I had a call from a family member on my way home from work and had asked for some ice cream! I decided to check out Baskin-Robbins on my way home. I haven't had Baskin-Robbins in a long time and haven't been to this location before. It's really easy to get to. If you're local in NW Vegas, you can get to this location off of the 95/Buffalo exit, or 215/Buffalo. It's in the Target/Vons Plaza. It's kind of located in it's own private area next to edible arrangements and a few other businesses. There is plenty of parking. Upon going into the Ice Cream store, there is spacious seating outside with multiple tables. The trash cans were clean. Walking into the store, everything was so clean! I haven't seen a Ice cream place so spotless. All of the cakes were stocked up. All of the decor inside was clean. There was a variety of Ice-Cream selections at this location. You had your classic flavors such as Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, and then their own mix flavors. They had a few special ones that were Halloween themed. There were warm deserts like brownie/cookie mixes, and even banana splits that Baskin Robbins offered. There was milkshakes you could get there too. The also offered to make special cakes and even had something "new out" that was like a "ice cream pie" type of cake. The cashier was super nice! He offered to let me try out any flavor, which I opted not to. He had gone of the menu and different flavor types. I decided to go with one order of 2 scoops of chocolate, and one order of 2 scoops of their medal ribbon (chocolate, vanilla with a caramel swirl). He made the order swiftly. The price was roughly $10.00 for 4 scoops of ice cream. He gave me a sweet punch card, with 4 wholes for each scoop. After 10 in the punch card you get a free ice cream(equal to the punch-card offering). The receipt also had $2.00 off your next $10.00 purchase within a specified date range, and if you fill out the survey you get $1.00 off. Compared to a few other competitors like Cold Stone Creamery in the area, that's a pretty awesome deal if you read the fine print. I would come back here again. I have come to this location for the longest time and lately have had the rudest most unfriendly group of girls running it. Pretty sure it's a prerequisite to work at this location. They're the most unhelpful when ordering a birthday cake & when you come in to order they all seem to have an attitude. Then watching them grab a dirty blender barely rinse it out to where there was dirty water still running down the sides and make me a shake was kinda my last straw. My daughter went into this location today and had a business type card for a free scoop of ice cream. We received 3 total and used 2 last month. My daughter showed the card to Sydney ( who claims to be the manager yet doesn't even know the owners names) she scooped the ice cream and then told my daughter the total. It was $4 and change for one scoop. My daughter says I gave you a card for a free scoop. She says we don't accept those here. They accepted them the previous month and if my daughter handed it to her first then she could have told her before she scooped the ice cream. Then she continues to tell my daughter she needs to pay for her scoop of ice cream and she can't leave until she does. I was in the car and she called me almost in tears with how she was treated. I walk into BR and Sydney is standing at the register and I ask who was the one helping my daughter. She replies Sydney, and then I say can I speak with the store manager or get a name and number for the store manager. She says that's Sydney. I then said you are the store manager? She reply's yes. And then I ask why do you not take this card that you took last month? She says it's not us that doesn't take it but the franchisee. I say well can I have their number? Oh we can't give that out. Really anyone then, so I could let them know how my daughter was treated. She doesn't know any names or numbers and says she can't give them out. Was extremely rude and continued to just say I'm going to have to ask you to leave. She finally says the owners names are Soon and Naeun but she has no idea how to spell it. I made a comment that you're the manager and don't know the owners names. Then she just said you can leave. Then I told her she can call the cops that I need a number even just a name of the owner. She then says this escalated very quickly. She kept the coupon and demand I leave. I left her my phone number so Soon or Naeun whatever the owners names are can contact me . I said yes it did and you could have just let my daughter leave and not demand she pays for the ice cream. I will never return! read more

I am a 11 year old girl, and my mom went to BR in June with her friend celebrating her birthday. The employees there at the time gave her a bunch of coupons for a free scoop of ice cream expiring July 31st. So on July 30th my mom decided to surprise my family and I by going to BR when we got there the employees said that management would not honor them any more even though they expired the day after so they should still honor them but they did not. The employees were very nice, and it sucks that the owner makes them explain to the customers that. My dad asked for the owners phone number but they are not allowed to share information about the owner. So I do not recommend this place they just scam you. read more

A father of a former employee here I'm going to go into the experience of the job. A lot of the time I would walk in to melted ice cream and he told me that they could not waste it and keep serving it and this doesn't just apply to the ice cream you see it applies to the courts that are in the freezer next to the door that broke 3 time the entire time my kid worked there. And when I walked in one time I saw another employee putting the melted ice cream in Uber eats bags even though they knew it was melted. Also they worked with a lot of people that said discriminative things like the N-word and the slur that describes members of the lgbtq community. My kid felt unsafe working there and we made the best decision for us and decided that Baskin Robbins wasn't the right place for our kid. read more

My first experience seemed wonderful. The young lady who waited on us was pleasant. She gave us free ice cream and we felt happy. Of course we tipped her well!! We left and as we were eating our ice cream there was a long dark hair in they ice cream. We immediately Threw our ice cream into the trash can. When I think back I do remember a lady walking around , likely a manager of sorts, being pretty rude. The employee was very nice and helpful. She greeted us when we walked in. She was very overwhelmed, being the only employee there. After we walked in, a group of about 15-20 customers walked in and she was the only employee working. You can tell the owner only schedules the minimum amount of staff. Their Baskin-Robbins screen advertised 3 different non dairy options but they only offer Daiquiri Ice (not even one of the non dairy options advertised on the in house baskin robbins advertising). Amazing experience! We ordered a birthday cake to pick up at this location. The cake was a masterpiece! We highly recommend their coffee ice cream with white cake for a tasty treat for any special occasion! When we picked up the cake, we decided to buy a pint of Daiquiri Ice to try at home (no samples allowed due to COVID). We brought the Daiquiri Ice home and it had a strong bubble gun flavor which we tried to like, however, just couldn't. We ended up throwing it out. I called the store and spoke to Jen. She was outstanding! I told her about how much we loved the cake and how we just didn't like the Daiquiri Ice. She told us that we could come back and get another pint of ice cream to replace the Daiquiri Ice on them. We will definitely return due to Jen's excellent customer service! read more

The girl ends up doing it and takes it to the back and comes back after like 7 or 10 min seemed like. When went to pay for the two cones, we didn't know it had to be scanned because we weren't told that. So I paid for the one cone and thought we were good to go.
