Easy and delicious donuts and they also will make up hot chocolate box which is super delish! Got a ham and Swiss pretzel Sandwich for lunch later. All set for my event!

We came here on a Sunday afternoon prior to checking into the Springhill Suites next door. The hot chocolate was average. The doughnuts were good but about half of them were sold out so I suggest visiting in the morning for a better selection. I'm glad I tried them and it's a nice spot convenient to the Springhill Suites hotel. Nothing stood out as special, but they have a drive thru lane and good doughnuts.

Mmm great little donut shop! The glazed donuts were a bit dense but tasted great. I got their anniversary donut with Bavarian cream and it was delish!

    Chocolate bar

My previous review was less than stellar because of the quality of chocolate setting on their Bavarians. But they did email me and were apologetic and they do have great management. Their staff have always been over the top friendly, That's one of the things that always has had me coming back and the donuts do taste good . Hoping they can fix the issue with the chocolate frosting being too messy or figure out a way to put them in small boxes rather than a bag, which makes the mess 10 times worse.

Ordered some plain old fashioned donuts. I've ordered plain old fashioned donuts from many places, this is the only place that they were not crunchy. Called them and some guy answers and says that he knows what I mean and their donuts are only a little bit crispy. Didn't offer me a refund or anything. Zero crisp or crunch! Lousy. Plus 2 non- crunchy donuts were over $6!!!

Pumpkin Glazed Old Fashioned 3.7/5 overall. Icing/Topping 4/5. Dough 4/5. Size and Value 3/5. A more cake like dough but that is common to pumpkin flavored donuts due to the use of pumpkin puree. Pretty good overall, great pumpkin spice flavor! Cinnamon Sugar Old Fashioned 3/5 overall. Icing/Topping 3/5. Dough 3/5. Size and Value 3/5. Pretty mild flavor and sweetness, soft outside old fashioned.

The best doughnuts. Interesting building with interesting staff. The factory they make the doughnuts is located next to the south center mall. Sometimes you can smell them and we have always wanted to try. Soooo goood.

You had me at T, Top Pot is absolutely delicious and amazing. The donuts are so yummy and fluffy. You really can't go wrong. I'm very partial to a good ol maple bar or a raspberry Bismarck but I've tried the old fashioned and fritter and can say.....you've hit the donut jackpot! Always super friendly service as if they're happy to see you. Thank you for that! If you're in the area give them a try, they're off the beaten path in Issaquah but they are most definitely worth the drive!

The ambiance in this shop was amazing, loved the library feel and wall of glass! We had the Raspberry Bismarck and Chocolate Old Fashioned and thoroughly enjoyed how fresh they were even though it was 1 in the afternoon. They also made a drink that was off menu, great service!!

    6 variety to go!

I haven't had a donut in over a year and figured I would treat myself. I was really looking forward to a delicious treat and headed over to Top Pot. I hadn't been to this location before but it's a small shop with a drive thru. The line was several cars long but moved relatively quickly. When we got to the window the ordering process was pretty inefficient. Several choices were sold out which is understandable being after 10am. I ordered a variety of 6 donuts and after each one the cashier had to go check if they had it or left the window to write it down. It seemed a little complicated. I ordered a couple of coffees to go with, and paid. The order was quick to come up and we were off. On our way to the course I tried the Apple fritter. This was the most expensive donut in the order and the largest. To me an Apple fritter should be light and crispy and glazed but this one was dry and plain. I didn't even taste any Apple but I did see some dried Apple looking things in a small section of the donut. I didn't even finish this donut as it wasn't worth the calories to eat it. I was disappointed in that one. We shared with some friends who enjoyed the original and lemon old fashioned as well as a rainbow sprinkle. They said they were good and I split a chocolate old fashioned and the maple bar with my husband, both were tasty. Overall this was an okay experience but expect a complicated ordering process, especially if you're getting a variety. I would recommend going in and ordering and don't go for the Apple fritter.

I arrived before another customer, but because I was still deciding which doughnuts to get, I invited her to go ahead of me. As a result, I witnessed her entire interaction with the staff. Before ordering, the customer presented a coupon and specifically asked whether it was valid. The employee took the coupon to the back to confirm, then returned and told her that it was. The customer then asked several clarifying questions about how the offer worked, including whether the doughnuts were preselected, whether she could choose the doughnuts in the second dozen, and whether certain selections required an additional charge. The employee went to the back a second time to clarify. After she returned, another employee also came over and confirmed that the doughnuts in the second box were not preselected and that the customer could choose which ones she wanted. She was told the first dozen would be glazed and she could select the second dozen, with an upcharge for certain varieties. At this point, the customer had not assumed anything. She had presented the coupon before ordering, asked multiple questions, and had the offer confirmed by two Krispy Kreme employees. Based on those instructions, she then spent approximately 10 to 15 minutes selecting the individual doughnuts for her second dozen. Only when she reached the register did a manager, Jose, become involved. He reviewed the same coupon and told her it was not valid for the order she had just assembled and that it was only valid for the specific assortment pictured. The customer calmly explained that she had asked about the coupon before ordering and had repeatedly confirmed what she was allowed to select. She reasonably asked whether an exception could be made because she had simply followed the instructions given to her by Krispy Kreme employees. Jose refused, saying the company was "very strict" about its coupons. I completely understand that mistakes happen. Jose explained that one of the employees was only on her second day. But this was no longer simply a new employee misunderstanding a coupon. A second employee had also stepped into the conversation and confirmed how the coupon could be used. More importantly, this is exactly the situation in which a manager should take responsibility for the store's mistake, honor what the customer had been told, and then correct the misunderstanding with the employees afterward. Instead, the customer was expected to bear the consequences of Krispy Kreme's error. By this point, approximately six customers were standing in line watching the exchange. I eventually spoke up because I had witnessed the entire interaction. The customer was not rude, demanding, aggressive, or trying to take advantage of the promotion. She had gone out of her way to make sure she understood the terms before ordering. This wasn't a difficult customer trying to bend the rules. This was a customer who did exactly what she was supposed to do: ask first, clarify the details, receive confirmation from two employees, and follow their instructions. I worked as a waitress for 10 years, so I understand that there are often two sides to a customer service issue. That is also why this bothered me so much. Good customer service is not about never making mistakes. It is about how you handle them when they happen. A competent manager could have resolved this quickly by apologizing, honoring what his employees had already confirmed, and addressing the policy internally afterward. Instead, Jose chose to make the customer absorb the inconvenience and frustration caused by his staff's mistake while an entire line of customers watched. If this location has surveillance footage, I strongly encourage Krispy Kreme management to review it. You will see exactly what happened and how calmly and reasonably the customer handled the situation. I was so disgusted by what I witnessed that I walked out rather than buy the Pokémon doughnuts I had specifically come in to purchase. I regularly make large Krispy Kreme purchases for my children's school and for work, but after watching how this customer was treated, I have no desire to continue giving my business to a company that considers this acceptable customer service. Mistakes happen. Refusing to take responsibility for them is a management decision. In this case, that decision reflected extremely poorly on both Jose and Krispy Kreme.

Set up: this pastry shop is veryyyyyyy cozy atmosphere! I can see myself sitting here enjoying coffee with friends, or studying here! Love the lighting, the stained glass windows.. ADORABLE!!! Order: Black Sesame Kouign Ammans. The black sesame was mixed into the dough. I have previously only had them where the filling is black sesame. I love this pastry because of the buttery salty caramelization of the pastry dough as it cooks in the solid metal pan with the proper heat. Having it mixed into the dough was a solid 4/5 stars. My personal preference would be to have it as a filling so you can taste more of the caramelization on the dough and not coupled with the black sesame. I was definitely missing that aspect. It was still an ABOVE average pastry! Pastry filled with Ube cream. Yall I had to sit on face time while my boyfriend and his nephew enjoyed this pastry! I was so jealous, they weren't even talking. I'm asking questions while they were shoveling their pastries and moaning with sheer delight! WOULD I ORDER AGAIN: ABSOLUTELY!!!! Black Sean's enjoying Ammans are hard to come by!!! And now I feel like I need to try this Ube pastry that causes ungodly noises!
