I need to give Serina another huge shout out. She's been decorating my families cakes for a few years now and this one is my absolute favorite. It's so whimsical and beautiful!!! I told her to make me a Tinkerbell inspired cake and per usual she outdid herself! She's so talented and sweet!! 10/10.

Love, love, love coming here for a sweet treat! The staff is always so friendly, which makes the experience even better. They used to have an ice cream flavor called Monkey Business that was so good -- I really wish they'd bring it back, but I think it's seasonal. Other than that, this is always my go-to spot when I'm craving ice cream. Highly recommend!

I've been to this location several times. The people here are always nice and welcoming. Ice cream is of course really yummy. I put in an order for an ice cream cake earlier this month. Unfortunately my daughter ended up pretty sick. Postponing the cake by a week was a breeze. So I definitely appreciate that. My daughter was blown away by her cake and super happy. She designed her own picture for a cake and loved seeing it come to life. Thank you to the staff!

Best ice cream shop by ribbon too. We often go to all the boutique shops but when we're looking for nostalgia, some of this shop really is the best. Make sure you bring your kids on Friday and Monday mornings.

Best BR experience ever. We visited place to use our coupon and end up getting 10 more coupons. Owner was super kind and make me think about what is the meaning of hospitality. The crew member gave me 2 scoops of ice cream and it changes my paradigm of a scoop. It was too big, so I thought I couldn't finish it for the first time in my life. No expextation, but encountered amazing service. You guys made my day. Thank you! I will definitely visit this place again!

I was watching my daughter order ice cream from few distance. I think I heard her order a small cup of chocolate ice cream with marshmallows. But the young woman working there blended the ice cream with something like condensed milk. I thought my daughter had changed the contents of her order. after she got her takeout and sat in the car, my daughter said worker had misunderstood her order. my daughter did not order a milkshake. The receipt also said milkshake. I have something to say to the part-timer who just ignored my teenage daughter and gave her a drink. If you don't do your best at such a simple task, you will do it half-heartedly no matter what you do, and your life will go by half-heartedly. This place is not trustworthy. It is dishonest. I don't know how the owner presented the working conditions to the part-timer, but trust is broken by small things.

The sheer audacity of two perfect blue eyes and a frosting flower so majestic I wept. I walked in with a dream and a digital printout. I walked out with a cake that could end wars. This decorator didn't just make a Jigglypuff. She became Jigglypuff. And then she gave her to my child. If you're reading this wondering whether to order from here--do it. AsAsk for the joy. Excellent ice cream cake made by Vaneet! Ordered a triple chocolate cake with cookies 'n cream for my wife and son's birthdays. Very tasty, very well made, and very presentable! Excellent job and Vaneet even helped me carry out to my car as I had also bought a couple of pints so I couldn't use both hands to carry the cake. The girl working behind the counter was also very friendly and patient. A couple of very happy and active kids in front of me and the girl displayed excellent customer service. This is the second time my family has gotten a printed cake from this Baskin Robbins (and during COVID), and they have yet to disappoint. This was my first time ordering from here and I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and friendly the owner and staff were. They pretty much helped me every step of the way and maintained good communication via telephone and email even after ordering to make sure everything comes out okay. The cake turned out great (see below). At the end of the day, yes, it is a Baskin Robbins; so, you should expect a professional level of quality control. However, this is a 5 star for a 5 star service. Thanks again guys! read more

Went there on the 31st for their special, and even though they were busy, I was still taken care of by Vaneet, and did not feel ignored at all. The stores very neat and tidy, and I feel like I got more ice cream that I paid for. From my typical ice cream store visits , service is very go in/go out. It's honestly nothing special but coming here was such a positive experience I had to leave a review. I'd definitely go out of my way to come here again! read more

Ordered a birthday cake yesterday and picked up a work of art :) The manager was training a couple of new employees and he couldn't be nicer! I've been to many Baskin-Robbins and all of them were awful - unfriendly and stingy workers which is unfortunate because ice cream should be scooped with a smile. Just discovered this local BR. Always visited growing up but never really as an adult. Used my free birthday scoop which is a kids scoop size about $2 in value. Service: The manager is quite peppy and quick to crack jokes. The attendant was attentive and helped quickly. Food: Ordered the moca almond fudge on a sugar cone. Marvelous experience! I had just come from a different location who inappropriately refused my birthday coupon and it became a pretty woman moment when I strolled Into this location and spent $6 upgrading my order, Ha! Greedy rarely wins and that is how a business is run. Be good to your customers and they will be good to you. Shout out to the best ice cream shop around! We had a little bday for my husband with just the kids, and my husband absolutely loves ice cream cake. I called in on Tuesday and spoke with Vaneet. I cannot stress this enough yall- we work hard for the money we make, and I do my best to only give my hard earned money to businesses that appreciate their customers. This place is 500% about good customer service! Vaneet helped me over the phone and made us the perfect little cake!! It was a 6" round and at first, I thought that might not be big enough, but it totally was, with some to spare! He read everything back to be then text me a copy of the paperwork just so that I could triple check to make sure it was all correct. I appreciated that SO MUCH. It was ready for my Thursday when they opened and it looked so cute! Anytime my kids want ice cream, this is where we are coming. Anytime I need a ice cream cake, this is where I'm coming. Haven't been to a BR since my elementary school days, but I was craving ice cream on this hot summer day. This location definitely deserves a shout out. Let me tell you, Vaneet and his staff are EXCEPTIONAL and this location has an amazing community/local vibe. The continuous flow of happy customers is a testament to their warm service and attention. My favorite Baskin Robbins- everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful here. Amazing customer service! Also, the new owner has turned things around- interior upgrades, etc so it is super clean and nice inside. We really enjoy having ice cream at this location. I don't know who the cake decorator is, but she or he is the bomb. My daughter's Frozen II cake was SO beautifully decorated, it was better than the picture they showed me. And they have gorgeous unicorn cakes on display ready for purchase. I went to another Baskin Robbins recently and noticed the VAST difference between the decorating abilities. So whoever you are, thank you. It's so important to have beautiful cakes to celebrate, especially now in quarantine. read more

I dropped in last minute to grab a cake for my mom's birthday. The manager went through all my choices and the flavor combination but nothing with the right size and color in stock. Super friendly and helpful manager. He went to the back to see if he can find something that will work and magically he brought out the freshly decorated Unicorn cake! It was a hit and delicious cookies and cream inside with chocolate cake. The manager said, just with 24 hours notice they came make any combination upon request! Went to buy a cake with two girl friends, because it was another friend's bday so we tried to surprise her. The staff was so welcoming and greeted us nicely, introduced to us ice-cream cake flavors and also promote to us their new mermaid ice cream design. Ahhh. Where do I start! I was on my way back from San Diego I was craving Baskin-Robbins. I'm very selective about where I go. The Baskin-Robbins in my neighborhood is excellent and I didn't want to wait though. Good thing I found this one on Google. The worker was so kind and patient. Very well mannered. I had a chance to chat with the owner. We had a great conversation about business and entrepreneurship. The service there was excellent. I appreciate the service here. If you are going to another location blame yourself for bad service! This location was very hygienic. Especially during these Covid times. They didn't have the ice cream I want it handy and they went out of their way to get it for me! The best bubblegum ice cream ever. You should try it! I will be back! read more

She is really helpful & nice. My favorite part is the day before pick up the cake, Vaneet, the store manager gave me a call to make sure everything is good to go. I really appreciate that. We loved our ice cream cake that I ordered online. I was deciding between this store and the one in cerritos since the bday party was in cerritos, but this location had a unicorn design. I called the day I was supposed to pick it up because I wanted to change the pick up timeZ they were more than willing to meet my needs. So customer service wise they are great! Just came to give my daughter a treat and left disgusted. As the worker was scooping my ice cream her long braided hair touched the ice cream in the bin next to the one she was scooping. I kindly let her know that her hair was touching the ice cream and she rudely said, No, it wasn't. I'm not blind. I saw it happen. I hope the owner can enforce some better rules about long hairs because that is absolutely disgusting. I won't be coming back here until I'm sure this has been taken care of. read more

Hello, I'd like to share feedback on two different Baskin-Robbins locations I recently visited. First, I went to the La Habra location to redeem my free birthday scoop. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The store was dirty, and the man working there (who I believe is the owner) was on his phone the entire time and didn't even greet us. He was rude and unhelpful. When I tried to use my birthday QR code, it didn't work, but he scanned it anyway without giving me the ice cream. The code then disappeared after I left -- and I walked out empty-handed on my birthday. I will not be returning to this location. In contrast, I also visited the La Mirada location, and the experience was completely different. The owner there was incredibly humble, kind, and welcoming. He clearly has high standards for customer service. The store was super clean, smelled great, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I would gladly return to this location again and recommend it to others. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I appreciate your time. read more

I been to this store last summer around these days , bad service, not clean , not friendly either , but recently I noticed this store is under new management, I am impressed, I mean they change it lot , FIRST new ice cream freezer & they r kind lower then old unit now I don't have to lift my kid , they can see what kind ice cream they have that's a huge plus point , SECOND they got new cake freezer,THIRD they add coke fridge, FOURTH a good one they had brand new furniture , before it was dirty old furniture, now there is whole lot sitting in there , and also awesome service, I was there on Monday, I believe the guy who help us out he was a manager , very nice guy , he even come to our table and ask us how is everything, if we need water or any thing else , I mean these guys take there customer service to whole new level , I love it , Me my wife and my kids wanna come here again. read more

I was here last week , they have this nice old lady working as a cake decorator Ranju ,she is awasome cake decorator. I believe she is owner of the place. She made my daughter so happy on her birthday. Can't wait for my hubby birthday cake getting from here . I love u guys . U guys made every single birthday spl with spl cakes . Everyone ask from where we buy the cake we tell everyone at our party to go to this location & u never will be disappointed. These guys are way cheaper than any Baskinrobbins out In this area . They never charge extra if u decided to get any ice cream flavor on cake. Other place have lot unreasonable charges. Best part abt them they will go beyond from ur expectations. Love going to BaskinRobbins , but I stoped coz of that stupid girl with bad attitude, screw my order ( mint chip shake ) every time I go . But I went back again since I find out that store is under new management (and that blonde girl don't work there anymore ) . I had large mint chip shake yummy & I wasn't charge extra for whip cream ( coz they used to charge extra ). And they have my favorite mint chip roll cake also (bought one ) it was delicious mmmm. Alright today I been to this BaskinRobbins where I used to go every time for ice cream or ice cream cake . In Last few years this place run by different management & every time new management came in it get worse and worse , employees were rude , store was dirty loud noises from old equipment, always have to wait for 20 or 30 minutes to get ice cream or anything from there . Now again this store is under new management, but store look pretty clean , employees r friendly, new equipment,& don't have to wait more than 5 minutes for my turn , pretty good . But let's see for how long they keep it up . read more

We visit this store about once a week and staff is always so kind. My daughter wanted her 5th Birthday cake here and wanted it Unicorn. The manager and staff both gave me time to show them what I wanted and even had me meet with the designer to get all the details needed to make my cake special. I couldn't be happier with their service and the cake I ordered. A plus, they only charged me a bit more for the extra design and the cake was already a good price. The owner or manager of this franchise refused to allow me to enter the business because I have a little dog. But it wasn't so much about the dog that really disturbed me. It was everything he said to me. I can't believe that this is what Customer Service has become. Especially in such a quiet little suburb as La Mirada. Going out for an ice cream cone on a hot day with your family and dog has never been a problem in all the years I have lived here. I definitely will never be Customer there ever again. read more
