This situation began on 6-20-2025, with a request for a custom cake. The girls working behind the counter were very nice, and offered to send the reference image for a cake that I had, to the decorator directly. They did so, and the decorated replied and said that it "wouldn't be exact", but they could do it. I will attach the exact same reference image here, and what I received. When I picked up my cake on my birthday on June 28th, the girls at the counter quite literally apologized to me as they handed me my cake, because they knew how ugly it looked. It was absolutely hideous. The cake itself was green, nowhere close to the reference image. That aside, it was incredibly sloppy anyways. It was somehow very uneven, with chunks missing out of several corners, errors on the font, and overall just looked like a child had made it. Certainly not adhering to any sort of standards that I would expect from a company as large as Baskin-Robbin's. I don't like being a Karen, but I've had to contact corporate over 15 times and still have not received an appropriate resolution. When this store finally reached out to me themselves, the response was lackluster and clearly copy and pasted, no personalization or addressing the clear problem at hand. In fairness we haven't eaten the cake yet. But I walked in on New Year's Eve because I just found out my daughter did want a birthday cake after all. I was directed to the 2 coolers that had ready made cakes and to my surprise there was the kind she wanted. The young guy working was very nice and gave me a taster spoon of confetti ice cream for my one year old grandson so I could pay and get out the door. The shop looked like any other Baskin Robbins. When I came here previously, I figured it was a fluke that the service was bad with one person working by themselves and the line out the door. At that time, several of the ice cream flavors were at the bottom of the container growing ice fur and discoloration. Well...I came back today to give the establishment another try. More containers had barely any ice cream. One particular flavor, lemon custard, has been almost empty for weeks. Yet, today, I noticed several containers of ice cream on the counter to unthaw. I witnessed the person that said she was the lead and charge taking out the discolored and ice crystal Ice cream and placing it on top of the new container of ice cream being placed in the freezer for sale. What better way to end your weekend than to fill your sweet tooth with som delicious ice cream. Lucky for us, Baskin Robbins happened to be conveniently open a little later in the evening. Located in Centennial Hills right off of Sky Point and N Buffalo Drive. Situated in the corner of Centennial Crossroads Plaza. There's just enough parking in the corner of the plaza so you don't have to worry about struggling. We must've followed the crowd as we walked in because they were pretty busy that evening. We were quickly greeted with a warm welcome so off the bat we felt valued. As I observed the staff and their interaction with other patrons, who were all wearing masks, I could tell that they actually enjoyed being there. The ice cream shop is very well maintained and clean as well. They don't allow you to sit in the ice cream parlor due to the Covid19 guidelines/restrictions but that wasn't an issue for anyone. When it was our turn we were served by Isabella. She was so sweet and helpful. I think she could sense our indecisiveness so she gladly made some recommendations and we took her up on that. We were able to effortlessly redeem our T-Mobile Tuesday offers. Despite the business she did not make us feel rushed so I really appreciated that. Now the ice cream. What can I say? I've always been a Baskin Robbins fan since I was younger. Thanks to this visit...I'm still a fan. The ice cream is so creamy and delicious and they offer a variety of awesome flavors. I had a call from a family member on my way home from work and had asked for some ice cream! I decided to check out Baskin-Robbins on my way home. I haven't had Baskin-Robbins in a long time and haven't been to this location before. It's really easy to get to. If you're local in NW Vegas, you can get to this location off of the 95/Buffalo exit, or 215/Buffalo. It's in the Target/Vons Plaza. It's kind of located in it's own private area next to edible arrangements and a few other businesses. There is plenty of parking. Upon going into the Ice Cream store, there is spacious seating outside with multiple tables. The trash cans were clean. Walking into the store, everything was so clean! I haven't seen a Ice cream place so spotless. All of the cakes were stocked up. All of the decor inside was clean. There was a variety of Ice-Cream selections at this location. You had your classic flavors such as Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, and then their own mix flavors. They had a few special ones that were Halloween themed. There were warm deserts like brownie/cookie mixes, and even banana splits that Baskin Robbins offered. There was milkshakes you could get there too. The also offered to make special cakes and even had something "new out" that was like a "ice cream pie" type of cake. The cashier was super nice! He offered to let me try out any flavor, which I opted not to. He had gone of the menu and different flavor types. I decided to go with one order of 2 scoops of chocolate, and one order of 2 scoops of their medal ribbon (chocolate, vanilla with a caramel swirl). He made the order swiftly. The price was roughly $10.00 for 4 scoops of ice cream. He gave me a sweet punch card, with 4 wholes for each scoop. After 10 in the punch card you get a free ice cream(equal to the punch-card offering). The receipt also had $2.00 off your next $10.00 purchase within a specified date range, and if you fill out the survey you get $1.00 off. Compared to a few other competitors like Cold Stone Creamery in the area, that's a pretty awesome deal if you read the fine print. I would come back here again.
