We asked why it that flavor wasn't made and reserved for our catering order placed with two weeks in advance, and were told "that's not how we work here." I know it's small, but it pushed the bride over on her day and now she's crying over raspberry white chocolate bundtlets. If the manager had offered any apologies or explanations beyond "that's not how we work," if she had made any effort to fix the situation, I might feel differently, but now we're never going to the location again.
