Love, love, love coming here for a sweet treat! The staff is always so friendly, which makes the experience even better. They used to have an ice cream flavor called Monkey Business that was so good -- I really wish they'd bring it back, but I think it's seasonal. Other than that, this is always my go-to spot when I'm craving ice cream. Highly recommend!

This has has to be one of the cleanest one of the nicest Baskin-Robbins I've ever been to. They have a nice set up with benches and chairs. Customer service is great and who doesn't love Baskin-Robbins there's plenty of ice cream too select

I've been to this location several times. The people here are always nice and welcoming. Ice cream is of course really yummy. I put in an order for an ice cream cake earlier this month. Unfortunately my daughter ended up pretty sick. Postponing the cake by a week was a breeze. So I definitely appreciate that. My daughter was blown away by her cake and super happy. She designed her own picture for a cake and loved seeing it come to life. Thank you to the staff!

This location has been making my family's birthday cakes for the past few years now. But this past week I ordered 3. And I wanted to give a shout out to their amazing decorator Serina! She's so friendly and talented, I showed her the cake inspirations and she outdid herself!! My kids were so incredibly happy and impressed with their special order birthday cakes! Service 10/10 Talent 10/10 Location 10/10! HIGHLY recommend this location.

Best ice cream shop by ribbon too. We often go to all the boutique shops but when we're looking for nostalgia, some of this shop really is the best. Make sure you bring your kids on Friday and Monday mornings.

Best BR experience ever. We visited place to use our coupon and end up getting 10 more coupons. Owner was super kind and make me think about what is the meaning of hospitality. The crew member gave me 2 scoops of ice cream and it changes my paradigm of a scoop. It was too big, so I thought I couldn't finish it for the first time in my life. No expextation, but encountered amazing service. You guys made my day. Thank you! I will definitely visit this place again!

Chocolate milk shake instead of marshmallow chocolate ice cream

I was watching my daughter order ice cream from few distance. I think I heard her order a small cup of chocolate ice cream with marshmallows. But the young woman working there blended the ice cream with something like condensed milk. I thought my daughter had changed the contents of her order. after she got her takeout and sat in the car, my daughter said worker had misunderstood her order. my daughter did not order a milkshake. The receipt also said milkshake. I have something to say to the part-timer who just ignored my teenage daughter and gave her a drink. If you don't do your best at such a simple task, you will do it half-heartedly no matter what you do, and your life will go by half-heartedly. This place is not trustworthy. It is dishonest. I don't know how the owner presented the working conditions to the part-timer, but trust is broken by small things.

The sheer audacity of two perfect blue eyes and a frosting flower so majestic I wept. I walked in with a dream and a digital printout. I walked out with a cake that could end wars. This decorator didn't just make a Jigglypuff. She became Jigglypuff. And then she gave her to my child. If you're reading this wondering whether to order from here--do it. AsAsk for the joy. I was impressed from the beginning when I placed an order for the customized cake for my son's birthday. Not only they tried their best to accomadate what I wanted but they suggested more ideas to make the cake turn out beautiful. I am thankful for their hard work and ideas. Not only the cake turned out beautiful but the taste was amazing. Everyone at my son's birthday complimented on the cake and was surprised how decent the price was, too. By far the best Baskin Robbins ever! Been coming here since I was a kid! They recently renovated the inside, and it looks clean and modern (although they were always clean before). The staff are always so polite, cheerful, and so attentive. I was told customized cakes were $3+ on top of the cake prices. Decent price for customized cakes I think. But their cakes in the fridge are cute so I buy them instead. The cakes are always way cuter than other places: designs and taste. I stopped going to Korean bakeries. They suck and sell old cakes. I really suggest you come here for any occasion. Clean and fresh cakes are a must. No body wants to bite into stale and old cake. read more

With such high rated reviews, I didn't expect to receive bad customer service. However...this was not the case for our visit. Not one employee said a word to us! We walked in and there were two couples ahead of us being helped by two female employees. The two employees never looked up, nor at the door, they didn't even greet us. We waited around long enough to feel like idiots for standing there! I wonder if these two even realized we walked in and out?! Talk about not being aware of your surroundings! read more

One of the best customer service!!!! Vaneet, the owner literally saved the day! Originally, I was planning to surprise my niece with an custom cake. But, she told me she wanted an ice cream cake. I wasn't sure an ice cream place even do custom cakes. But, I found this place! To be honest, you wouldn't think a place like Baskin-robbins would go above and beyond, but this one did! Hands down the best place to order ICE CREAM CAKES! This location made my daughters 5th Birthday Party a great experience she will remember! Outstanding customer CARE. This location clearly has almost 5 stars for a reason. They went above and beyond the call of duty for me which made for a very special birthday for my little girl. While every business must turn a profit to keep the lights on and prosper, this franchisee clearly values people and their mission objective is not greedy in nature. It's clear they prioritize their customers. I would recommend to friends and family. I would hire the staff and even the ownership to represent my own company. This Baskin Robins is in a strip mall filled with many different stores and places to eat. Parking can be a little bit on the hard side depending on what time you go but besides that this Baskin Robbins is pretty ok. I recently came in to try the new soft serve cookies and creme which was pretty tasty. I did like it. They put a little bit too much of the hot fudge but I still thought it was pretty good. If you have never been to a Baskin Robbins it is pretty much a staple in America, and they are very famous for ice cream. My favorite is pistachio almond and cookies and creme flavors. If you are having trouble thinking which flavor to get, just ask the workers to give you a free sample! They will gladly do it. read more

On 6-25-20 we had our daughters "Belle" themed birthday party in Lake Elsinore and cake was ordered and brought to our residence all the way from Baskin-Robbins in La Mirada from family. Vaneet and his team are now considered family since we have ordered custom cakes from him for the last three years in a row for our oldest daughters birthdays. This is by far my favorite Baskin-Robbins. The staff and the owner really care about this shop and the customers who visit it. Although Baskin Robbins is a chain, this store feels more personal and part of the community. I like that there are always a lot of ready made ice cream cakes on hand so you never have to worry if you forgot to order. They have taken into account a lot of changes that need to be made because of social distancing and COVID-19 risks, but it still feels comfortable. There are many options on how to have your ice cream but We always buy our ice cream cakes here. Parking is easy and there is even handicap parking nearby. If you want ice cream, I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins! read more

Excellent customer service! I don't know the name of the gentlemen that helped us out but he was working today 7/1 around 1 pm. He was so nice! We came in with two little ones who were so excited to get ice cream and he was so quick and patient with our order. Five stars to him and Baskin Robbins for having him be the face of this store. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating - I came in on a Friday around 4 pm looking to get an ice cream cake for a friend who came last minute to town. Although you typically need to order cakes 48 hrs in advance they were so nice and understanding - I was able to place my custom order and have it ready for pick up the next day around noon. Great customer service. Vareet is awesome. Needed help getting a small 6 inch ice cream Birthday Cake which 2 other stores could not help with. Vareet came to the rescue. The cake was a hit. It was delicious and the decorating was colorful and perfect. This is the absolutely best place to get ice cream! I've been going here since being at school across the way and now having moved to Indiana whenever I go visit I stop by here for some delicious ice cream and great customer service from Vaneet. 9-28-19 was our daughters 1st birthday which Vaneet and his mother created not one but two different cakes for our baby girl. Vaneet and his mother are amazing people! They really do cherish their customers and make sure to paint the picture on what us customers want in a birthday cake. The Cinderella cake design we had seen online was discontinued from Baskin-Robbins and Vaneet's mother who is the cake decorator re-designed the cake from scratch! They have great customer service and made our dreams come true for our babies 1st birthday Cinderella themed party. Our daughter loved her smash cake and our guest loved the Cinderella cake and could not stop talking about how yummy it tasted! They readily offered to make it as a round cake and I think it turned out great. The shop is always clean and welcoming. We always get our ice cream cakes from here! Excellent ice cream cake made by Vaneet! Ordered a triple chocolate cake with cookies 'n cream for my wife and son's birthdays. Very tasty, very well made, and very presentable! Excellent job and Vaneet even helped me carry out to my car as I had also bought a couple of pints so I couldn't use both hands to carry the cake. The girl working behind the counter was also very friendly and patient. A couple of very happy and active kids in front of me and the girl displayed excellent customer service. This is the second time my family has gotten a printed cake from this Baskin Robbins (and during COVID), and they have yet to disappoint. This was my first time ordering from here and I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and friendly the owner and staff were. They pretty much helped me every step of the way and maintained good communication via telephone and email even after ordering to make sure everything comes out okay. The cake turned out great (see below). At the end of the day, yes, it is a Baskin Robbins; so, you should expect a professional level of quality control. Went there on the 31st for their special, and even though they were busy, I was still taken care of by Vaneet, and did not feel ignored at all. The stores very neat and tidy, and I feel like I got more ice cream that I paid for. From my typical ice cream store visits , service is very go in/go out. Hello, I'd like to share feedback on two different Baskin-Robbins locations I recently visited. First, I went to the La Habra location to redeem my free birthday scoop. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The store was dirty, and the man working there (who I believe is the owner) was on his phone the entire time and didn't even greet us. He was rude and unhelpful. When I tried to use my birthday QR code, it didn't work, but he scanned it anyway without giving me the ice cream. The code then disappeared after I left -- and I walked out empty-handed on my birthday. I will not be returning to this location. In contrast, I also visited the La Mirada location, and the experience was completely different. The owner there was incredibly humble, kind, and welcoming. He clearly has high standards for customer service. The store was super clean, smelled great, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I would gladly return to this location again and recommend it to others. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I appreciate your time. read more

I been to this store last summer around these days , bad service, not clean , not friendly either , but recently I noticed this store is under new management, I am impressed, I mean they change it lot , FIRST new ice cream freezer & they r kind lower then old unit now I don't have to lift my kid , they can see what kind ice cream they have that's a huge plus point , SECOND they got new cake freezer,THIRD they add coke fridge, FOURTH a good one they had brand new furniture , before it was dirty old furniture, now there is whole lot sitting in there , and also awesome service, I was there on Monday, I believe the guy who help us out he was a manager , very nice guy , he even come to our table and ask us how is everything, if we need water or any thing else , I mean these guys take there customer service to whole new level , I love it , Me my wife and my kids wanna come here again. read more

I was here last week , they have this nice old lady working as a cake decorator Ranju ,she is awasome cake decorator. I believe she is owner of the place. She made my daughter so happy on her birthday. Can't wait for my hubby birthday cake getting from here . I love u guys . U guys made every single birthday spl with spl cakes . Everyone ask from where we buy the cake we tell everyone at our party to go to this location & u never will be disappointed. These guys are way cheaper than any Baskinrobbins out In this area . They never charge extra if u decided to get any ice cream flavor on cake. Other place have lot unreasonable charges. Best part abt them they will go beyond from ur expectations. Love going to BaskinRobbins , but I stoped coz of that stupid girl with bad attitude, screw my order ( mint chip shake ) every time I go . But I went back again since I find out that store is under new management (and that blonde girl don't work there anymore ) . I had large mint chip shake yummy & I wasn't charge extra for whip cream ( coz they used to charge extra ). And they have my favorite mint chip roll cake also (bought one ) it was delicious mmmm. Alright today I been to this BaskinRobbins where I used to go every time for ice cream or ice cream cake . In Last few years this place run by different management & every time new management came in it get worse and worse , employees were rude , store was dirty loud noises from old equipment, always have to wait for 20 or 30 minutes to get ice cream or anything from there . Now again this store is under new management, but store look pretty clean , employees r friendly, new equipment,& don't have to wait more than 5 minutes for my turn , pretty good . We visit this store about once a week and staff is always so kind. My daughter wanted her 5th Birthday cake here and wanted it Unicorn. The manager and staff both gave me time to show them what I wanted and even had me meet with the designer to get all the details needed to make my cake special. I couldn't be happier with their service and the cake I ordered. A plus, they only charged me a bit more for the extra design and the cake was already a good price. The owner or manager of this franchise refused to allow me to enter the business because I have a little dog. But it wasn't so much about the dog that really disturbed me. It was everything he said to me. I can't believe that this is what Customer Service has become. Especially in such a quiet little suburb as La Mirada. Going out for an ice cream cone on a hot day with your family and dog has never been a problem in all the years I have lived here. I definitely will never be Customer there ever again. read more
