Very unprofessional, I was attempting to patiently wait my turn but once I noticed I was being completely ignored in favor of the large group I left. I went into this establishment today and I would like to let y'all know, number 1 you're terrible at conducting business due to the fact that I walked into the store and a group of people that came in after me were helped before me, in addition all 3 workers locked eyes with me and turned away to help the other group, number 2, your staff is some of the worst I have ever seen in my life, and I been to a lotta different places, number 3, it was incredibly dirty in there, and finally number 4, y'all just suck in general. I have loved Baskin Robbin's since I was a kid. They have the best ice cream flavors! The service was awesome and the staff is so sweet too! They make all their waffle cones hand made in a waffle iron at the store...so fresh and delish! The store is always bright and clean too! read more

Excellent business. I noticed that they do "Grab and Go" and deliveries. How they gonna deliver? I guess they pack it on dry ice. Idk‍ Clean inside and excellent customer service. They even give military discounts. Just show your ID. We will be back. Great job folks. read more

the service wasn't terrible, but their hygiene was!! no one was wearing gloves when handling ice cream cones or scooping it. I noticed that a worker touched the ice cream with her bare hands after handling money!! We are in a pandemic and hygiene should be the #1 priority. They also touched the bananas with their bare hands. I also requested a waffle cone on the side to eat with my ice cream later, but they put the waffle cone on the counter and touched the cone with their hands! I didn't see them sanitize the counter or keypad in between customers. I also found piece of card board in my ice cream i will never go back here again! read more

I order a cake fom B&R on 8/13/22 for 8/31/22. I wanted to get a small cake with jamoca almond fudge but they said I could only get a medium. I ordered the medium. When I picked it up got it home and served it, it was just plain jamoca. I went back and spoke to the assistant manager who looked up the order and said that I had ordered jamoca. Which I had not. I remember telling the clerk 3 times jamoca almond fudge because this was the 2nd time they have messed up my order. She did apologize but I don't believe that is enough. Additional training of employees is needed. Also she should have at least offered a pint of free jamoca almond fudge to compensate for there mistake. Baskin Robbins FAIL! Not typically one to leave a review but due to a lack of making things right, I'm going to. I ordered a very expensive $54, unicorn ice cream cake for my picky eaters Birthday. When we cut in to the cake, it was the wrong kind of ice cream! When I called and spoke to the manager, he apologized and offered to make it right by giving me $3 off the next cake I order....SERIOUSLY?! So you got the ice cream wrong on an ICE CREAM cake but think $3 off next time makes it better? Does that even cover the tax I paid? read more

Typical baskin robbins ice cream parlor. Have read other reviews. Think complaining about not getting more than 2 free samples is ridiculous. This isnt a buffet! This location does reserve the right to not honor certain coupons. However the National promotion of 31% off sundaes for May 31st was honored. Nice. I will say the owner does give me a certain uneasiness about being here. There are cameras everywhere. Owner must be nervous. let's say untrusting person?? What a nice surprise....Hadn't been to a Baskin-Robbins in years, so checked it out today. Got to meet the new owner and check out a wonderful display of cakes in the freezer that could make one drool!! I was impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness, displays and all they had to offer. Yes, there is vegan, dairy free, a fat free and lower calorie options also. Loved being shown favorites and not feeling rushed. Great location with many other restaurants in the nearby complex to allow a dessert treat after a meal too. Perfect place for a fancy holiday cake/pie as well. After visiting the other Lacey, WA Baskin-Robbins location, that is situated in a gas station, this location is an actual store with tables and chairs and all 31 flavors available. Please do not trust the manager at this location with any important Ice cream cake. I ordered a baby shower cake 2 weeks in advance that was to read off " welcome lil Skye" (not yet born) in order to reveal the gender. The day of the party my husband went out to pick up the cake and it said happy birthday on it with the design in a diff layout. It delayed him coming home for the lady to fix it which featured messy scratched icing, with sloppy handwriting scribbled over top. This was no cheap cake it was 70 dollars and barley fed my 32 guest. The beginning of the ordeal wasn't pleasant either as the lady went back and forth with me about flavors and "how old people like this better" or "how old people don't like this" which I found rude and then also pushy and controlling when she constantly questioned me "am I sure" and "I worry" I guess it was the red flag for me to leave I wish I would have taken it. Now I then took action later and wrote the company 2 times on their website and first got a call from a new york store who only bothered with finding out indeed it wasn't his store that got the bad review and I said no of course not I'm in WA. Then after the 2nd post from me a couple days later I got a phone call during work I could not take with a message left for me to contact them I did and left a message and then never got a call back. This company does not care about customer service! Just about covering their own tails and avoiding any possible or partial refund. Our family has been coming here for years to get ice cream cakes for our daughters birthdays. We forgot this week to order ahead and I went in the day before. The owner was so gracious and offered to help us since we come here often... so I thought I would do a review. Honestly I was shocked that they would even have a bad review! So I am happy to do a 5 star review and set the record straight. The owner is very sweet and kind. She is also a very hard, fast worker when she has multiple people in the shop. The signs for not opening things someone reviewed about are because idiots will come in and open doors and stare at the options. And of course they would have a limit on tastings or people would take advantage!! Very clean, organized shop. Always gets our orders correct and goes above and beyond to make us happy. I've been coming here for years and the little Asian lady here is so nice to me and my little boys. They've been doing my boys' birthday cakes and they always meet my expectations! I love this place, always so clean too. I definitely think it's appropriate for them to have some rules being that this is a business establishment and not your own personal ice cream store. read more

We have all had Baskin-Robbins delicious ice cream and it was no different here. I would drive a little further and go to a different location that will give you what you pay for, the scoops were seriously pathetic. The owner was was working and there seemed to be some side-bar discussions about what to do and an over all bad vibe. I have actually never posted to yelp before but the poor service compelled me to let people know that they should keep driving to another location, brand or just save yourself and go to the grocery store. Horrible. This location did not accept Baskin Robbins Gift Cards because they don't have a system to scan them. Young boy that worked there said it was up to the owner to to update it if he wanted. I told him looks like the owner has quite a few restrictions. Plastered up was all sorts of Baskin Robbins coupons the owner does not take, plastered on a sign is "no debit or credit cards ran under $3.00", and does not accept a bills over $20. This owner needs function like a proper Baskin Robbins or change his name and open his own ice cream shop. Terrible representation of this company. If the owner can't function as a proper franchise then he should be shut down. Clearly the owner is an EXTREME CHEAPSKATE at his or her finest. This place should accept Gift Cards and any other coupons issued by Baskin Robbins. I will never visit this location again. All information has been forwarded to corporate as well. read more
