.. but then again I didn't come 2 minuets before closing like previous customers.the two girls working here today were very friendly and welcoming!
