Love this location it's one of our go to area if we're near by the employees are always nice and quick to serve. The area is always clean and well kept. The machine don't let you too so please bring some $1 for tipping. Definitely one of my go to in the very very scorching heat can never go wrong with my Jamoca ice cream or shake!!!!!

Outstanding Customer Service From Morgan & Kyla. Extremely Hard Workers Too. Both Worked In Synced With Each Other. I Ordered The Banana Royale With Nutty Coconut & Strawberry Shortcake. Toppings Was Hot Fudge, Nuts (Crunchy), Candy Sprinkles & Whipped Cream! Very-Very Delicious Dessert After Visiting Durango Casino & Resort. This Place Is Highly Recommended!!! THAAANNNK YOUUU!!!

It's great ice cream you loved as a kid and still do. Not fancy, no fake Swedish or German names to get all pretentious about. It's just good ice cream at a reasonable price served by local kids just like everywhere else. You deserve it, have some ice cream!

This is my first visit at a Baskin Robbins after many years, and I was pleasantly surprised with the new flavors. I had the Banana Royale-delicious! My husband had the same with hot fudge and caramel topping-he found it delicious as well. The young ladies were very accommodating and pleasant and their manager was professional and kind. I would definitely come back!

if you been to one Baskin-Robbins, you been to all. The only difference is the customer service. It's a little bit slow here but not bad. The ice cream tasted the same as the other Baskin Robbins. Its pretty small inside it works out. Just get your ice cream and get out. Lol.

We went to Baskin-Robbins for some ice cream and we ordered the banana split and a mangonada smooths with tajin spice. The banana split was good but par for the course. The smoothie however was very good you could taste the mango flavoring and the tajin spice added some kick which was not over powering but just right. The service was good nothing special about what you expect. The bathroom was clean and had some nice touch's for decor in it. The true down side was the is very little seating in the ice cream store. That's the reason I gave it 3 stars. Would I recommend this place yes but don't go out of your way for it. But it was good, not the best ice cream in Las Vegas but it was passable

It's a shoebox, but there is one table (rectangle shaped) that is on the end where we prefer to sit; closest to the bathroom (the others are tiny round tables). If you are an email club member, you should be getting their promos (freebies, cake specials, and "31st" special price days). It is smaller, size wise, but it is clean. There are usually two clerks. The counter featuring the seasonal flavors as well as the regular mainstays (like jamocha, jamocha almond fudge) probably take up the bulk of the store location. The front has some limited seating (counter style). And next to the door is the freezer where the cakes are stored. The shape of the store is a reverse and upside down L-shape (if that makes sense). The back corner is the (single) bathroom. We like this shopping center, so when we visit, we check out about eight stores here. And this is one of the stops. Hubby gets a cone, while the boy and I get ours in a cup.

New promo! For a limited time, cappuccino blasts for $4 small, $5 medium, or $6 large. Large turtle blast shown here.

Ivy and Serenity, and the rest of the team are awesome. They are consistent with making everything taste the same every time. I'm a turtle blast kind of girl and they always make sure to ask if the prailines and cream flavor is ok. YES, thank you for checking. Caramel on the side, Whip cream and cinnamon. It's the ultimate treat for any day. Save your receipt and do the survey at the bottom for $1 off your next purchase of over $4. If you buy a blast you easily hit that cost threshold. I also love ordering polar pizzas here for my kids birthdays. It's an easier way to serve an ice cream cake. You can call it in before your event. It has either a cookie or brownie bottom, and whatever ice cream and topping you choose. If you're in a time pinch and want a polar pizza the day of, there's premade ones in their freezer near the door. I believe Ivy is the designated cake decorator/ penmanship person. Her cursive handwriting is beautiful. Once, I called in my order only to have it not made. Not sure what happened to cause the miscommunication. The guys working were great in making the order for me right then and there. Whoever did the writing tried their best lol but it wasn't up to Ivy's usual standards. But hey, they did me a solid and I really appreciate that. That's the kind of customer service that any business would love to exude. Good job to the whole team here. You all are awesome. I've been coming here pretty much every month for 3 years. Sometimes by myself to get the turtle blast. Sometimes with my four kids. I'm a happy customer every single time.

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

The recent visit was a little chaotic because my two-year-old nephew accidentally spilled my entire drink all over me . It made a huge mess on the table and floor, and I felt so bad. One of the girls came over right away to help clean everything up and was so nice about it. They even offered to make me a new drink, which I definitely wasn't expecting and really appreciated. Thank you again to her!! Stuff like that is why I keep coming back. The matcha is always amazing, and everyone who works here is so friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good matcha spot in Vegas.

Some other spots in town have similar offerings and may be doing a better job at it. I ordered the J2. Jumbo Pomelo & Mango with Sago ($13.95) to share in our group. There was a wide variety of ingredients, generally tasting quite good. The actual mango fruit was soft and super sweet, there was perhaps a coconut jelly topping that was also nice, as well as a coconut ice that felt snowy in texture, a mango custard, and a decent helping of sago near the bottom. However, I wish that the mango ice cream wasn't so hard and icy, and I was disappointed later to realize that we didn't get any pomelo at all. I really enjoyed the pomelo the last time I had a similar dessert. The dining area did seem pretty clean at least, and they offered complimentary cups of water for each of us after I requested it. Napkins are cheap but freely available, and spoons are pretty sturdy despite being disposable plastic. Maybe I'll come back to this Hui Lau Shan location if I'm around Spring Mountain and find myself really craving their brand of desserts. But I'd prioritize different businesses if I were planning a trip.

Reviews of this Korean coffee shop were impressive enough for us to give it a try. This "hidden" coffee shop had "speakeasy" vibes as it was a bit hard to find. Online photos led us to a massive, unmarked medieval-style wooden door with an "open" banner. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover as the interior featured antique furniture, a glass atrium, soaring trees, and a 3-level wooden bookshelf-reading area designed like a grandstand with seating you could climb on. I suggest staying here awhile and enjoy the F&D inside as it is definitely social media worthy and a gem in LV's Chinatown. After saving our spot, the gang proceeded to order from the long queue at the bar area. Took photos and marveled at this cozy cafe while waiting for our assortment of coffees and baked goodies to arrive. I had The Gäbi (dry cappuccino topped with raw sugar and espresso grounds) while my wife opted for the velvety Einspänner. We shared a Berry Ricotta Brioche. I was able to taste the other artisan pastries (Ube Mille Cake, Tiramisu Croissant and Strawberry Shortcake to name some) from our group and they were as good as they looked. The only complaint is the pricier bill than what other coffee shops might charge. I guess this view is at a cost then. First time trying in a Korean coffee shop and we loved it! We would definitely return if we're in this neck-of-the-woods again.

We specifically wanted to stay off the Strip because Vegas prices on the Strip can be pretty wild, so we found this place through Yelp. The space is really cute and has a cool industrial feel, with books and other little touches that make it more interesting than your typical dessert spot. They even had a couch swing, which turned out to be a lifesaver when my toddler was getting a little cranky. The desserts were good, but I have to say the prices felt pretty steep for the portions -- around $12-$13 for a very small slice. We tried an ube dessert and a matcha dessert. The matcha one was definitely my favorite. It had this interesting French-style flavor/profile and felt more unique. The ube one was just okay for me. And as a Filipino, I have to be honest: putting ube in something doesn't automatically make it amazing. I feel like sometimes ube gets treated as the magic ingredient when it's really about how well it's actually executed. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. It's a cute place, the atmosphere is fun, and it served exactly what we needed that day -- a casual little birthday-weekend dessert stop somewhere away from the Strip. I'm glad we found it, but given the prices and portion sizes, I'm not sure it would be a regular stop for us.

However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
