I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. The freezer quit working last night so the cake melted before they closed last night. Nobody called me until today at 11 AM. I ordered a half sheet. They have the smallest half sheet ever. Anywhere else half sheets are bigger. Which don't make sense. A half sheet is a half sheet. I am very unhappy. They need to fix their website/app and put on there the accurate size of cake. Save Mart has a bigger half sheet, which doesn't make sense. So I had to go to save Mart and buy another cake so my son would have enough for his birthday party. I spoke to the manager when I picked up my son's cake today. She informed me that she would give the person a ride up last night for not calling me and explaining everything to me last night. I don't think I will be ordering from them again. When I explained to the manager everything. She didn't even offer to comp me. The circle ground cake is bigger than their half sheet. Which any else isn't like that. I will never order another cake from them again. I will go to a different ice cream place and pay more money and get a better cake. Because again I half sheet According to Baskin-Robbins is really really small. Which don't make sense. I compared Savemart to theirs and the restaurant I used to work at for 10 years. Baskin-Robbins has a small half sheet. The manager even told me their half sheet is smaller than anywhere else. If that's the case, you need to wet your customers know that before they buy a cake. And because they had to remake the cake. When it was time to cut the cake, it literally fell apart. The lady at the store, which was the manager insured me that everything would be fine. That it has completely set and I should not have any issues. My son's cake fell apart every time I cut with the cake knife. I had to put it back in the freezer for another four hours before we could actually eat it without it falling apart. If I would've known any of that, I would've just canceled my order until the lady to give me my money back because the cake was the worst cake I've ever ordered in history. read more

What a nice experience at the new Delano Baskin-Robbins. What a great way to beat the Delano heat. The inside I think is a little small, but it's clean and the service was fantastic. There are so many great choices of ice cream it was hard to choose, and there's a lot more than just ice cream. You have a choice from milkshakes, sundaes, and refreshing fruit drinks. We stopped by Baskin Robins twice over the last few months. The first time we stopped in was on a Tuesday around 7:30pm and they were sold out of almost everything. We were a little disappointed but ordered what they had in stock. We both ordered Reeces peanut butter cup layered Sundays. They were extremely sweet and filling, but I forgot my phone at home so the whip cream melted by the time I could take a photo. We ended up buying a few of their containers of icecream as well and took those home to enjoy later. Both were excellent (cookies and cream). Our next trip we stopped in on a very hot friday and purchased two of their two scoop icecream cups. I went with rocky road icecream and cake batter icecream and had some peanut butter drizzled on top. This time the icecream was perfect for the craving we were both having. It didn't overwhelm with sweetness, it wasn't expensive, but it hit the spot perfectly. This icecream store is another blessing in our small town, the prices are fair, the staff is friendly and nice and the store is clean. Take out only during covid. I highly recommend you stop in here and enjoy some icecream on a hot summer day. read more

Shout out to one of the most friendly and nicest Baskin Robins workers I have yet to meet- Kevin!!!! Came in today 02/09/2019 for my moms bday and that's how we started chatting as I said she wanted a scoop of everything and he said they could do that!!!! Of course I was kidding. But his sense of humor he said it could be called the leaning tower.... He stated that his birthday is next Friday so by the time we left my family and I caught him by surprise and did our flash mob song and sang him happy birthday . He had the most sweetest smile and it was a cool moment!!! But before that he told us about various samples and was very patient with us. I actually got a complement on my earrings from him which was a pleasant surprise. He was a people person, knew of the various flavors and way enhance them when paired with another flavor or topping. I was quite surprised at how easy it was to talk to him while getting acquainted with the samples. Since we sat for a few and enjoyed chatting as a family he offers us cups of water. I felt like he was super attentive to all 7 of us and that was cool. He was such a diligent worker. He was claiming the restrooms, took out the trash and scrubbed stuff down and yes he washed his hands. He did this while the other lady tended to other customers. Sorry I didn't get her name but she would smile and I believe helped my brother and nephew with their ice cream. She was smiling and friendly as well but I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin. Very clean establishment, clean restrooms, all 42 flavors were stocked and the best part is we didn't feel rushed to make the pairings for out 3 scoop sundae. My mom picked the Carmel Puff that had flakes of sugar crystals, I picked the German Chocolate and asked Kevin to pick the 3 and surprise us- he came up with the Carmel macchiato which was a great choice!!!! It had whip cream on top and we chose to have hot fudge and caramel with three Hershey kisses on each scoop. Beautiful presentation and all 3 flavors where absolutely delicious. read more

Purchased a Capachino Blast with a 50% off app discount loaded on my phone. The reader failed to work, (an on going issue for a year), the employee scanned a dollar off coupon and called it good. I saw that the regular price is 8.99. I rejected the buck off. He then said he would charge me for a small. I was quoted over 6.00. Again I said I want to be charged 4.50 plus tax, the proper amount or I would just leave. The drink was already made and he offered another amount, still over charged me. I asked him if I can help with the on going scanner issue by calling a manager. He said that nobody complains about being over charged except me. Buyer beware! read more

Sooooo. We are eating our ice cream and one of the employees came out and wiped the inside of the garbage can down with a rag, then she went behind the counter and tossed the rag on the counter. I took my son to the Porterville California Baskin-Robbins and we had a great experience. The BR was very clean and the and the customer service by Lucy was excellent, even though they only had one employee working she managed to handle the job with ease. How cheap can you get! For seven days a year, not every week or even every month, Baskin Robins offered scoops of ice cream for $1.31 on the thirty-first. There are only 7 months with 31 days. Then they raised the price to $1.50 on the thirty-first. Now they discontinued it completely in favor of offering 31% off on hand-packed quarts. This is a really cheap move. Can't even afford a little discount for 7 days a year? Shame on you. I would recommend buying ice cream anyplace else that gives better appreciation to their customers. GOODBYE BASKIN ROBINS read more
