OK So, its not Vegan friendly, I went online before coming here to see what vegan ice creams they would have and the website says that they have a ton of flavors for vegans. I headed in and looked at the flavors and none appeared vegan so I asked the young man behind the counter and despite the bad customer service reviews I have seen, he was very friendly and kind but said that he didnt think any of these were vegan so I left. This is the only location i go. We come at least 2 times a week. They always get my families drink right. They have the most Awesome hardworking young adults that work there. This place gets very busy anytime of the day and they are so patient. Love that they have lots of flavors and options. This place is Pretty kept clean. Something that concerns me is that when I come in and watch the employee's serve customers, they do not wear gloves, which I understand some stores are not required to do so. I got to pick the colors of the cake as well as the borders- not to mention the cake and ice cream flavors. There isn't a huge selection, but hey- it's still ice cream cake! I was on my way home from San Diego the day before I scheduled to pick up the cake, Anthony (I think was his name) called to confirm that I wanted the cake next Monday. I freaked out for half a second before he corrected himself, pickup was tomorrow. Phew! YES! Jamie was behind the counter when I went to pick up, she was great and was able to write a nice happy birthday on the cake since I didn't have the cake topper I planned on getting. Very very disappointed in this Baskin Robins. This is the third time i've had an issue with this location. Somebody needs to learn how to order supplies properly. Staff asked me what size i wanted, so i asked for the biggest size and the girl working said "oh, you want the pint?" to which i replied "absolutely". Then, right before she went to grab the container, the other male employee stated they were out of that size and i would need to buy two of the smaller sizes they have and pay the individual sizes. We've been to this BR several times but this time (10/20/22 9pm) they charged us extra for sugar cones?? Nowhere does it say sugar cones are now at an extra cost, in the whole history of BR, the cone was always included with the ice-cream, except for waffle cones and specialty cones. OK, it was .25 extra but it's the principle of the fact that we weren't informed, the menu on the wall is the same, nowhere does is say it is extra, nor did the person serving us tell us there is an upcharge. We felt deceived and misled, we were never given a choice to accept the extra charge, which I wouldn't have minded if they would have said something. The teenager working at the counter blamed it on the warehouse being out of it yet a BR over in Henderson has plenty of the stuff. If it wasn't for the name it would have tasted like a regular Oreo ice cream . The service was awesome , and they were super friendly and helpful while sticking to the pink spoon pledge .
