This is a newly opened neighborhood cafe and wanted to give it a try today, it was so bad.. the brown sugar boba which I ordered was so watery and hardly tasted good. I saw this place in Renton and was glad it opened up in Issaquah, but so bummer.

    Guava milk tea with boba

Really good drinks. Guava milk tea was perfect. The boba is nice and soft. We tried a bubble waffle as well as part of an add on special and it was a good treat!

An easy stop for a quick boba fix on the way home or on the weekend. This location is in the Klahanie area strip mall. Lots of tempting flavored teas with other additions, but boba is always a go to for myself. The milk teas and flavored teas that I've tried are always delicious, some being very colorful. Staff is always friendly and quick to get orders out. Most people get their orders to go, but they do have tables and a standing bar. Possibly some tables outside once the weather warms up? They have other locations in the area. Great place to get your boba fix! Yelping on.. Cheers!

The place is more professional than it seems from the outside. The marketing outside seems like my 85 yr old mother made it. The waffle is better than unfortunate lemon but the boba tea is not as good as solo tea. My daughter threw out the boba tea, which something I haven't ever witnessed. She said she would go back for the waffles. We're not used to the pricing structure. The default price is for the smaller size and you have to add extras. Feels like you're being nickeled and dimed. Ambiance is a bit sterile but it's clean. We were happy to see that there's a self service ordering option to avoid the line and any human interaction. The location isn't great, invest more in the store branding and work on the flavor of the tea.

I always get their strawberry slush and I love it! They have lots of flavors to choose from. My son always gets the mango smoothie.

We ordered the half portions and it was perfect. The salsa on the Huevos Rancheros was delicious-- smoky, spicy, and had the perfect kick to balance the flavors of everything else going on the plate. The California Eggs Benedict came with grilled onions, which I absolutely loved. (You don't see onions typically in that dish.) Hash browns were meh. My favorite however was the avocado crema that came with the Breakfast Quesadillas. Creamy and flavorful-- they made the quesadillas sing. Quesadillas were scrumptious-- chock full of scrambled eggs, veggies, and green onions, this one is going to be on our repeat menu . We loved it so much that the person who served gave a complimentary cup to go as we were packing the leftovers. On that note I must say that the service was warm and attentive. We came on a weekday for brunch and were amazed to see how full it was. There was quite a bit of wait for lunch hour so this tells me how popular this place is. No wonder there are so many good Yelp reviews. This may just be our new family favorite.

This time, I split the migas and the rhubarb French toast. I really enjoyed the migas! It was filling and had great flavor. The French toast itself was good and I usually love rhubarb, but the sauce was not as good as I was hoping. Lots of parking, shared with other stores in the strip mall. They have a few outdoor tables as well.

The burger is thick and really juicy, great bun and aioli. The fries are perfectly crispy. The pizza had a really great, I'm assuming wood-fired, crust. The duck was tender and sweet and there was a lot of arugula. It's a sparser craft pizza, which is just so delicious when you are looking for something a little heavy but not over the top. While they boast about their craft beer offerings, they have a great cocktail list as well, and I love that they have a specific whiskey cocktail section as well, with a few that are less common at some bars. The Brooklyn is probably my favorite, but you can't really go wrong. Also, a fellow patron asked for a Toronto and the bartender was happy to look it up and make it for him. And what about the atmosphere here?! It's so wonderful in summer! With its narrow design giving a sense that an entire wall opens to the outside and the patio that extends beyond, it feels Ike you are vacationing somewhere tropical and beachy. This somehow combines really well with the industrial vibe of the interior. They also have some TV's for sports. The service is very friendly, attentive, interactive, and helpful. One thing that was consistent across my three visits, however, was the feeling that the place is always understaffed, so things tend to move slowly. I'm not sure this is the case, it's just the feel you get when it happens the times you visit. This is a bit of a double-edged sword though, since it's such an easy place to just want to sip and nibble slowly while delving into conversation. So, that's not enough to detract a star for now, and honestly I'm already thinking about when I get to eat here again!

The beer selection and cocktail choice is awesome. Loved the stock manhattan cocktail. My wife enjoyed the Snap Dragon cocktail, nice use of tequila on this drink. Each of us ordered a slice of crepe cake, which felt like a perfect way to end the night. Out of the seven slices, my husband's slice was still frozen in the middle. I walked up to the counter where two young guys were working and politely asked if we could get a different slice, since everyone else was already seated and eating. Instead of acknowledging me, they immediately started speaking Chinese to each other without even a simple "one moment" or any indication they were discussing the issue, so I eventually just walked back to our table. About five minutes later, after they had apparently consulted with a woman in the back, one of the guys finally came over and told us they would not exchange the slice because my husband had already tried it. We were all just sitting there, honestly dumbfounded. A basic level of customer service would have been to apologize and swap one slice of cake, especially when you have a whole group there to celebrate. You didn't just refuse to replace a frozen slice of cake--you lost seven customers over the way you handled it. We will not be coming back.
