Love the variety of flavors and how they often get new flavors and always a new flavor of the month. Ice cream is yummy. Service is quick, and staff is always friendly.

First off I'd like to state this is the first time I've ever been in Issaquah. Second, I was meeting a client here at the coffee shop down the road and for the past few days I've been mad craving for some ice cream. I'm that type of person who won't let herself indulge in buying ice cream at the grocery store but my client mentioned how the Baskin Robbins closed down near where she lives and the one after is no longer a BR so she actually comes to this one! So I thought, YES! Today's the day I'm going to get me some ice cream! Before going anywhere I always have to read the reviews of the place to know what I might be getting myself into and let me tell you, woo... the reviews for this location stings a bit. I mentioned this to the two employees working and fortunately he does not work here anymore! I met George and Stephanie, they were super nice! I told them my childhood favorite is "Cherry Jubilee" but George recommended the watermelon sorbet and I'm like OK! Let's get that one! And then Stephanie suggested I try a sample first and I'm so glad I did! I love watermelon but it was a bit too tart for me. I ended up with the Oreo Cookies & Cream and I've never finished an ice cream cone so fast in my life. It was pretty dang good. Issaquah's a bit far for me but hey, if I'm craving ice cream and happen to be in the area, I'll be back! For those of you who had a bad experience, I'd say come back and try one more time (:

This Baskin Robbins has always been my go-to dessert spot, after I have dinner in the area! I always make it a habit of mine to grab a scoop of one of their wide variety of flavors after my meal to end the night! Their customer service was always hospitable and let me try whatever flavor I wanted without question before I even made my order. I also noticed they make beautifully designed custom-order cakes, if you have a special occasion coming up. If you're ever in this part of town, definitely drop by for a scoop or two!

We got a tmobile promotion for baskin robbins so decided to come here to grab some ice cream on a hot day. They definitely have a lot of flavors to choose from, and I definitely like the details on each label. I ended up getting the pineapple coconut as that is my go-to and my bf got the almond one. both were good and refreshing on a hot day. Service was ok though, the guy there doesn't seem to want to be there and he wasn't taht friendly. Price was ok as well. If we had another promotion, I would come back.

    Gorgeous cake

We wanted to make our son's first birthday special and one of his themes has been dinosaurs. We decided on an ice cream cake and ordered this large cake from Baskin Robbins (cookies and cream ice cream and white cake). When we picked it up, we were so surprised - it looked terrific! The plastic dinosaurs are actually really nice, hard plastic, not the cheap squishy ones. The cake and ice cream were wonderful, and look at the detail on this cake! Everyone thought it looked amazing and tasted delicious. Really appreciate the service and quality of this cake. We went back for my birthday cake in December and will continue to patronize here. Thank you so much for helping to make his birthday such a fun celebration.

We've been here twice now this summer. Both times no wait. Parking easy. Tables clean and spacious to eat at. Service great. First time in fact we were able to grab a last minute bday cake personalized. Second time- great service. BUT they were out of my son's favorite flavor- cotton candy!! We even looked for it in a cake or a clown cone but nope- they were out. Big bummer but redeemed with the colorful cake sugar explosion option minutes later. There are more outdoor seating over by legendary donuts thats not as noisy either. There was a long bench in front but with a 3 year old on a busy street, we passed and ate inside instead. He loved the videos /marketing playing on loop that showed icing a cake etc so that was more fun anyways for him. Will def be coming back before the summer's up.

It's owned by two brothers whose passion for chocolate is evident in everything they do. They took the time to share the story behind their chocolate, explain the process, and answer every question with genuine enthusiasm and incredible knowledge. What stood out most was their customer service. They weren't just selling chocolate. They were sharing something they truly care about, and that passion made the entire experience memorable. It's refreshing to meet business owners who are so invested in their craft, and it absolutely shines through in the way they interact with their customers. The chocolate itself was exceptional. Rich, smooth, and unlike anything you'll find in a typical chocolate shop. You can taste the quality and attention to detail in every bite. If you're looking for more than just great chocolate and want an experience led by people who genuinely love what they do, Fortunato Chocolate is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone I know. Five stars!

They had free samples of pretty much everything on the shelf, so we were able to try them before buying. Everything in the store is organically grown, and the cacao is Peruvian pure Nacional cacao, something I had never tried before. The flavor combinations here are wonderful. You will surely find something you enjoy. The store owner was very friendly and helpful. We had such a great experience here, highly recommend stopping by and getting some of the best chocolate you can buy.

Located in a small business strip in Issaquah across from the Gilman Village, parking is easy to find in the lot, but it can be limited with the space and other businesses around. Inside, the shop is very cute, with pastel decore, velvet seats and tables, and plenty of places for photo ops. I ordered the ube matcha latte and the seasonal pandan donut, which were both good. I love ube, so was glad to know that they make their own ube flavoring here, which was the best part of the drink. I also liked the pandan donut, but it was very sweet and rich. The menu offers a lot to choose from, with different drinks and treats, including those you can see in the case, such as the ube cookie, ube basque cheesecake, etc. Glad to know Bobae has another spot on the Eastside, making it easy for me to get to.

I enjoy this location has free parking and seating inside but feel this location could be more welcoming in many ways. I was the third customer and it wasn't busy yet (said by an employee to another employee who was late), but the employee rushed me talking extremely fast and in a let's get this over with tone. But the two behind me were regulars and got a very relaxed tone, slower pace convo, and smiles. She remembered their names which is cool but she could've smiled at me like she did to them and not rush me? Just a little unwelcoming to those who are not regulars tbh. Also if there is seating inside why are there no trash cans around? I had to throw my donut wrapper and napkin trash in the restroom since all trashes were behind the counter and again the employees were caring for the regulars. The regulars behind me also were given napkins with their donuts and I was not so after I heard the male employee offer napkins to them I went up and asked for one since he never gave me one or asked if I wanted one...Just felt like my business did not matter compared to the regulars which is disappointing being honest. Maybe they should keep napkins and a trash readily available for customers in the lobby since they do have seating inside which would make sense and is the norm?... My Goma Goma drink with oat milk and standard sweetness was delightful and finally got my hands the famous donuts! I tried a matcha donut and honestly probably one of the best donuts I've ever had. The dough is so soft, fluffy, perfectly sweet with plenty of matcha filling as they don't skimp! The donuts are big! Soooo delicious. I love Bobae but this location isn't my go to.

My friend and I came here for a Saturday lunch based on her recommendation. We arrived at noon and surprisingly were the only customers dining in. They have a large main dining area, a seemingly private section, large bar area and a nice patio. About half of the patio is completely shaded and the tables along the balcony had umbrellas. I'm not sure if lunchtime on Saturdays are usually slow for them, but we ended up having the whole patio to ourselves for the entire time. The menu has a good selection of meat and vegetarian options. They also have Tandoori plates which sound like individual meals, but the two of us opted for a couple dishes to share. Once we ordered, our waitress brought out a complimentary appetizer of papadum & mango chutney which was a delicious starter. The papadum was so crispy, like a very thin cracker. We broke it into pieces and dipped it in the chutney which was chunky and sweet with a spiced kick. A few minutes later, our food arrived! + COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY ($19): Meaty pieces of chicken simmered in a coconut milk and tomato-based sauce. The sauce was creamy, but a little sweeter than expected. Not that this was a bad thing, but the curry flavor needed more oomph. Regardless, I still mopped it up with some naan. While the chicken was nice and tender, that's really all that was in the curry. I found two slivers of zucchini, but that was it; I would have liked to see more vegetables included. + DAAL MAKHANI ($17): Whole black lentils and red kidney beans slow-cooked in a signature sauce with spices and butter. I didn't know what to expect of the dish, but it was substantial, rich and filling. I wouldn't consider it super bold in flavor, but it must have had a variety of herbs to give it its green color. + GARLIC NAAN ($5): This was delicious, super garlicky and brushed with butter! It was light and had a crispy bottom. I appreciated how it wasn't too thick nor doughy. + MANGO LASSI ($6): So refreshing and the perfect consistency. It had a bright ripe mango flavor and wasn't too sweet. About halfway into our lunch, a gentleman (who we believe is the owner) stopped by and asked how everything was. He was so personable and I could really sense the passion and dedication he puts into the restaurant. He brought us an extra bowl of rice during lunch and one more for us to take home with our leftovers. This was so generous of him! Our server was also super kind and checked on us a couple times. You can tell that customer service is one of their top priorities. I would definitely return again to try their biryani and tandoori plates. We ordered the two dishes above at a 1 on the spice scale, but next time, I would opt for at least a 2 for a little heat. 4.25 stars.
